bank three weeks later.Half of these documents were screen shots of their web page which I never saw/visited because I was responding to an online survey and a free incentive for completing the survey One of the screen shots listed the prices for the product in English pounds rather than US dollars, not applicable to me in the US A couple of the other pages consisted of verification that they sent out the product tome, which I do not disputeA final page listed *** ***'s rules for companies.The final straw for me with this was a completed form that the company contended I completed which also contained a package tracking number, and an IP addressThe company had inserted a note on this page saying that the IP address was verified by I-Spy Network This is a lieThis IP address is the IP address of a cable company in Hicksville New York, thousands of miles away from my computer I would venture to say that this cable company is the ISP for this company in New York None of the so-called evidence that the company submitted to my bank was ever seen by me before my bank sent me copies My bank recognized that these documents did not make for a coherent case and has permanently removed the charges from my credit account. I mistakenly order this not reading the fine print. It gives a 14 day window to cancel and I didn't cancel and got billed for $89.00.
I called and tried to get a refund and the girl did refund $48.48 but I couldn't get the full refund.
This is just a review of my experience with this product. I told them I would report them to the Revdex.com but after I agreed to the refund, I agreed not to report to Revdex.com/

So this is not filing to Revdex.com but just so someone reading the reviews will know.

Review: Ordered sample from [redacted] and [redacted], on the website there was no terms and conditions to agree with

Sample didn’t arrive

Called [redacted] courier service, they put parcel under the door mat-not authorised by me and subsequently it got stolen by someone as I live in a block of flats

Charged £92 but no goods arrived

Called Company about the cream, they said they wouldn’t refund without the goods being returned

Unable to return the goods as don’t have them

Company say they will offer 30% refund if I promised them not to go to my bank about it.

Company said call [redacted] which is their courier company, [redacted] and company refusing to call each other.

Got paid £28 (30%) in my bank but I am still £64 short.Desired Settlement: Full refund meaning being paid the remaining £64 as I got paid by them only £28 which is only a partial refund.

Review: Product was advertised as "risk free" and samples were sent for which I was charged a total of $7.90. I called to cancel any further shipments because I was disappointed in the products. I asked for a cancellation number and was told it would be emailed to me.

I thought no more about it until I received charges of $84.97 and $89.00 on my [redacted] statement I called the company and asked that these charges be removed from my bill. I was told I did not "cancel in time" and they could do nothing.

I asked for a Supervisor and was told no one could help me and after being put on hold was told the charges could be reduced to $53.00 and #59.00 respectively.

I again asked for a supervisor and after being put on hold again I got a further reduction. I demanded a full refund but was given no satisfaction.

Please help.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my [redacted] account

Review: We did a survey on line and Age Renew Skin Care was one of the rewards for taking the survey. The only thing we had to do was pay $3.95 for shipping and handling.

On May **, 2015 we received the free sample and on May **, 2015 when I checked our bank account, I noticed we were charged $89.00 for a months supply of the product. At no time did we place an order for more Age Renew Skin Care, nor did we know we were going to be charged a monthly fee and we did not have time to even cancel the membership as we did not know anything about a membership.Desired Settlement: I want New Health Brand LTD to refund our $89.00, remove us from their membership and pay any overdraft fees accumulated to our banking account as the $89.00 caused our account to go into overdraft status.

Review: On 4/**/15 I ordered 2 different SAMPLES of Age Renew Skin care. I was to only pay for shipping of each product and had a 14 day trial period. I had not revived anything so I called on 5/**/15 and was told that the product was on back order and has been shipped. So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Still nothing! so I called again on 6/*/15 and said I still hadn't received anything and I wanted to cancel. they canceled it but still took two amounts out of my account, 89.00 & 84.97on 5/**/15. I called the customer service number and asked about this transaction. I was told that I had 14 days from the order date to try the product, but when I tracked the package it had not even been shipped out until 6/**/15 that was the first scan shown on [redacted]. When I called the customer service number on 7/**/15 and asked about this transaction. I was told By Apirl the supposed highest person I could talk to that I had 14 days from the order date to try the product, but I still haven't received any product. so how could I have even tried it! They first offered me 30% of my money back then it went to 40% then 50% pulse an other shipment.. I said no. I Just want my full refund back. She then told me that was all she could offer me. and then hung up. I was so infuriated . I feel that this is a SCAM to get consumers money without allowing them to try the product for 14 days. I can't try something I don't have and I don't think I should have to pay for something I don't have. I asked for my money back and to cancel my order, I was denied because the 14 days had passed. Seems like a no win situation. I then contacted my credit card company and it is now in a dispute. I also called one more time on 7/**/15 and was informed that the product was shipped out on 5/*/15 that is 10 days after I ordered it! So I only had 4 more days to receive the product (which I never did!)and try it!?!?!?! I am a pregnant woman and should not be put under this kind of stress! No One should! If this was a creditable company they would want to make their customers happy and satisfied. One Cancellation won't matter to them unless this is how they are making their money! I am so upset!Desired Settlement: A full refund and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. This company is a SCAM!!!!!
