To be clear, the customer has been refunded the full amount. After reviewing the history on this account, we have determined that the customers email address has been compromised and was not receiving correspondence from us when sent. Multiple phone calls have been made to customer with no...
answer and VM's not being returned. When this was discovered, we provided the email communication that showed the messages sent and the return mail of all the correspondence [redacted]ed "infected" by our firewall to the customer. The customer doesn't believe that her email address has been infected, even after showing exactly what was sent by her email address. We take great pride in our Customer Service and wish this could have been avoided. We apologize for any mistake that the customer may think we have made. We informed the customer to have her email inspected/cleaned to avoid the same problems in the future. We wish the best and hopefully everything will be fixed with her email address soon. Attached are examples of what the customers email address has been sending out to us. These are a few examples of the dozens that have been sent with fraud/infected site links.

3:44 PM (19 hours ago)I recently closed this complaint as settled because I thought the settlement agreement provided by Real PDL Help had been received and processed by BestChoice123.com. I have since contacted BestChoice123.com and they advised that no settlement offer was received they had not received any payment until I changed to the new debt management program. Is there anything I can do to reopen this complaint? I can't believe I did not verify this information before hand. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,[redacted]
