Terrific Service from start to finish! Called Paradise Service Technologies yesterday afternoon as the hot water heater was flooding the garage. Spoke with Kim in the office who was a huge help in getting the tech, Octavio, over to the house immediately. Octavio determined the problem, had a new unit ordered within minutes and rearranged his schedule in order to fit us in so that we could have hot water again.
