I don't know much about Paradise Service but I do know if the company is as great as Fernando I will continue to use them. He was fabulous. I could not recommend him more highly. My AC would cool, Chuck in the office determined over the phone that the problem was the thermostat battery. Most companies would send a tech and charge me but he took the time to determine the problem was a battery instead of making the quick buck. I like integrity like that and will call them back because it's hard to find an AC company that you can trust.

Because of a problem with our plumbing, several of our apartment owners could not use their bathrooms. Paradise was called to assist us; a crew member, Jeurys, responded within the HOUR. He was a thorough, professional, and extremely competent, giving us an explanation of what he was doing and how he would solve our problem. Jeurys was a great asset to us and to his company.
