Horrible Company. All they want to do is replace any part they can and upbill for additional services. Fixing your problem is secondary. Just try to get the bill up as high as possible.

Scam artists.
I was charged over $2500.00 to repair my gas furnace. New Circle Mechanical of Louisville Ky replaced two parts (around $1000) and billed me for 6 hrs ( $1080.00) before the tech came to the conclusion that the exhaust vent was obstructed. I opened the exhaust vent and removed over 1 1/2 lbs of hickory nuts which was indeed obstructed. The unit runs fine now. They refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong. Truly a scam. Should have been charged around 1 hr of labor and a service run. An honest novice tech would have done the job.

I think this is important because can happen again to any other person I contact this company to fix my air conditioner tha guy who was the technician charge more time than that he use to apparently found the problem after that day they decided not to do anything they never camback to repair the air conditioner they try to charge me again pretending that they do not know what was the problem when I explain that they already had the diagnostic in paper they hang up the phone very rude I call my brother to get some help to fix that air conditioner there was so many days in the most hot day's so I was really worry because I have children whom had to deal with it my brother check that the air conditioner problem wasn't what the company circle mechanics technician said so at last my brother who's car technitian and other friend who works as technitian of comercial refrigeration finally did the job that circle mechanic can't I feel that was a frude and that's the reason why I'm very very disappointed of this company I think they just are not what they promote and I don't like that others have to be in the same situation than me I will appreciate all your support with thanks sincerely Mrs [redacted]

Thanks for your response We don't know about the line set leaking, but we do know the coil had oil on it, indicating a problem, the technician showed this to you We spent an entire day at no charge trying to help you We found a burned aluminum wire in the main disconnect box that was hit by lightning You indicated that you had a electrician cut the burned wire off and reattach Very dangerous in our opinion At least a new breaker is needed to protect the wiring and prevent an electrical fire We would have run a new copper wire to the unit, and replaced the breaker and burned disconnect box outside You said after the electrician left the heat pump worked perfect I don't know if we are on the same page yetHowever, a burned electrical wire is not part of the job we did for you, that is part of your house wiring I hope all is well, thanks and have a great day

Thank you for the reply however I respectfully disagree with the diagnosis of a lightning strike damaging the heat pump unit with an electrical surge requiring repairs not only to the heat pump but to the electrical supply from the house to the unit as wellI also disagree with your statement that I had the electrician “cut the burned wire off and reattach it”I did no such thingNo wiring was replaced or repairedFurther, the master electrician’s inspection did not reveal any evidence of a lightning strike outside or inside the houseHis inspection of the electrical panel did not reveal any abnormalities or raise any concernsThe day following the electrician’s inspection the HVAC technician arrived and within ninety minutes had the unit running properlyHe evacuated the system, repaired a leaking Freon line, nitrogen tested the unit and after finding no other leaks, refilled the unit with Freon to the appropriate level and restarted the unitThe unit has operated flawlessly since that time and has not once gone into emergency or standby heat since the repairs were madeIt is my opinion that your company is responsible for the repair work as the company that originally installed the unitHaving failed to repair the unit yourself requiring me to quickly find another repair company, it is my opinion that you are still responsible for the other company’s cost to repair the unit and to reimburse me for the additional electric that was required to heat my home during the time that the unit operated only on emergency or standby heatI am responding within the timeline established by the Revdex.com at this time though I have not been able to calculate the personal damages until I receive my utility and repair invoices Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted]  %

thank you for your response I am glad that your unit is now running, we have pictures of the burnt wire that is not disputable, anything beyond that is beyond our knowledge since you did not want us to do any more work at your home

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Thanks for the response but I need to clarify your comment about us not wanting you to do any more work at our homeThat is not correctYou told me on the phone and also left an extended voice mail message the following day that your company would not work on the unit until I agreed to allow you to replace my entire electrical panel and lead to the heat pumpSo you made the election not to do the work; I didn'tAs you may recall you suggested that I file an insurance claim to have the work paid for by my homeowner’s insurance company(I have had subsequent discussion with my insurance company and provided them a transcript of your voice mail message suggesting the filing of claim to cover the work.) I had another company provide me a second opinion just as I would if my doctor told me that I needed a major surgeryThe second opinion did not support your allegation that major electrical work was necessary before repairs to the unit could be madeIn fact, it did not suggest that any electrical work was necessary at allYou were called to repair the unit that you installed and that was still under warrantyThe unit quit not because of an electrical failure but due to a mechanical (weld) failureIt should have been quite obvious to an experienced repairman that it was a mechanical issue and not an electrical issueI believe that your company should have made the repairs to the unit under warranty without regard to any alleged electrical issueThe warranty was on the unit not on the electrical systemThe pictures of the burnt wires mean nothing in this exchange as the unit was repaired mechanically by another company and has worked fine since without anything done to the electrical system at allOn advice of counsel I will be submitting to you a claim for reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses associated with this incident to finalize this exchangeIf reimbursement is not forthcoming then additional actions will be necessary%

Thanks for your response and as you well know we gave you over $and you still are not happy you never will *e and you told multiple lies to the dispatcher and made up stuff and I am sorry that you feel you can take advantage of people, we do all we can for every*ody and we did more than our fair
share to save your ceiling from having to have a new wire run and you hired a handyman who did poor electrical work and we never told you your house was going to *urn down *ut it is very typical of all the things that you have made up thank you have a great day again we appreciate your input

No records could be found with name or address, Bryant has a similar phone number digit different, please check records or send an invoice We have no phone record of a call either...we are always glad to help in anywayThanks our main phone is ###-###-####Thanks and have a great day

Thank you for your response, we could not find a service call ticket for you, could you please make a copy and send it to us we have no way to contact you thanks have a great day

Your brief description of adding a circuit to your bathroom for your heated tile was based on your infomation. It did not include the fact that your panel box was on the other side of the home 75-100 ft of wire,  and that your wife  didn't want to make any holes in the drywall and that we would have to run through the attic and down to the walls, which  took two men to pull the wire, your wife signed the ticket,  she was aware  of the charges,  everything was explained to her,  she failed to call you at work and that's about all we can tell you, you came home and decided that you paid too much,  nobody on the planet can estimate something over the phone....how could they without seeing it? We gave you a general idea based on questions you posed based on what you described. It's your job when the actual technician arrives...  to have a discussion about your repair , unfortunately you claim your wife doesn't know anything, then why would you not be there for something this importance? in order to satisfy the Revdex.coms  idea of fairness , we would be glad to split what you think you were over charged and refund you $150.Thankyou for your time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response offered by the company is baseless and without fact. When I set up the appointment I explained in detail exactly what I needed and exactly how the wiring needed to be run. They were aware that the wire needed to be run through our attic and at no time during the initial phone conversation did the company make an mention that they would need two people to complete the task.  Further, at no time during the course of the work did they ask or tell my wife that there would be additional charges to bring in another technician.  The only conversation with the first technician was when he told my wife he was calling reinforcements in.   The basis of my complaint is they took advantage of my wife in my absence.  It should not take 6 man hours to run a wire 100 ft through a wide open attic space.  They allege that they told her everything that they were doing and gained her approval when in fact they ask or told her nothing until the project was complete.
I think the company should take "responsibility" for its actions and make this matter right.  We were overcharged for a simple task and they know it.

Thank you for the reply however I respectfully disagree with the diagnosis of a lightning strike damaging the heat pump unit with an electrical surge requiring repairs not only to the heat pump but to the electrical supply from the house to the unit as well. I also disagree with your statement that I had the electrician “cut the burned wire off and reattach it”. I did no such thing. No wiring was replaced or repaired. Further, the master electrician’s inspection did not reveal any evidence of a lightning strike outside or inside the house. His inspection of the electrical panel did not reveal any abnormalities or raise any concerns. The day following the electrician’s inspection the HVAC technician arrived and within ninety minutes had the unit running properly. He evacuated the system, repaired a leaking Freon line, nitrogen tested the unit and after finding no other leaks, refilled the unit with Freon to the appropriate level and restarted the unit. The unit has operated flawlessly since that time and has not once gone into emergency or standby heat since the repairs were made. It is my opinion that your company is responsible for the repair work as the company that originally installed the unit. Having failed to repair the unit yourself requiring me to quickly find another repair company, it is my opinion that you are still responsible for the other company’s cost to repair the unit and to reimburse me for the additional electric that was required to heat my home during the time that the unit operated only on emergency or standby heat. I am responding within the timeline established by the Revdex.com at this time though I have not been able to calculate the personal damages until I receive my utility and repair invoices.
