In conclusion New Creation Builders is not obligated by contract or any other means of promise to service  any door once installation is up and operating. We did speak with the homeowner and advised her that we would send someone out for a service fee of $50 and the cost of the replacement parts, She declined our offer!

6/8/17 email response received  from consumer as followsNew Creation you have not come out nor have you returned my calls or do anything you said like call a hour before you where to come out for the outlet or the deadbolt and you also need to address the cement issue along with other items you have no intention of doing anything and it appears Revdex.com believe you are telling the truth but me and a few others know different as for the inspection of the cement that is untrue because the daylight coming from under the sill plate and various anchors not in the cement  very well and you have yet to communicate with us watch what happens nextRegards,
