I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you to New Creations for solving the issue, wish we could have handled this without a third partyThank you Revdex.com for being that third party to solve this issue Regards, [redacted] ***

Diane, you our know you and I did not speak on the phone about this. You did respond to my first email but not the following two. Check your records. I do admit I closed the door but had the sensors been in the proper place the door would have sensed an object in the way - the intended purpose. Also if the header would have been installed it would have helped prevent the door from becoming detached and bent. I get it loud and clear - you don't take responsibility. That is fine. This concludes my correspondence and any further communication with you and New Creation Builders. Write what you wish. The public is smart enough to read how nasty you are. Regards, [redacted]

We in good faith, we are offering to help resolve this situation, we have never been contracted nor paid to do the scope of work being requested and we appreciate the home owner supplying the contract that proves that. The burden of proof on how the damage occurred to the year old clay pipes years later is a very unlikely We will not tear up the work we did five years ago to replace the sewer linewe were contracted and paid to put in a drain, the drain remains in tact and functioning and is not the cause of the leak.At this point there is also an issue of our safety and the safety of our equipment, as the homeowner on speaker phoned in front of several of our employees threaten usWe have had several phone conversations with the home owner where he screams and threatens us and then hangs upWe find it impossible to reason with him and we request a mediator be assigned to our case.Thank youMichael C***

RE: consumer complaint #***
In good faith, we have meet
with Mr*** on see the problem trying to resolve this issueWe are not
obligated to any further work for Mr***. Our contract did not cover
the scope of work that is the focus of this complaintAll we were hired and
paid to do was a garage addition, driveway, and new crock on drainThe drain worked
fine and we had no complaints until now.
In good faith, we have asked
Mr*** to have the pipe viewed with a camera and identify the problem
area and we could dig up the designated area and do the repair
at a reasonable cost but Mr*** wants us to dig up the whole drive replace
the whole clay and replace the driveway. We are
happy to supply Mr*** with phone numbers to hire a camera

all I'm asking for is for them to put a threshold strip across the foot garage door to stop the water from coming in but if they don't call me how could we possibly solve this havent heard from them since middle of june

we have mailed a check back to the customer however the door was left in good operating condition on both installation and follow up service call that we did for free and the door worked well for a good amount of time before problem began. We wish the home owner the best and thank them for
their businessWe are sure they are very happy with the rest of the garage

she admitted in writing that (SHE REMOTELY CLOSED THE DOOR ON HER GARBAGE CAN)she wants us to pay for her mistake who is the dishonest one really! Not surprised she is denying any conversation she did not get her wayMy name is *** I am in the office and I personally spoke with her three times

Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they really want to work with the consumer to resolve this matter and make the consumer happy but they are not willing to replace the concrete pad because there's nothing wrong with the concrete pad. The company stated the consumer signed off on a contract and the contract states that the company cannot guarantee against any shifts in the ground. The company stated when the job was completed, the concrete pad was inspected and approved by the city. The company stated the concrete pad passed according to the state of Ohio codes regarding concrete garage pads. The company stated if the consumer can get the city inspection department to admit that the concrete pad is faulty, the company is willing to negotiate a financial refund of some sort. The company stated they (Diane) would be willing to go to the city inspection department with the consumer

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mike [redacted] is a liar. All of the complaints were ADDRESSED the day of the build. He was fully aware. In fact, soon after we filed a claim with the Revdex.com, Mike [redacted] called me on my cell and was extremely upset and verbally abusive. Using vulgar language and he was on speaker phone...we have witnesses who heard every word.  When we called Mike [redacted] for an estimate, he wanted to know who the other contractor was, and we told him [redacted] of which he then told me the owner [redacted] is a crook and robbed Mike's business. Therefore, my wife sent the owner of [redacted] an email (we have a copy) to cancel our build the next morning.  It is in our opinion that Mike [redacted] is unstable and potentially dangerous. We do not want Mike [redacted] or any of his employees on our property. We will make the repairs ourselves. People must be made aware of these tactics that he uses. We want this complaint to remain open and unresolved so others can see the aftermath and to not be taken advantage of.

the homeowner was very happy the day of the build.Mr. [redacted] is not dangerous and still will make good his offer to fix the complaintsWe are very sorry that the homeowner feels that way we have many happy customers[redacted]

issue. He paid for a floating slab and not a full footer slab. That's why he only paid 13000 instead of 17000. We will see him in the spring for the landscaping we can not landscape frozen ground

We have already addressed this issue and have had an employee out to assess the problem Mike will be calling the homeowner today to resolve this matter

Consumer sent the following response:Michael C[redacted] finally came over on Wednesday, August 5th to give us an estimate on redoing our driveway drain and pipes.  He seemed like he was angry and unhappy about having to come over.  He acted like he really did not want to do the job.  He had his own plan on how to reroute the drain and was not very open to the advice we were given by other contractors on how how to correct the problem.  He had many excuses as to why his work has created the flooding.  He said for us to "call him sometime before the winter" to hopefully be able to get the work done.      In the meantime, we have found another company who understands what was done wrong and is more knowledgeable about how to fix it.  This company is willing and able to get the job done sooner (even doing the pre-sawing work this morning).  We feel it is in our best interest to have this company do the job and admire their professionalism and experience. We are glad to be able to move forward so that this headache can be put behind us.      We thank you for all you have done to try to help us resolve our issue with New Creation Builders, but unfortunately they were unwilling to help us in the way we needed.  We still hope that others will be able to read our experience with them so that they don't have to go through what we have .    Thanks,    [redacted] and [redacted]
