Review: On December 5, 2013 I ordered a watch from Next Day Watches. My credit card was charged and I believe my order was shipped. However, I never received a package from Next Day Watches. When I checked the tracking number with the [redacted], it said the package was delivered to zip code [redacted]. My zip code is [redacted]. So I believe this package was shipped to the wrong address.

I have tried to contact Next Day Watches numerous times. I sent 3 emails over the course of several weeks and I never received a reply. I called them once during their business hours and I got a message that their office was closed! I called a couple days later during their business hours and I when I followed the prompts to customer service I reached only voicemail. I left a message and I never received a call back.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the watch; I just want the company to make it right and give me my money back: $291.87. I've also disputed this charge with my credit card company.

Review: I placed an order for a Citizen watch, Thursday, December 4, 2014 and according to their website, I was supposed to get a tracking number by now. I checked my email, and there is no tracking number. I entered my order number #[redacted], and it said that it was invalid. I also called their 800 number, and all I am getting is an answering machine telling me that their office is currently closed. According to their website, they are supposed be open Monday-Friday, and I called during their business hour. I contacted them on line and I got the following email.

"Your order was placed at 04-Dec-2014 23:37 which is 11:37 PM. Any ordered placed after 5:00PM EST gets processed next business day which is today Dec 5th.

Once the inspection is completed and product is release for shipping you will receive your tracking info. "

Today, Monday, December 8, I have still not heard back from them, and they have no one answeing their phones. In their advertisement, they are taking pride in "next day shipping".

Is this some kind of scam to ripp people off?Desired Settlement: I would like to get my watch at the price they advertised it, and I would like to be sure that they are not doing this to someone else. How can I publicize their bad business and lack of honesty? If necessary, I would like to go public with the national news. This is criminal what these people are doing.

Review: I purchased a watch from Next Day Watchs. They have a 365 day return policy if you are not satisfied with the watch, (per their site). The watch was mis-represented, (the pictire on the site is approximately 20% larger than the actual watch). The watch has a facited face and is highly reflective. You have to continually turn the watch to get an angle that makes it possible to see the information, (there is no problem with the picture of the watch on the site which is mis-represented). They said that I would recieve a $100.00 gift certificate with the watch which I didn't recieve either. I have called them almost every business day for the past two weeks and it says they are closed, leave a message on the e-mail. I have sent numerious e-mails with no response. Their sit says you can't send the watch back without their computer generated return lable and they won't respond to any form of communication. This isn't a Wal-Mart watch, it costs almost $500.00.Desired Settlement: I want my charges reversed after they recieve the watch back...per their written policy on the site.

Review: This company is advertised that I will receive my watch on the next day. I ordered my watch on 12/23/13 and it was a Christmas gift. However, I did not receive my watch on time and it arrived after Christmas. So I have requested a RMA SEVERAL times so I can return the watch and get my money back. There was no response (my first e-mail to them was couple months ago). I checked online and saw the other shoppers had the same issue. Review: I purchased a watch online on 6/30/14 and never received the item. I did not receive any type of confirmation e-mail about my purchase either. I have tried numerous times to contact these people at their [redacted] phone number only to be told by recording that the business is closed and all customer service questions should be directed to them via e-mail which I have done 3 times and still no response. My credit card has not been charged for this watch but I would like a response as to the status of my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a response as to whether or not I will receive this watch or if it is out of stock and they cannot fill my order.

Review: I bought a watch on 1-22 received a defective watch on 1-23. I called the company they said the battery was dead because of the cold weather. I had the battery replaced at a cost of 24.95. The chronograph hands did not work. I contacted them to return the watch. I sent the watch back on 2-4. I have sent numerous emails and have gotten no response. I have called the office to repeatedly hear that the office Is closed.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 214.00 and 24.95 for watch battery

Review: Order # [redacted] RMA #[redacted] I am having problem with a returned watch that I sent back to Next Day Watches. Their policy indicates that the have a 365 day "No Hassle Return Policy". I followed their protocol and obtained an RMA number from them before mailing the watch back to them. (I must say that it took 3 e-mails and finally a phone call to obtain that number.) Nevertheless, I mailed the watch to them via [redacted] with insurance. I received confirmation from [redacted] that the watch return was delivered to their office on Feb 5th. As of today, there is still not a credit for this return on my credit card account.

In the last week I have sent 3 other e-mails inquiring about this issue. None of them have been answered. I called their office at 3 pm on Thursday Feb 20th, 3pm on Friday Feb 21st, and 9am on Monday Feb 24th. Although all calls were placed during your normal business hours, a voicemail indicated that their office was "closed". As you can understand, I am growing increasingly concerned about the lack of communication involving this transaction.Desired Settlement: I demand a full credit on my credit card account for the cost of the watch $373.43.

Review: I have contacted this company via email and attempted by phone to receive an RMA# for an order that I placed and would like to return. Since their policy online allows for 365 day returns I would simply like a refund and return the product that I have.Desired Settlement: I would like for an RMA# to be sent so I may ship the product back. However, I would like written and verbal confirmation that I will receive a credit to my credit card before sending the product back as this company makes me hesitant that even though I will send the product back I will not receive the credit on my credit card.

Review: I purchased a watch from this company on June 7, 2013 for the amount of 349.99 and when I received it, it wasn't what I had ordered. I contacted the company, followed to steps for the return process and after 4 weeks I was given an RMA number on July1, 2013 to return the item. I shipped the item and and it was received by the company on July 2, 2013. I have yet to receive a refund. I have called and emailed the company several times but have not gotten a response. I have tried to dispute the refund with PayPal but was informed that my case had exceeded the time frame in which a dispute could be filled.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full for the purchase and be compensated in some manner for the time that it has taken to resolve this issue.

Review: I purchased a watch on line from Nextdaywatches.com. On the website it clearly states that there is 265 day refund policy. I recieved the watch and did not it so I filled out the online form to return it for my refund. After waiting 14 days I made numerous attempts to contact the company for to get an RMA to send the watch back. I did one time get a [redacted] to answer the phone and he stated that I needed to wait longer. After another week I contacted them by email and they did infact send me an RMA.

I followed the instructions on the RMA to return the watch and even went so far to take pictures of the watch back in the original box with all the original items, documents and even the tissue paper it was wrapped in. I sent the watch via[redacted] with a tracking number and it was delivered on the 10th of Feb. As of this time I have not received the refund. I have made many (at least 20) attempts to contact them. I have left voice messages and sent 2 emails and they have not been answered. When I now call the number for them, the message is that no one is in the office to receive calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the money owed me put back onto the credit card that was used to purchase the watch.

Any assistance you could provide me on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Review: I purchased a watch on line and it was delivered. I did not like the watch and wanted to return it. The web site indicated I needed a return number which they stated would be emailed to me along with the rest of the return instructions in 5-7 business day. My first request for the # and the info was on 1-02-15. After no response, on 1-13-15 I emailed them requesting a response and then again on 1-18-15. Finally on 1-20-15 they responded and gave me the return information. I immediately mailed the watch to the address they gave with the RMA # they required clear and visible on the package. I tracked the package and got confirmation of its delivery on 1-23-15. The refund was said to take 7-10 business days. I have not received my refund nor can I get anyone from Next Day Watches to respond to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back to the credit card I purchased the watch with. It would be nice if the customer care department would respond to my emails.

Review: I ordered a watch online for a Tuesday, December 24, 2014 delivery (paid extra for that). I didn't receive the watch until Friday December 27th. I tried calling their, ###-###-#### number to see about a complete refund after the holidays but no one would answer. Their website states that they will respond to emails within 24 hours so I wrote to the customer service and still no response so I finally called again on January 21st and then someone finally answered and he emailed me on how to do the return. I followed the directions and sent everything back via [redacted] so I can track it. they received it February 4th. Their website states I would be refunded within 5-7 business days of receipt. As of today March 7, 2014 I have not received my refund. I have no watch and no money. I have called every other day and their answering machine service says they are closed, I call at least 3 different times during the day but it always says they are closed. I have also sent two other emails and no one has responded.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded the full amount of $130.89. I would also like the $12.00 it costs for me to send back the watch.

Review: I purchased a watch with a 365 day return policy. I attempted to return watch according to their return policy. I had to send an email to request an RMA number and the RMA number was sent but email went to junk email not my inbox as all of their other emails have gone to or currently go to. I have attempted to contact them through email and their phone number to request another RMA number because the number they issued me was only good for 10 business days. Emails from company reply that there has already been an RMA number issued to this order number. Unable to talk with anyone in person when attempting to call their 800 phone number. Three options are given while on phone but all options go to a recorded message and even though it states that a message can be left at the tone, a recorded message of all customer service is busy at this time, thank you and I am disconnected. I have tried to contact [redacted], which is where I originally found the link to Next Day Watches. Unsuccessful with [redacted] assisting in helping with return and/or talking with a customer support individual at Next Day Watches. Did a search for the company and found an address and phone number through Revdex.com. All contact numbers have been unsuccessful with no answer. I did send a fax but did not get a response.

My 365 day return time will expire in October of 2013. I purchased the watch for a considerable amount and wanted to return it so that I could purchase another only since this watch is too heavy and bulky. I am concerned that I will not get to talk to a customer support person at Next Day Watches until after the expiration day of the return policy. Please assist in this so that I can get this long standing problem resolved. Review: A watch was purchased from Next Day Watches (NDW) as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was not what she wanted and I followed all the NDW instructions for returning the watch for a refund on 12-26-13 and again on 1-3-14. Since then I've received nothing from NDW -- they're supposed to send an RMA number -- and cannot reach anyone in customer service via phone or email regarding this issue. Review: First, we were suppose to get. $100 [redacted] gift card as a free gift. It was not included. They advertise 365 hassle free returns. We followed the procedure to return a watch. They did not send us the RMA necessary to send back the watch or any information on where to send it. They said it could take 5 business days before we both e RMA. Review: I purchased a watch from next day watches on line. When I opened the package I noticed right away that the mechanical invicta watch was not running. The watch does not work and the watch band clasp is loose and does not close securely

Watch was received on 8/12/14.Desired Settlement: I have made several attempts to call the company. The recording states that the offices are closed (no matter what time of the day I called). I have sent 5 emails requesting an RMA number so I can return the watch for a full refund. I have had no emails sent to me by the company, They have not responded to any of my emails.
