A TS6.110 was purchased 2014(MEX) as a new tractor from a dealership in Aiken SC. It was actually a 2012 sold as 2014. When delivered on site the clutch did not work. Sent it back. Several months later the tractor was returned on site. Now the brakes were not working, Again, returned to dealership for brake repair. By now, summertime and the three speed AC fan not operational. Returned to dealership again for several months. When returned on site only two speeds operational. The first year of ownership we received very little use. The unit spent more time at dealership with promise after promise week after week of it being repaired. The Last summer before warranty ran out I requested a final inspection of the unit on site. Couldn't happen, said dealership. Must be brought in($400.00 charge). Oh the air filter was changed. When the tractor was finally returned, it went into the field where the AC stopped working. Warranty now expired.

Eventually, I repaired the AC, Fan (now 3 speed) and the wiring which in some cases came from dealership with electrical tape as a connector.

The latest defect involves a gasket leak at the hydraulic filter assembly where it attaches to the hydraulic pump. The gasket itself is less than $15, but lost field time cannot be recuperated.

For a $60,000+ tractor with front end loader to say the least I was heart-broken over the New Holland quality and poor service. This experience as often and as with many NH owners has been shared with the general public. From Personal experience I can honestly say New Holland products have two major flaws. Poor quality products and very few trained technicians with skills to timely get the farmer back in the field. BUYER BEWARE

October 9, 2015In response to the documentation that you are requesting concerning my complaint against New Holland. I am providing you the following information. I hope that this is what you are looking for. If not, please contact me again and I will see what can further do to assist you.Concerning the first sentence: "the dealer has been to our farm and clearly stated that it was not abuse but a manufacture defect". We purchased the equipment from [redacted]'s Farm Equipment located on [redacted], Fayette City, Pa.Phone: ###-###-####. The owner, [redacted] has been to the farm to see the equipment in question and report back to New Holland Factory the condition of the machine and his professional opinion.Concerning the second sentence: "If the dealer feels that it should be repaired at no cost to us then they should make a trip here before debating that." think this sentence has been taken out of order. If I wrote something incorrectly apologize and will Correct it now. The manufacture, New Holland feels that we should be responsible for paying half of the cost to repair the machine. They stated that the machine was quote" clearly abused'. My statement is that no one from the factory has ever been to my farm to see the machine in order for them to make that statement. The dealer where we purchased it from did not say that it was abused. The New Holland factory made that comment without ever looking at it. They told the dealer to come look at it and now they want to dispute his findings without ever setting their eyes on it.I hope this answers any and all questions concerning this. Thank you for you time in this matter.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:  It did not improve the fueling of the tank and surely was not worth the additional $500 to 600 for the extra parts.  My mechanic had to use the original fuel filler tube. Still had to fuel the "new tank" the same was as the old.   Surely don't understand why the original tank was discontinued.

Despite the expiration of the warranty and the evidence that the issue is not the result of a defect with the equipment, New Holland offered to pay half of the repair cost if the [redacted] pay the remainder of the repair cost plus labor. For these reasons, New Holland believes this is a generous offer made in furtherance of customer goodwill.

I purchased a 2016 New Holland C227 skidsteer in Baker Florida. It has 394 hrs on it. It had a major unexplained computer malfunction that made the machine inoperable. It took the service tech 11 hrs to reset and adjust and provide software patches to hopefully fix the problem.I was charged 975.00 for not one part or sensor. This Is the Third electrical repair in one year. I have had to have the machine picked up twice on job sites for electrical issues. I am very unhappy with this product and the explanation of whats wrong with or why it breaks. I will not buy another product labled New Holland. I cannot make a living paying for repairs at this rate!

new Holland 575 Bailer. the design has not changed in 50 years or more. does it bail hay, yes, when the metal on metal parts are not worn out. It would be so easy for New Holland to update the knotter with bushings that are replaceable, greasing is not possible on all parts, some will wear out in 6000 bales or less, and parts are prices at highly inflated prices. A bill hook is over $130. Good way to sell high priced parts that could be fixed with a bit of engineering. I have owned a lot of these machines, but next one will be something else.
