This was a telephone order from a year agoWe attempted to contact the customer for months before being told on September 27th that she did not receive her orderWe did write off her balance at that time
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I see how they continue to lie about this fake orderI would love to hear their "recording of the order being placed"But now I accept that we will not be charged anything from NEW PROS, this sleazy business and they are to NEVER contact us again through any means
I am sorry there was a misunderstandingIn addition to the initial call, we also left a voice message as well as mailing a confirmation of the orderWe also mailed monthly packages and invoices over a day periodWe will however honor the customers request to write the balance off and not contact them again
On September 29, our sales representative talked to this customer and an order was placedA written confirmation was sent, as well as a message left on his voice mail confirming the orderWhen we reached this customer on December 29th after mailing his order to inquire about payment this customer informed us that he was "just messing with the rep" and was not serious about an orderWe have written his balance off (done on December 29th) and placed him on our do not contact list
We did mention order multiple timesWe did wait for the customer to say yesWe did confirm in writingAt this point we have agreed to write off the balanceI do not know what else we can do for this customer
I have not called and ordered their servicesThey have solicited our business and offered to send for free some labels without any obligation if we didn't useWe have mailed bck ( refused their mail) and they keep sending us bills
