and manufacturer defects are rare. In the case of a defect, we ask customers to return the product in its original condition, with its original packaging.Our return policy states: Item and packaging must be received back in original condition. Disapproved returns will not be credited or mailed back to you. This return was denied because the product was worn, altered and missing the box and the materials it shipped with.Regardless, we would like to offer the customer a full refund and a $50 credit on a brand new pair of sunglasses for the trouble.
