All of our products are sourced directly from the brands themselvesWe do not sell returns and manufacturer defects are rareIn the case of a defect, we ask customers to return the product in its original condition, with its original packaging.Our return policy states: Item and packaging must be received back in original conditionDisapproved returns will not be credited or mailed back to youThis return was denied because the product was worn, altered and missing the box and the materials it shipped with.Regardless, we would like to offer the customer a full refund and a $credit on a brand new pair of sunglasses for the troublePlease contact our support team at [redacted] regarding Revdex.com complaint [redacted] Thank you and our sincerest apologies for the confusion and hassle

This is my first experience to ever write in a complaint about a company I've done business withHowever, I've been really disappointed and frustrated with my interaction, or lack thereof, from a company called NY GlassI purchased sunglasses from them back on June ***Received the glasses on 7/*While I liked the sunglasses, they did not fit my face so am having to return themAfter following the company's procedure of requesting a return label, I have yet to actually receive a return label and have literally had to harass the store on social media to even get a response after my attempt of numerous emails to themSomeone finally responded saying I was sent a return label on 7/*I've searched my spam and have not received anythingAfter asking for a return label again, they have been radio silentThey state easy returns on their website and that is definitely not the caseNor is it respectful not to respond to a customer for days on endI now feel I am stuck with a pair if sunglasses I do not wantI am beyond unhappy with this interaction and would highly recommend people do not do business with them if they want to be able to make returnsThey have terrible customer serviceMaybe they can learn a thing or two from a company like Nordstrom who has exceptional serviceI guess my bar is too high for this NY Glass company

The sunglasses have still not arrived and *** says they do not have the sunglassesMay ***, May ***, May *** (today) and still no sunglassesI have read many complaints of thisI simply ordered a pair of sunglasses that were suppose to be here weeks ago and yet they are still not hereThey were to be used for a photo shootLike stated before they knowingly allowed me to purchase sunglasses from them knowing they were out of stock and they did not have themOn the second phone call he promised me the sunglasses would be shipped out ON the *** and arrive in 1-days after the ***.

From the attachment you can see the business at least said they were willing to issue a refund in regards to complaint ID [redacted].  The Revdex.com should know however our credit card company also found this businesses past practices to be questionable and provided a refund...

prior to NY Glass having the opportunity to do so.  I still stand by my review around their lack of communications and I sincerely believe that if I had not launched a complaint I would have never heard from them.  Since my credit card company issued the refund I will withdraw the complaint.

Made two orders and attempted to return both within the 10 day window. NY Glass sent me an emailing confirming that my orders could be returned but only sent me a return label for one order. They have been ignoring my 5 emails and Messenger messages, basically refusing to let me return the other order. Additionally, the orders were very slow to arrive initially.

Someone finally responded saying I was sent a return label on 7/*. I've searched my spam and have not received anything. After asking for a return label again, they have been radio silent. They state easy returns on their website and that is definitely not the case. Nor is it respectful not to respond to a customer for days on end. I now feel I am stuck with a pair if sunglasses I do not want. I am beyond unhappy with this interaction and would highly recommend people do not do business with them if they want to be able to make returns. They have terrible customer service. Maybe they can learn a thing or two from a company like Nordstrom who has exceptional service. I guess my bar is too high for this NY Glass company.
