Received DOA Ubiquiti EdgeSwitchShipped back to the place I received the package from (Place said they never got it after I provided a delivery confirmation)Long story short after calling Newegg they said there is nothing they can doI got screwed for $I have ordered from Newegg for over years and will never again use them

Buyer beware !!! Ordered phones and headphonesReciever box on porch days laterThere was no signs of any tamperingBox was extremely lightThought maybe they sent one or the otherOpened box only thing that was in box was two boxes phones came in with accessories but NO phones or headphonesCalled them immediatelyThey apologized and said sorryTold me they would send them back out to me in couple of daysThen I get an email two days later saying claim deniedSaid shipping weight was correct on their box( btw fed x does not verify what weight wasI called them) so I called backThey told me I if I wanted to get my products I needed to fill out a claim number with fed x and file a police report and and send it to themThen days later they said I needed to send them a copy of reportI did to new egg and associate I was working withThen they said they could not open it so I sent it again and stayed on line til they verified they got itThen I called them back days later to find out what was going on because I needed it before XmasThey said they did not know yet and after more persaverance I found out they were still denying my claim due to somebody at their place p( probably person who took the stuff ) saying weight was correctThey then told me decision was never going to be overturned and they just did it because they want to appease their customersI have wasted over hours of time dealing with these peoplephone calls wait time always over minutes most over an hourAnd three dropped callsAlso all the e mails back and fourth plus fed x and policeI have all documentation on everything and plan to pursue this farther .This company is a bunch of liars and thieves which took dollars from me and cares nothing about their customers maybe I deserve it I have heard so many bad things about this company and I did not listenI hope if you are reading this you do not make the same mistake I did

Purchased a dollars worth PC parts one part was not defective however it had a recent lawsuit settlement against it due to its miss advertisement When I got in touch with customer service I requested that I dont want this sub-par product, newegg customer hid behind the days return policy, while I purchased it a little over days ago and had all my original packagingThen after I stood up to them they wanted to charge me dollars for a restocking fee, while its not my fault that the product they sold me was not what it was all I got was a smart mouse talking through the phone and giving a bunch of lies Will never shop there again or refer anyone there this is [redacted] !

Anybody that doesn't like using newegg doesn't have a lick of sense I have ordered more products off of newegg than most people order off of anywhere, ever I have only ever had one problem with newegg and that was when they sent me a doa (dead on arrival) which was a manufacturer defect and even then they took back the product and refunded my money No Revdex.com required I have ordered products, never paid extra for shipping and I have always received my product intact Sometimes, If they have extra room on the ups truck, they express deliver for free so that I get the product within days(if it is in the middle of the week) It takes a while to load their website on slower computers Borrow one and order the parts to make another so you never have to worry about where to order computer parts

Absolutely the worst business I have ever come across. I ordered a $1600 laptop and wanted it delivered to an APO address as I am deployed right now. Seven days after the order was labeled as shipped, it is still stuck in Pre-Shipment. USPS confirmed they still had not received the package for delivery to begin. Newegg claims you cannot track APO shipments and this is just a flat out lie. You can track them all the way until they leave the Stateside MPS facility. SEVEN days sitting in a warehouse eating up my warranty. I contacted 3 times before someone gave me the real answer and said USPS had not picked up the package. Trying to shift the blame to USPS. USPS doesn't just forget to pick stuff up for seven days. Your fault Newegg. So anyways I am upset and file a claim for a full refund. That process will now take 3-5 business days and then up to 3 weeks after that before I get my money back. So when all is said and done I'm out 5 weeks of my time and no laptop. And It would be foolish to purchase from somewhere else before the order is confirmed cancelled and refunded. So basically neweggs laziness and poor business practices have screwed me out of enjoying a little performance gaming during my last couple months of deployment. Oh not to mention their terrible customer service who just lie lie lie. Be warned people, read other reviews I'm not the only one this business is backstabbing. Do not buy from this company.

Attempted to purchase a new desktop, monitor and webcam from Newegg Reviewed my purchase later into the evening and noticed that the desktop / monitor were separate orders and were put on holdThe webcam went through fine Spent a couple hours waiting that night for someone to get free with Newegg customer chat - finally got someone, who wasn't able to help me at allSeemed to ignore everything reallyEven - not once - but twice was typing and asking questions that wasn't related to my issueThis was followed by, "Sorry, wrong window." both times Called the credit card company this morning, asked about this bar on my purchaseThings were resolved and I'm all happy to finish my saleThe only problem is they mentioned something about a $purchase along with the webcam dollar amountThat's where things started to get confusing Visited the Newegg site, looked at my order history, and saw the desktop and monitor were one order, the webcam a second order, and the 'free' bundle a third order marked at $ Now I'd think most people would cancel that quickly to avoid having the $on their credit card which would be more hassle then not to have reversed over time, so I did cancel it quickly just in caseTurns out doing so cancelled the entire thing to the point where when I attempted to re-add the order from the Dashboard, put it back up to full price again, a difference of $ Called Newegg, talked to a guy who seemed to want to help, but in the end, all they did was give me $in points to save money AFTER taxes - still a difference of $Seems that cancelling the order screwed things up and because it was a sale for yesterday, they can't do anything about it because it's a digital thing The very poor website design on the order menu was incredibly confusingI had no way of understanding if the $was going to vanish if I was going to place the order for the monitor / CPU because there's no actual documentation that said such a thing would happenIf they had grouped them together, and had something that mentioned this, then I'd have just bought the system and monitor and been happyAll I wanted was the original sale price that I wanted to purchase it at, how one day difference was going to do anything blows my mind

I purchased a GS73VR laptop which costs about after taxes, after everything it took MONTHS and days to receive a functioning laptopThe first time I received it, it was defective in which the hinges just broke off suddenly, they agreed to exchange it HOWEVERThe second time they replaced it it was AGAIN defective, this time the hard drive was not installed properly here is where it gets messy, I called newegg and the manufacterer of the laptop to verify it was a hardware issue and that it was indeed a faulty product, both the customer care and the manufacturer agreedBUT when I sent it in to the rma department who handles returns they said nothing was wrong with it after doing a factory reset which I had explicitly stated to newegg did not solve the problem as the manufacterer had also statedThe customer care team did not tell this to the RMA department even after I was assured they would I called newegg and asked what the problem was in which the customer care representative who called himself "Peter" was extremely rude, He cut me off multiple times, never apologized and kept denying his customer care team did anything faulty; which they did as I record the conversations and screenshotted our messages, after proving him he was wrong he ignores me and starts telling me that im disrespectful for insisting that he is wrong, time and time again he did not apologize and said that its not their fault and would not compensate at all Heres the funny thing about that, after the second time I returned the laptop, they said they would happily compensate me dollarsHowever after talking to Peter who said he read all the chat logs and knows everything said he CANNOT compensate that was until I screenshotted him my message in which he said he could, therefore he pretty much lied to me and after I sent him that he again accused me of being disrespectfulI will never be buying from newegg again, they have very shady practices and I regret taking my friends account into dealing with themNo customer should ever be treated like I was; pretty much a villain, im sorry I kept calling but for dollars I would expect a functioning laptop and decent ce that dosnt call me names and cut me off when I talk

I ordered two new laptops from NewEgg.comI received them and when setting them up, one of them froze up while the basic components were installing, and the other froze up when I tried to download one basic programThe return process was just as frustratingIt took multiple emails to get a response, first from newegg, then the 'seller'They FINALLY sent the RMA slips for me to return their crap productsI sent them back, followed up once I knew they were receivedAt that point the 'seller' was more responsive and I did receive the refund for the laptopsWe had also purchased an additional protection warranty from newegg that they claimed would 'automatically' be refunded once the laptop refund was processedIt wasn'tSo I emailedNo responseI emailed againNo responseSo I calledFinally got through to someone and he started the process to get my refundPut me on hold, came back, said he was putting everything through and then all of a sudden the call turned into a prerecorded survey wanting to know how I would rate their serviceThey weren't even done with the service!!!! I am now on hold a second time trying to get my money backThis is ridiculousI'm starting to think they just keep putting people off until they give upWorst customer service ever to go along with their crap products

Newegg sent me a used and damaged cpu cooler unit when I ordered it new in order [redacted] The customer service rep that I was writing to via Facebook name Darlene said "it came that way from the manufacturer"That is a complete BS when Newegg is also a company that builds and sells custom built personal computersThey couldn't admit that they sent me a used and damaged cpu cooler unit that's been restocked as newThe cpu cooler unit arrived without the cpu cover on the contact surfaceIt also had a dent on one of the heat pipes and the thermal paste tube had a 4mm spot of the thermal paste on the capIn conclusion, they sold me a used and damage unitWhen I go to report it and request a return, they demanded that I should pay for the shipping cost back to them and the restocking fee because a used and damage product can be restocked for resell, I guess Go to Youtube and search for "Newegg screwed me" or "Newegg fraud" and you'll get plenty of former buyers retelling their RMA horror stories I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies

Having dealt with Newegg previously, I felt safe in dealing with them again Sadly, this was a major mistake on my part The order I placed through their site was quickly accepted and my account billed The company fulfilling the sale dropped the ball from the get go Attempts to contact the selling company daily for two weeks went without response from them, either by phone or email Attempting to contact Newegg was almost as bad Contacting them daily it took them days to respond Their classic response, give the seller another day or two I informed Newegg that I had been contacting the seller for nearly two weeks, thus the "day or two" was well past Newegg's latest response? The same as the fulfillment company, NOTHING Newegg needs to improve their customer service by leaps and bounds Right now, avoid them like the plague You can get far better service from another major online retailer, that actually has customer service

I've been a Newegg customer for yearsMy first order date was on 8/11/when I was a ripe age of when I built my first computerBack then Newegg was the place for tech hardwareSince then Newegg has started selling all sorts of tech and I've stuck with them for the most part, with a few hiccups here and there with customer serviceIn fact, the Newegg customer service used to be the standard in my eyesI've since found myself going with Amazon for computer parts (just spent $this week) more and more, as I've started to lose faith in NeweggIn the past 3-years been screwed on Newegg refurbished products, rebates, and just general purchases My most recent order was on 6/28/16, which had a rush processing with 3-day shippingWhile they disclaim that there is no guarantee that the rush processing will work (then why sell it for bucks?) that it should ship out on the same dayThe very next day an alert goes up claiming from 6/- 7/they are doing inventory and we shouldn't expect our orders to go outI contacted customer service inquiring why my product hadn't shipped by 7/and I get boiler plate apologies and garbage excusesI was PROMISED that my item would ship on 7/I have since been told that my item wont ship now until 7/and wont receive my item until 7/ I've considering canceling the order but I actually have a client who needed this yesterday, I suppose I will keep it for myself now or as a Christmas presentThis will be my last Newegg purchaseI'd rather have the reliability of Amazon that will back their word then useless fake apologies of Newegg customer service Also they laughably offered me a $dollar gift card for my troublesIt's not about money, its about principalNot to mention right as I try to cancel they mark it as Shipped so I have to resend them back the item for refund
