font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1em; background-color: white;">Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint.  Our records show that trial orders were placed for BioMuscle XR and BioTestosterone XR on 3/13/16.  As part of this trial order, the customer must agree to our terms and conditions, which are clearly listed on our website, in order to proceed with the order.  Orders cannot be placed without the customer first agreeing to these terms, and his account was charged accordingly.  Unfortunately, it is beyond our control whether or not the customer fully reviews the terms to which he/she is agreeing prior to placing an order.  Regardless, in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, the customer will be receiving two full refunds of $87.63 and $89.73 on the card used to pay for the original order.  Depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 *business* days from 5/13/16 to receive the refund.  Unfortunately, when the customer placed the trial orders he agreed to the shipping and handling fee of $5.95 for each product which is non-refundable.  We will consider this matter closed, but of course please contact us with any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for notifying us regarding this situation, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this customer has experienced.  However, we have reviewed the customer's records and confirmed that we did indeed refund both orders on 5/13/16, to the card that the customer used to pay for the initial orders.  The money has already been debited from our bank account and the refunds were processed on our end.  We recommend that the customer follow up with his/her credit card company to see if there is possibly a bank delay on their end.  We want to make sure the customer receives the refunds, but unfortunately our hands are tied since the money has already been taken from us.
Please advise on whether the customer is able to learn any more from their issuing bank.  We are happy to help in any way we are able.

We contacted the Revdex.com on May 13, 2016 concerning this company. The Revdex.com contacted New Life Brands LLC and the company agreed to refund all of our money except for 5.95 (shipping and handling charges). The company agreed to this in writing, but have not refunded the money: " in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, the customer will be receiving two full refunds of $87.63 and $89.73 on the card used to pay for the original order. Depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 *business* days from 5/13/16 to receive the refund. " Please advise us what to do. Thanks for informing us of this issue.  We have checked our records and found that the customer placed trial orders for Pure Garcinia Cambogia and Pure Green Coffee Bean on 4/7/16 and that the products were delivered on 4/12/16.  At the time she placed the...

order, she agreed to the terms and conditions of the offer, a portion of which I have included below.*  Customers are not able to continue with the order process without first agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on our website.  
Additionally, we have found that, since the customer is still within her 14-day trial period, she has only been charged $9.90 for shipping and handling -- nothing else -- and is still eligible to cancel her order.  As such, we have gone ahead and stopped all further activity on her account -- no further shipments will be made and no further amounts will be charged.  The customer has been issued 2 RMA numbers that she will need to use to return the product to our warehouse.  
The customer will not be receiving a refund of $44.85 because she wasn't ever charged $44.85.  She was only charged the *nonrefundable* $9.90 for shipping and handling.
We will now consider this matter closed, but of course please contact us with any further questions or concerns.

1.  The customer called on March 26, 2016 to request refund, and was advised that the refund request would be...

2.  The customer called to inquire about the status of his refund on April 6, 2016, and was advised that the rep would follow up on the previous request
3.  2 refunds were issued on April 7, 2016 ($60.02 each, totaling $120.04)
4.  2 refunds were issued on April 9, 2016 ($29.95 each, totaling $59.90), as the previous agent didn't issue the full refund as requested.
So, in total, the customer was refunded $179.94.  Depending on the customer's bank, refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to be reflected in the customer's account.
We will now consider this matter closed, but are available to assist further if needed.

font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1em;">Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint.  Our records show the trial order was placed for Pure Garcinia Cambogia online on 8/14/16, and the Raspberry Ketone was selected as an addition to this order on that same date.  As part of the trial order, the customer must agree to our terms and conditions, which are clearly listed on our website, in order to proceed with the order (and which state that the customer will be charged for the full price of the product at the end of the trial period unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends).  Orders cannot be placed without the customer first agreeing to these terms, and we show no record of the customer calling to cancel this order before the end of the trial period as instructed, so her account was charged accordingly.  Unfortunately, it appears that the customer may have mistakenly ordered Raspberry Ketone in addition to the trial product and her account was charged $29.95. Regarding refunds, even though we are not obligated to issue refunds after the trial period expires, the customer was issued a full refund for Pure Garcinia Cambogia in the amount of $89.97 on 8/30/16.  In addition, we issued a full refund for Raspberry Ketone in the amount of $29.95 on 9/1/16.  Depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 *business* days to receive the funds.    This response serves as a confirmation that the customer’s auto ship subscription has been successfully canceled and her money has been refunded.  She will no longer receive shipments, nor will she charged for any additional product.  We will now consider this matter closed, but of course please contact us with any further questions or concerns.  Sincerely,

us regarding this complaint.  We have researched this customer and our records show that a trial order for SkinFreshMD was placed online on 10/17/16.  As part of placing a trial order, the customer must first agree to our terms and conditions, which are clearly listed on our website, in order to proceed with the purchase.  These terms state that the customer will be charged only $4.95 for the initial purchase, to cover the shipping and handling, but will then be charged the full price of the product at the end of the trial period unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends.  It is impossible for a customer to place an order on our website without first indicating that they have agreed to these terms.  In this case, the customer did not call to cancel his order until 12/02/16 (after the trial period had expired) so his account was charged accordingly for SkinFreshMD in the amount of $97.67 on 11/04/16.  However, in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, we have issued a full refund to the card used to pay for the original order.  Depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 *business* days from 12/12/16 to receive the funds.    This response serves as a confirmation that the customer’s auto ship subscription has been successfully canceled and his money has been refunded.  He will no longer receive shipments, nor will he be charged for any additional product.  We will consider this matter closed, but feel free to contact us should you have any questions, our customer support telephone is listed on our bottled product.  Sincerely, SkinFreshMD Customer Support

I received an email that represented itself as being from Costco, offering a free gift in exchange for returning the survey. I answered the survey questions, and then was offered three choices of "gift". I thought the offers odd at the time but ordered face cream. I agreed to $4.95 shipping. The skin cream came with no other information in the packaging. Then on my next credit card bill, I had been charged for $97.67 with some company called "Promote a healthy glow" with no contact information provided. I looked back at the first credit card bill for the shipping charge, and called that customer service number. Over an hour later, CSR Brian answered, and refused to deal with the dispute because I had already called my credit card company about it. He explained that I had two weeks to cancel my subscription, or would be enrolled and pay for the first order. I was never shown any information about the two week trial nor the subscription. He did cancel my “subscription” and told me that my credit card dispute would be lost due my having provided them my credit card info. He also told me that the company was New Brands LLC based in CA. Anyway this company is fraudulently using Costco's good will to trap people with no idea into their sales scheme. Some other company called myperfectskinnow charged me another $1.99 fee that I did not understand on the first statement. The customer service number is different than for healthy glow. I called and waited about 30 minutes, then CSR Stephen answered and informed me that the $1.99 was to join the Healthy Body Club, an on line source of information for members. I had never heard about this in the process of being duped into the skin cream. Stephen confirmed that My Body Club is also owned by New Life Brands LLC. The Body Club brings up only fitness centers in a google search so this too appears part of their scam. Neither "Healthy Glow" nor "Perfect Skin" comes up in a google search, so they are good at hiding their tracks. I am hoping that Costco will see fit to end this company’s use of their good name to dupe its members complaint.

Complaint. Being charged for products not recieved.

Review: I requested a 14 day trial of the product which I received 11/12/15, I had called back and cancelled this prior to the 14 day trial, since then they have changed my account $177.25 on 11/25/2015 (did not receive any further product) and also changed $177.25 on 12/24/2015 have not received any further product.

They told me when I called today they have no record of me calling to cancel this order but I had called on 12/20/2015 to cancel this order. I can not afford this. HelpDesired Settlement: want my debit card refunded

It then ships out the product before offering you a refund so that you must cover all shipping. I’m writing to you in response to a complaint made by a customer of ours, Cindy Cleveland,

whom had ordered a product from us on 9/25/13. The customer claims that the product she ordered

had its price misrepresented and that she had her shipment sent out before being offering a refund.

The website the customer ordered from clearly shows the pricing of the package listed. We

attempted to call the customer immediately after she emailed us (the same day she ordered), but we

only got voicemail and she did not contact us until the following day (at which point her shipment had

been sent out). We had already given the customer a full refund on the shipment, despite it not being

returned yet, and I have gone ahead and issued a refund for the $3.99 shipping and handling fees, so

now the customer has been refunded in full.

Please see her account records which show we immediately followed up with her and she has

been refunded in full (I have highlighted these sections of her order record for you). If there are any

other records you require please let me know so I can provide that information to you. Our company

takes every Revdex.com complaint very seriously and wants to do the upmost to insure customers are given

Review: I am receiving unsolicited products from this company and being charged for them. I originally signed up for what I thought was a free sample from another company for face cream. I gave bank details but thought I had to in order to receive a free sample. I didn't understand that I would then be sent cream on a monthly basis and charged for it. My daughter rang the company and told them to cancel the account after we paid for the creams we had received so far. Since then, I have been receiving Garcinia Cambogia pills which I have never asked for from New Life Brands and they have been charging my account. The customer had placed their order for Garcinia Cambogia through one of our phone sales agents and we have a recorded confirmation of her accepting the terms and conditions associated with our offer. Since then, the customer disputed the charges as fraudulent without having contacted our 24/7 customer service support line. Due to the chargeback initiated, the transactions are being dealt with by the banks. The customer's account was cancelled on 11/9/2014 and won't be receiving any future products or charged anything.

I ordered one product from New Life Brand and wound up with 4 different charges on my debit card. When going through the ordering process, NLB kept asking if I wanted to try or order this product. I said NO to all of their requests. I did not order some supplement called BioMuscle XR @ $5.95. Nor did I order a membership at $1.99. Some minor service charge appeared on my card as well.

The ordering process seems to be rigged. It's a scam -- small change from many people adds up. Do not order from this company. It does not understand NO. The on-line instructions stated I would receive an e-mail. I never received one verifying the order. Very shabby business ethics.

When I contacted their CSR branch, the first agent mysteriously disappeared and I had to repeat the process of trying to obtain a refund. The next CSR told me how to mail back the item I did not order at my expense. For what it cost to send the item back, she stated I might as well keep the supplement and they will charge my card. Do not do business with this company unless you receive what you ask for.

Review: I purchased a product from Pure Garcinia Cambogia, and was assured by the customer service representative that the company would not automatically charge me for and send me any other product. I was assured that I would have to physically place the order myself. The next month my partner's credit card was debited in the amount of $87.51. I called the company and was told that I should refuse the package, and that after they received the product back, I could call back and settle the matter. I received an email stating that the product had been returned to the company. I then received a call from a person named "[redacted]," and was given a phone number (888.334.4132) to call to resolve the issue. When I called to resolve my issue, I was told that I had improperly returned the product, and the best they could do for me was to resend the product and offer me a 50% refund. I informed them I did not want, nor did I order any more of the product, and I wanted a full refund. After being hung up on three times, I finally got some action after I told them I would be filing a complaint against their company with the Revdex.com. During each call, I asked for the name of the parent company they are operating under and no one can give me a corporate address. I finally was able to determine that New Life Brands is the parent company for Pure Garcinia Cambogia, but after many more calls no one has been able to provide me with a corporate address. This company's representation of its policies is false, and their practice deceptive. The unauthorized charges resulted in two returned charges to other companies, and two insufficient funds charges of $34 each. I would like this amount, $68, refunded.Desired Settlement: The company has supposedly credited the credit card, but it has yet to be refunded to my account. I want to be refunded for the two insufficient funds charges of $68, and if the original amount is not refunded to my account, I wish to be reimbursed for the original charge of 487.51.

New Life Brands is committed to providing excellent customer service. This customer was refunded her original charge of $87.21 in full on 9/23. It can take several business days before the funds are credited back to her account. We now consider this complaint resolved.

This business not only miss advertised but when I called and told them the product did not work for me they said they couldn't give me my money back yet they're 100% garuntee. I finally got them to send me a return address and then they told me 5-7 days after they got the product back I would receive a refund. I emailed them again because it had been 7 days and they say oh no it takes up to 30 days. Online it read buy three get two free for $29.99 a bottle. They charged me for 5 bottles. When I called and asked why they said it was how it gets broken down for the discount. That is NOT what is posted online.
