I had a devastating garage fire that ruined everything in my garage. My insurance only gave me so much money to replace it, and I was so happy to come across this company because they were the only company who was within my budget, even though I had a bigger garage built and some additional lights and plugs, etc. I am so happy with my garage! The employees were great to work with and the Craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new garage.
They came to build my garage, and they used these heavy trucks to go up and down my driveway a bunch if times without putting any wood down to protect my driveway, they said they used a different demo company, and where just trying them out, but these trucks cracked my driveway up and left I big divot in the street in front if my driveway. I talked to them before giving them the last payment, and they said they would come out and take care if this, I read the contract, and that's what it states, they take take care if all repairs, but do not hold back payment, and now I can't get ahold if anyone in the company. Before this when they needed payment I was getting calls every 3 hours, but now I can't get a hold if anyone.
Not sure who he has been speaking with, this is the first we have heard of this. *** the owner will stop by to look at the issue***
However our contract is very clear. Concrete clause is in a larger font and bold letters Concrete is not covered. as far as the large equipment is it our standard mode of operation. and at the time if it was a
concern no one addressed it.
It is always our intention to complete every project to the satisfaction of our customer.

There not sure who there talking to, my names ***. Ok, *** came to my house twice, his phone number is ***, we finalized the deal, and I have not heard from him since 12/10/19, as seen in our texts. My main contact has been ***, his number was given to me by *** as seen on the contract. *** came to collect the last payment on 1/24/2020. I voiced my concerns to***, he brought me two shovels because his workers had took two shovels from my house (as seen in the pictures), that were not there’s, and said that *** was out of town on business, but would get back to me by that following Monday as seen in our text. He also stated that they used a different demo and concrete crew, and that they should have taken precautions to protect the driveway that they used to work on, and he never responded to my last text. I state the concrete they poured is fine, and the contract does state that they do not guarantee new or existing concrete, which is talking about the concrete they pour, or utilize to erect the garage. The concrete they damaged, they did not use to erect the garage, they drove their trucks up and down it like it was a highway. The contract also says that do not with hold any part of the payment because they are capable of handling any problem as seen in the screenshot, which has thus far been far below subpar. Im not a contractor or in construction, but I would think that if I do a job and I damage property to do the job, I am responsible for the damage. And finally, I have tried to contact *** and the business number, as well, left a voice mail as well, with no luck, their numbers are ***, as can be seen in the screenshots. Thank you.

I contracted with this business in July 2019 to correct city violations on a garage at my property located at ***. Contract stated that any damage wood on back wall and roof would be repaired. Company repaired back wall and sided garage per contract. Nothing was done to roof. *** of New Creations, stated to myself that they were familiar with Cleve. Hts. requirements for garage repairs. Have contacted *** several times and sent City's violations and pics. Company has not responded with a solution.
We agree with what was stated on the contract, we were to replace any rotten wood on the roof and re roll the roof, which we did, not sure what the homeowner is making reference to, so *** our owner will call him and make arrangements to visit the site and examine the work done. We are very willing to make any correction to what was on the contract

New Creation did an excellent job adding a hobby shop in my backyard. The workmanship is excellent and everyone I had contact with was very nice. They even managed to cope with the changes I asked for and everything was done efficiently once started. They made my life long dream come true! Thank you

I contacted *** to repair my garage, the contract consisted of new roof, siding, man door, and gutters. Job completed 9/2018. However, a piece of the siding came off in May,2019 and I contacted Creative Builders they advertise under *** but have you make the check to Creative Buliders. After NOT recieving a call back from the company I also had the phone number of the salesperson who stated he was owner and he stated perhaps a kid had kicked a ball and knocked the siding off. I told him the piece is from the roof line. *** stated that it would cost me to have someone come and put the piece back up which is completely unacceptable. Also, someone would contact me as to when. As of today no one have tried to resolve this issue.

I am *** and I am in the office, I will answer my phone from 7am to 11pm and I am directly responsible for all damages and repairs.
I called the home owner today and left a message, and I will have someone out this week to do the repair once she returns my call ***.
As far as our name we are licencee and bonded as a parent company NEW CREATION BUILDERS LLC for advertising purposes we are also Amish Garage Builders to make it legal for us to advertise that we have *** building our garages.

Overall I am very pleased with my new garage. The process was done very efficiently and the work appears to be of high quality. The garage looks great as well. All crews on site were pleasant to talk with they did a nice job of cleaning up their personal stuff. My two comments about the company and process that resulted in the 4 of 5 stars was that they were not the greatest at communication. I received no notifications on the exact days they would arrive and I had a difficult time contacting them for some questions and concerns. I also realized the garage did not have the same depth of my previous garage resulting in loss of storage and work space but that is more my fault them theirs, although they should have commented on that when the contract was drawn up. I would recommend New Creation Builders though, the positives very much out way the negatives.
Glad you are pleased with the end result, and sorry for the lack of communication, many times you are not next on the to build next list and someone ahead of you is not ready, so we try to bump up to the next build, this does not always allow a lot of time to redirect the crew, have lumber delivered, or contact the owner with more time. But the final outcome is what is the most important. Thank you for your understanding and patience. and thank you for the opportunity to build your garage.
They were a little slow getting started however that being said they did an excellent job on the garage it has been about 9 months since the garage was finished and I have had no problems with the structure or any of the accessories. I would highly recommend this contractor if you are lookin for a garage at a good price.
Thank you the opportunity to build you a beautiful and well constructed garage. It can be a slow start depending on how long it takes your city to get us the permit. The state of Ohio allows the cities 30 days to respond with a approved permit or summit any needed changes. and then it also depends on weather conditions and many other factors, Thank you again!!!
I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the work of Creation Builders. They were prompt in when they showed up, deliberate in their tasks and upon completion of each segment, cleaned up behind themselves. When the day came to build the actual garage ( old garage had been removed and debris cleaned up, cinder block laid around parameter 2 weeks prior), they arrived at 7:00am and by 2:00pm, had completed building a beautiful garage. My neighbor marveled at how fast they used their nail guns!
I have already gotten a quote from them on building a wrap around porch for me because of quality of their work.
I would highly recommend them Creation Builders ( and already have)!

Customer service is an absolute joke with this company. The actual Amish builders were amazing but the management of this company is HORRIBLE. Impossible to get a hold of, refuses to return calls. I would absolutely not recommend doing any business with them.
We are so sorry you were unhappy with our communication skills, We are in the business of building a great garage for a great price, and we pass on the saving to you the home owner.
This saving comes from not employing a full staff of phone representatives and the fact that we are a full service lumber yard so that we can buy in bulk.
We are however very happy that we worked things out to your satisfaction and looking forward to you writing rebuttal as promised.
I want to thank New Creation Builders for everything they did for us. Not only did they build an extremely wonderful garage, the owner took time to call and discuss the issues that we had during the process. It really came down to a miscommunication on both of our parts. New Creations did a fantastic job from start to finish and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoyed the experience that I had with new creation Amish garage builders they do what they say they’re going to do. The only downside is that there are extremely busy because they’re pricing is very reasonable and I had to exercise a little patience but it was well worth it because they build one beautiful garage.

Hard working. Great quality, great work and fast! Day 1 they had the floor of my deck complete and day 2 they only needed to add the skirt, steps and rail. I was very impressed that the entire deck only took 2 working days. They were very friendly. The quality is great and I'm extremely pleased. My ONLY complaint was communicating with the sales rep. He was really difficult to get a hold of and we played phone tag for a while. Still highly recommended!
Sorry about having a hard time reaching Patrick, He works so hard to get back to everyone and sometimes is over whelmed with the amount of phone traffic. On October 18, me and my husband *** signed a contract for a garage (20*20) from ***. also known as New Creation Builders. We put $2,000 on a copy of that is included and the balance was financed wel in Feb 13. ***, the guy we did all communication with, about some concerns we had with the siding was not right. We sent pictures at that point. *** said something about the weather so I said when weather permits he come out to make some arrangement to check it out. I nver heard from the co. So in April, I started to see standing water every time in rained, right in front of the garage door. I called *** in April to let him know about the new concern. No answer but I left 2 messages about the new problems in detail, no response. I notice that the drain in the backyard was covered with cement. Pictures are included to show you where the drain was located. They knew we had a drain because they removed it and laid it aside (pictures) also look how they installed my gutter and lines in the back which I think they should have been in the front where the drain was in the beginning.
First the weather has not broke yet
We only got one phone call

The Original drain never worked it was either clogged or collapsed we diverted the water to splash off
Stud that is causing the siding problem will be fixed in the next 5 days
I think that New Creationsg garage builders do a lowsy job. They have inexperienced people who the let work on the roof. I paid 3300 for a roof last year and it is still rippling and coming a loose. I have called them several times to address this concern and they have not returned my call. if you want your roof done correctly and to last a long time I suggest you use a reputable garage roofing company.
New Creation Builders did a great job on my deck. They were easy to work with and very fast. They had everything completed in 3 days. The guys doing the job were hard working and friendly. One of them even gave us a couple of toys for my 2 year old son to play with when they were done.

The quality of work was above par, and I would recommend them to anyone for any job they need to do !

After contacting the company and setting a date to start my roof the weather got crazy and my roof starting leaking really bad, called and talked to Mike the owner and to protect my home and belonging he steped up the date sent a crew out the next day and they worked from sun up to sun down to get my roof completely torn off, 24 sheets of sheathing on and the cover to protect the new wood, came back the next day and finished the roof,. Clean up was excellent to perfection and I couldn't have asked for a better job. He sent out 3 different crews for each stage of the job and they were all professional, polite and went above and beyond to do it right. Hats off to all
