Excellent company! The roofing on my garage and house is beautiful at a very reasonable, affordable price.
Absolutely amazing work! I had the foundation already built and New Creation built my garage to fit it perfectly. The results are nothing short of stunning. My 24x40 - 1,680 square foot garage was built in record time and looks even better than I ever dreamed it would. My neighbors have even come by to marvel at it and were greatly impressed with the quality of the workmanship - shaking their heads in amazement over just how fast it went up and how solidly built it is. The Amish builders worked like a well oiled machine, no one stopped working - except for lunch - then back at it until the job was finished. It really shows what you can accomplish in a short period of time when you know what you are doing and everyone knows their roles.
As I work in downtown Cleveland, it was an easy task going to visit their office as I am a bit of a face-to-face type. The office staff is extremely nice and I even got a tour of the warehouse, what my windows would look like, the doors, etc. If I wanted to change any of it, it was no problem - I was fine with all of it. The fact that they were so willing to make sure I got what I wanted was extremely impressive.
If I had to find any flaws in this company it is that they are damn good at what they do and are extremely popular. My garage was started 2 weeks later than expected, but that was understandable and easily forgivable. The results were well worth the short wait.
I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend these guys.
9-18-18...my garage was built over the last few weeks...I am very satisfied with the structure and build of my garage...Mike and Diane were very helpful in the process from start to finish...I had to pull a variance in the city which I live and Diane took care of all of this and presented it to the city board...I have a new garage and I am happy...Avon Lake.

Next problem that didn’t realize until about 4 months later is they never put bracing on the trusses for my garage which is causing them to bow out wards and the front and back of the garage’s siding is pushed outwards do to this. They refuse to fix this and are trying to say I took the bracing off myself. So I had the truss company come out and inspect the installation of the trusses which they found numerous issues. I have to have another contractor come out and pull out the bowed trusses and replace them due to this so I am currently sueing them. Also the address listed on the contracts is false courts tried delivering papers and failed due to this. Its escalating to a balift summons atm.
In short I do not recommend using this company at all. They dont own their mistakes and right them they try to blame you for said issues, they will run up additional costs that are outside of the agreed upon amount and obviously they dont follow truss companies installation rules and just do what ever they want with no regard to what may happen in the future.
Lastly Just encase anyone needs the true address of this crooked company im going to share it. It is 818 East 73rd Street. He lists a false address on his contracts and with the post office. Even on his website! Ive found this out during my process of taking him to court.

OUR PROCEDURE TO RESOLVE ALL OF THE ISSUE BEFORE IT COMES TO LEGAL ACTION AND ONLY IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENT WE WILL FILE A MECHANICS LIEN. WE DO NOT TAKE LEGAL ACTION WITH AN ATTORNEY.

VERBALLY ATTACKED OUR AMISH CREW AND CALLED THEM LIARS EVEN AS THEY WENT BACK TO THE JOB SITE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BRACING THEY PUT UP.

WE MOVED FROM A 1000 SR FT WAREHOUSE WHICH WE STILL OWN TO A FOUR ACRE PROPERTY WITH 3 LARGE BUILDING BECAUSE WE ARE GROWING

On 4/30 a $500 deposit was given in good faith to build a shed/garage on our property. This deposit was to include the permit pull from the city. Our building department informed us that the "blueprint" that New Creation Builders sent to them, was simply a "Google Earth" view of our property. Our city building dept. has also asked them multiple times to send the correct, professional details of how it will be built onto our property.
It has been 4 months and still...nothing! It is extremely difficult to get a hold of the owner. You call, and no one ever answers.
We also referred this place to a family friend. They went out 1-2 days after they took our deposit, and our friend also gave a $500 deposit...and guess what...they are also waiting for information from New Creation Builders.
I believe they are taking deposits and not fulfilling the work. I also noticed that they have had a list of Revdex.com complaints re: poor workmanship, so it is likely I would have been on this site entering a complaint anyways. In addition, on their truck, it says Amish Garage Builders, with the same phone number, so which is it...New Creations Builders or Amish Garage Builders.

We have invited Mr. J to our office to resolve this issue several time. We were very diligent in working with the zoning office and had at least 9 documented correspondences with them.
Mr. J has an attached garage there for the city of *** would not let him have a second garage on the property so we changed the request to an accessory building, however, In *** a garage also needed a drive way and a shed can not, the
location to qualify as a shed, the shed could not be connected to the driveway, so it wold have to be moved back 20' from the back of the house, which was not acceptable to Mr. J

Mr. J did. We are still willing to build his garage and honor the deposited of $500 to the contract if Mr. J handles his own Zoning issues for which he was never charged for us to do on his behalf.
His friend could not get a homeowners association approval for his shed and we did not do any work on his behalf for a permit and he was refunded his $500.00 deposit

- Their response is absolutely pitiful and insulting. They did not even call or even address our family friend until AFTER I submitted this Revdex.com complaint. In addition, our city building office called us to share that the ”rendition” sent over to be reviewed was a satellite google photo with an inserted rectangle outline...they shared that the builders should know better, and this document was unacceptable. They did not extend any invite until AFTER months of no contact... they are scamming hardworking people that gave them deposits in good faith. Why in the world, after all of this, would we even consider doing business with this company? Of all the contractors we have had come to our home in the past few months, after we submitted deposits, not one has not called or not kept in touch during the process. Each one completed the job...they respected us as people and customers.
We want our deposit back, as I said previously, stand with integrity, and do the right thing.

We had our garage doors reframed and done in November of 2017 by this company. The company "fix it today" garage doors did the door itself and the automatic door opener, which both are the same company. First of all....they didn't put all the bolts in the garage door opener, only 2 of 4. Also the door was only braced fully on ONE side. We only opened this door probably 5-10 times because It was winter. So this spring....april 22...we opened it to take stuff out to put in the yard. And when I went to close it...the whole door FOLDED INTO a V!!! Complete garbage now. And the lady diane. ..told me that her son Keith owned the company and passed away but she said there's nothing they can do about it because theres only a 90 day warranty. So your telling me...5 months later...the door falls apart and breaks....and it's not their fault????? Wow!!!! I had another company look at the door...and they said it wasnt installed correctly and was missing bolts and support brackets and the door opener was installed incorrectly too. Plus while doing the job my brand new generator came up missing and of course they didn't know anything about that either. Now I'm stuck spending $1000 to fix their mistake and I'm out a generator too. I WOULD NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! And whoever does...BEWARE!!!! They will RIP you off...and not feel bad at all!!!! True piece of garage company!!!

NEW CREATIONS FRAMED MY GARAGE DOORS OUT. AND INSTALLED MY GARAGE DOORS. THIS IS THE COMPANY I PAID TO FRAME MY GARAGE DOORS OUT AND PUT IN GARAGE DOORS???? I HAVE THE RECIEPT WITH YOUR BUSINESS INFO ON IT? YOU CAN CONTACT ME WITH THE CORRECT INFO IF ITS TRUE. BUTTHIS COMPANY DID MY WORK. ACCORDING TO THE RECEIPT. A LADY NAMED DIANE IS WHO SAID KEITH. THATS BESIDES THE POINT. THIS COMPANY DID MY DOORS AND IS A SCAM COMPANY
when the homeowner called diane on her personal # they asked for Keith from fix it today - Keith is her son and when he died his phones were forwarded to her number so she assumed it was her sons job and tried to get someone from new creation builders who she works for to come out and fix it on his behalf in good faith
if she would have been told it was a new creation builders job it would have made all the difference. she could have directed the work order properly
the home owner was to busy yelling at her on the day of her sons funeral and she was so up set that the conversation was unresolved
if the homeowner would call her back with the address new creation builders will be happy to send someone else out
Sorry her son can not make it.
Not sure if the damage 6 months later is the fault of the installer but we are a good company and I am sure we can work together to fix the problem
In December 2017, New Creation Builders installed a 18x24 garage on our home property.
First, let me start off by saying that I now understand how this company builds approximately 200 garages a year, they rush the job resulting in poor workmanship, from concrete flooring to final clean-up. We have sent photos to Mike Cantrell (Owner), texts and phone calls to address the issues outlined below, and he, nor anyone from this company has responded.
Mike C took our money, even before final inspection was completed, and cashed our checks almost immediately. Now, when we have concerns that need to be addressed, he is no where to be found.
Issues:
1. Concrete floor not level
2. Poor clean-up (Left behind, wood panel, large concrete rock)
3. Side door not installed properly, not leveled properly.
We have already addressed this issue and have promised to come back out to address the landscaping, however, The home owner signed our contract stating that we are only responsible for a rough grade we are going beyond the scope of our contract to make him happy. Never was the concrete and issue. He paid for a floating slab and not a full footer slab. That's why he only paid 13000 instead of 17000.
We will see him in the spring for the landscaping we can not landscape frozen ground

Mike *** is a liar. All of the complaints were ADDRESSED the day of the build. He was fully aware. In fact, soon after we filed a claim with the Revdex.com, Mike *** called me on my cell and was extremely upset and verbally abusive. Using vulgar language and he was on speaker phone...we have witnesses who heard every word.
When we called Mike *** for an estimate, he wanted to know who the other contractor was, and we told him *** of which he then told me the owner *** is a crook and robbed Mike's business. Therefore, my wife sent the owner of *** an email (we have a copy) to cancel our build the next morning.
It is in our opinion that Mike *** is unstable and potentially dangerous. We do not want Mike *** or any of his employees on our property. We will make the repairs ourselves. People must be made aware of these tactics that he uses. We want this complaint to remain open and unresolved so others can see the aftermath and to not be taken advantage of.
