I am so sorry to hear thatWhere did you send us emails and which number did you call? I think the instruction has something wrong, you only need upper pole and lower pole, and screws for eachCan you double check and assemble it? You will see you do not need there parts you asked

truck on our street that Saturday and asked the driver if he could take the boxes and he did take them without me knowingMy father was trying to help but what happened is it was giving to FedEx express not FedEx and FedEx had to locate these boxes since FedEx express picked them upI informed eBay that these packages gad been in FedEx hands a week ago last Saturday but they did nit seem to careThey found the packages and according to tracking you will get them tomorrowI will close this case as well as PayPal when I get my refundBut I do have proof these boxes were shipped a week ago last Saturday as I have FedEx stating it on my answering machineComplaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***

The company has contacted me and offered to ship a replacement part.

When the customer contacted us, we already responded right away. We sent buyer paid return labels so the buyer could return to us for full refund. But till today, buyer still did not return to us yet.

coop was shipped by fedex on April 16 at 10:30 am. My father saw a FedEx...

truck on our street that Saturday and asked the driver if he could take the boxes and he did take them without me knowing. My father was trying to help but what happened is it was giving to FedEx express not FedEx and FedEx had to locate these 2 boxes since FedEx express picked them up. I informed eBay that these packages gad been in FedEx hands a week ago last Saturday but they did nit seem to care. They found the packages and according to tracking you will get them tomorrow. I am so sorry to hear that. Where did you send us emails and which number did you call? I think the instruction has something wrong, you only need 6 upper pole and 6 lower pole, and 12 screws for each. Can you double check and assemble it? You will see you do not need there parts you asked....
