When Nexgen and the subcontractor begain work on my windows they noticed that who ever replaced the windows before me had them installed incorrecltyAfter fighting with my insurance comapny and them doing nothing to help me get the windows correctedNexgen offered to correct the issues with the windows at not cost to meWhat company will do that !! Huge thanks to Nexgen Team for wanting and willing to do the right thing by the customerI would recommend Nexgen Exteriors to anyone know that they would do what it takes to do it right
