We interviewed four quality and reputable roofing companies and selected New Life Contracting, Inc. They were very knowledgable about our existing roof and the condition it was in after a hail storm.
Walter worked with us and provided our insurance company with detailed information on the roofs condition which contributed quality first hand evidence to the insurance adjuster so he was aware of the roof situation before his arrival
The roofing company was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to deal with and flexible. They took care of permits, association requirements and installed the replacement roof to state code standards.
We had to revise our schedule and they were very accommodating in adjusting the timing of the construction schedule.
They did a very thorough job and provided all the top quality components to make up the complete roof system. The project was finished in less than two days. The property was left in a clean condition.
I'm not one to write reviews, but working with Liam at New Life Contracting to replace our roof was a must disclose for the professionalism and ease with which he and his team made the process. From the initial claim procedure, to scheduling, to project completion I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Liam was in constant communication throughout the process, he was onsite during the project, and most importantly, he was there upon completion to do an inspection, and touch up work. I would not hesitate to recommend New Life Contracting for any roofing project, they went way beyond my expectations and the roof looks amazing! Thanks Liam and team!

Used this company to replace my roof after storm damage in 2017. They contracted to take care of the roof and some other damage (kitchen painting, window repair, small siding repair). As soon as they got the money from my insurance company to cover the new roof, I received a text telling me they really didn't have time to take care of the other items. I guess there just wasn't enough money in it for them to complete the work once they got paid for the big ticket item. Would not recommend.

I hired new life contracting to do my roof and all new trusses and what ever else needed to be done. They never did anything to my house I gave them and my insurance company gave them a check for $80,000.00 on 9-1-2017 and they will not due what they were paid for. They keep telling me lie after lie. Now almost a year later still being lied to by a guy named jason by email/text and voice. They ripped me off.

Contracting, Inc. does not feel like this should be considered a complaint. New
Life Contracting, Inc. respectfully requests that this issue does not become a
complaint with a “Resolved” asterisk, but rather not have it be listed as a
complaint or anything at all. The
complaint is not factual, it is not accurate on money nor on time line, nor
details that were involved in a very complicated insurance claim. Since this has
been closed, the complainant has retracted their statements on this forum, as
well as with 2 social media sites and the Attorney General. The amount of money
that the complainant mentioned in his Revdex.com complaint is very misleading and
erroneous. Due to the policies of the Revdex.com, this complaint is not being “taken
off” the Revdex.com database and web site for three years. Since New Life Contracting, Inc's first meeting with the
complainant, New Life Contracting, Inc. has had to rework the estimate for the
required repairs multiple times due to complainant consistently requesting
funds and subsequently changing the scope of work and the dollar amount
allocated. The time delays were largely incurred by the insurance company,
engineering and Public Adjuster timelines. There was never a solution resolved
by the aforementioned parties that would cover the actual costs of proposed
project, especially after the complainant requested and received $15,000.00 of
the $26,583.38 that was actually received by NLC. It was never $80,000.00, nor
$55,000.00 as reported by the complainant. The INITIAL and the ONLY check ever given to NLC for the
complainant’s claim by himself and/or by his insurance company, his mortgage
company and complainant’s Public Adjuster was in the total amount of
$26,583.38. New Life Contracting, Inc. has not been provided with or given any
additional funds from or for the insurance claim, person, company and/or
organization associated with the complainant.The complainant received $15,000.00 within hours of our
receiving the check for $26,583.38 from NLC.
One week later he requested a second check for $ 10,000.00 against his
file.
