New Life Contracting took us through the insurance claim process for roof damage due to high winds and hail. They completed the roofing job on our house and garage in one day! Clean-up was the best I've ever had. From start to finish, pulling permits, completing the job, and final inspection, Joe Facente was there. Joe was the best. HIs crew that replaced my roof were all gentlemen and very hard workers. Joe assisted me on all the ins and outs of the insurance company so it was a seamless project.

Carl had stopped by and asked if I had done a claim and I told him that after 2 other contractors had told us that the damage was not bad enough for a claim, I had canceled my claim with USAA. Carl convinced me to go through with the claim and USAA sent a person to look and he said that there was under $800 in damage. Carl took a lot of pictures of the damage he saw and sent it to my insurance and I got approved for a new roof and gutters. Carl was there to answer any of my questions before and after the work was completed. I would gladly recommend New Life Contracting Inc all because of the friendliness and availability of Carl when ever I needed to talk to him.

NLC did great from start to finish with our new roof. Zach was with us from the start, took care of the details with the insurance company, worked with us to get the right shingles for our house and was there on the day of the install making sure it all went smoothly. The team that did the install was extremely hard working and professional and did great tearing off, putting on and cleaning up.

Carl approached me and offered to help. He got the claim re-opened, met the adjuster on my roof, and this time American Family approved the entire claim. We got a new roof, new gutters, and a fresh coat of paint. Very knowledgeable group of people. Made this process very easy. All I did was schedule an estimator from my insurance company to come out and Tim N. did every thing else. We had the roof, exterior window frames, and gutters replaced. All with exceptional quality of work.
