One pair of shoes ordered in April The company has refused to respond, or refund my monies after still not receiving shoes to this dateThis company has hidden behind an excuse of shoes being held by customs for too long now and needs to be forced from trading until an investigation is performed and old customers receive their product

I ordered a pair of over $shoes after watching Shark Tank in April 2015, I waited and waited, got one email saying they were expecting a shipment of shoes from somewhere over seas, maybe Korea, I forget whereI have left messages on their voicemail system and emailed them wanting to know where the heck my shoes, no one has returned my calls or emails, I think they took my money and ran Do not do business with FORUS Shoes, they have terrible business practices, in fact they do not have any business practices All I want are my shoes, is that too much to ask??

I ordered and paid for a pair of sneakers ONE YEAR agoI heard excuses for the first three monthsI have heard nothing, nor can I reach them, in the past nine monthsI would love to know how to make this public

Ordered one pair of shoes on the night Forus appeared on Shark Tank in April Long story short, it's now December & still have not received my shoesLast email I received from Forus was in OctoberThey have never responded to any of my calls or emails since then It's sad that they can get away with this kind of scam & nobody does anything about it

I have been waiting for more than one year for the delivery of the shoes I had orderedTo make matters even worse the company has failed to respond to my multiple emails and phone calls

On 4/13/I placed an online order to FORUS for a pair of Men's Red Nitro shoes The order was confirmed on that same date by FORUS The shoes were not shipped as represented and I contacted the company They said they were flooded with new orders which was delaying shipments and that there were problems with shipping and customs FORUS manufacturing is in China I late received another email from FORUS that my order would be shipped mid to late June The shoes were not shipped so I contacted the company again They said their shipments were tied up in US customs and as soon as issues were resolved the shoes would ship Still no shoes, so I contacted the company again and was told that the shoes would be shipped in October It's now 11/16/and now shoes The company has taken hundreds, if not thousands, of "Pre-Order" payments for their shoes Their website still has the "Pre-Order" status on their Nitro shoe With all of the Pre-Orders the company has received they have customers money in which they can operate the start up without borrowing at high interest rates, in my opinion If true there are several legal ramifications associated with FORUS misleading the buyer, use of funds, truthfulness (or lack thereof) in advertising and product delivery, etc

I placed an order for 1x Membrane Crypt - Green on 4/18/It is now 12/11/The company sent an e-mail stating orders will begin shipping in October; however, that is not the caseThey refuse to respond to e-mails or callsThe absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company

This is a shoe company that was on the TV show Shark Tank We ordered shoes from them on April ($charged on our Visa) We have a series of EMAIL communications, the last of which was from Jennifer at Forus Athletics on July in response to my wife Teri's EMAIL of July that said we would accept their 30% discount offer if the shoes arrived by August If they did not arrive by then we wanted a full credit processed and the order cancelled Jennifer's EMAIL response of July said the 30% discount credit had been processed and they would credit the whole order if we did not receive the shoes by August The 30% credit was not processed, we still have not received the shoes or the credit for the whole order The company has not responded to several further EMAIL requests and two telephone messages left for them We know from other internet messages that many other customers (probably all) are having identical problems

I ordered a pair a mens black size sneakers about a year ago and they have still not arrivedThis company has since failed to respond to my emailsThis company is an absolute joke and I have never had a customer service issue like I have had with this company

I have been waiting since April, for my shoes....I have contacted them at least times by phone and have not received a response....I have asked for my $ back or the shoes and gotten neither.....I would certainly not recommend this company

I made a purchase through wearforus.com for running shoes. I even paid an additional $9 for 2-day shipment. Well, that was just over a week ago and I have yet to receive an email update with shipment tracking details as the website promises to issue upon shipment. Till this day my online account status reads "unfulfilled." After ~4-days past with no update shown on my online account I verified that my credit card was indeed charged so I decided to call customer service to speak with a representative. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. The phone rings, a voice prompt sounds prompting callers to one of four extensions, but after selecting an extension you're asked to leave a voicemail due to high call volume. I've left 3 messages but have yet to receive a return call so I decided to continue to call hoping to eventually speak to a live person. After calling for days today is the first time I've heard music after selecting a telephone prompt, but unfortunately it only plays for 40 seconds or so before I'm instructed to leave a message. In addition to not receiving a return phone call for my 3 voice messages, I've left emails with the info, sales, and media departments hoping to receive at leave one reply but that was also a fail. As of today, I'm unsure if my order will ever be fulfilled and I doubt any cancellation will be processed either based on the lack of customer service support. This is indeed the worst customer service experience I've had with an online product purchase.

I ordered shoes after an episode of Shark Tank in April 2015. I was charged immediately for the shoes plus shipping. Initially, the company gave me updates about delays, and even refunded the shipping cost as a way of apologizing for the delay in shipping. It is now December, and they do not respond to e-mail or calls. Customer service is non existent, and I am unable to have my AM EX card credited because it has been longer than 6 months since the purchase. Fraud protection at AM EX could not help because this is a product that I DID order. No Shoes, No response. No Credit. Interesting that they are still accepting on-line orders!

It's sad that they can get away with this kind of scam & nobody does anything about it.

Forus Athletics is writing in response to the complaint received regarding the ID number above.  The customer mentioned in the complaint placed an order with us on 8/8/2015for one Membrane...

Crypt athletic shoes for $75. We understand that the interval between the time of order and time of delivery has been unusual and long, part of the reason for this is because Forus Athletics was given a mere 10-day notice prior to airing on Shark Tank, from which we received majority of the placed orders. As a result of the short notice, we did not have enough time to fully prepare for the number of orders that we received as the show aired. As a small, emerging company, we do not yet have all the resources to help expedite processing, so we have been working around the clock to get this completed. It is difficult even for the larger brand companies to produce abroad, ship via transatlantic to the warehouses, and then ship to their customers in a matter of days. 
 
Based on the fact that our shoes are not made in the United States (they are made in South Korea and China), we could not get them manufactured and shipped within the 10-day notice time frame given to us by Shark Tank. To date, we have delivered nearly 6,000 pairs of shoes, which led to the current backorder, and we have another 10,000 pairs of shoes now waiting for clearance from customs. We have continued to contact customers suggesting alternatives to them, or refunds. 
 
Forus Athletics went from selling 1,000 to 2,000 pairs of shoes a year with about 2,000 customers to over 10,000 customers within 10 days of airing on Shark Tank. In this overnight growth, we quickly hired, and contracted even faster, and in that process we have made mistakes. We understand that the inefficiency of communication is unacceptable from our end, but we are working as fast as possible. We are small and we have been swamped when we re-aired in August. In an effort to resolve this dispute, Forus Athletics has refunded this customer.
