Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am a bit confused I had ordered the 15ft trampoline and according to the instructions that were sent to me, what I mentioned in the prevuous message is what was needed to build it ? I have attached a photo also I had emailed and called the telephone number and email address that is shown on the site

coop was shipped by fedex on April at 10:amMy father saw a FedEx truck on our street that Saturday and asked the driver if he could take the boxes and he did take them without me knowingMy father was trying to help but what happened is it was giving to FedEx express not FedEx and FedEx had to locate these boxes since FedEx express picked them upI informed eBay that these packages gad been in FedEx hands a week ago last Saturday but they did nit seem to careThey found the packages and according to tracking you will get them tomorrowI will close this case as well as PayPal when I get my refundBut I do have proof these boxes were shipped a week ago last Saturday as I have FedEx stating it on my answering machineComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

I think this may not from our businesswe do not have a customer under this name, or anyone under this namewe also contacted the customer after we got this message, and this customer never response us back

We bought the trampoline from Exacme through ***.com I believe that the parent
company is Newacme The purchase was made under my husband's name, *** *** with the same email address: ***@gmail.com The company has contacted us--they offered us a full refund if we sent back the trampoline We told them this was not an acceptable resolution as it would require us to disassemble a huge trampoline and ship it back to them I can forward the chain of emails and the receipt but I don't see how this could be necessary when we have been in contact with them via email through ***.com
