Review: I purchased a watch from next day watches on line. When I opened the package I noticed right away that the mechanical invicta watch was not running. The watch does not work and the watch band clasp is loose and does not close securely

Watch was received on 8/12/14.Desired Settlement: I have made several attempts to call the company. The recording states that the offices are closed (no matter what time of the day I called). I have sent 5 emails requesting an RMA number so I can return the watch for a full refund. I have had no emails sent to me by the company, They have not responded to any of my emails.

Review: Order a Christmas present on 11/13/14 received email the order shipped same day. Received [redacted] watch and was given to my husband fro Christmas and out of the box it did not work . I sent them an email to get regarding the issue and asked about warranty return on 1/5/15 no response. Sent another email on 1/14/15 advising I requested a RA from their website, no response, resent another email on 1/15 advising how unhappy I was with their service and I again requested an RA# for credit or replacement. Finally received a response on 1/20/15 with RA and directions to end the watch back. On 2/11/15 sent them an email advising I had not heard back regarding the return and I tracked the watch and it was returned and received on 1/29/15, no response. I sent another email on 2/26/15 advising them this would be my last email on this mater and I would be contacting the Revdex.com and attached all precious emails, I also tried calling and the phone just keeps ringing no one answers. To date they have not responded to advise of a credit and or a replacement watch. I was charged $199.00 for the watch which did not work right out of the box. This is a disgrace and they shouldn't be in business at all, this is out right stealing.Desired Settlement: I want my money back or a new working watch

Review: I ordered a watch from this company though [redacted] on 5/30/2015 a [redacted] Men's Reserve instead they sent me a cheap [redacted]. I have sent them 3emails with no response. I contacted [redacted] as well. I had bad feeling to begin with. they have a f raing with the better business company as well with others. I have to wonder how companies like [redacted] can do business with them. they have a phone number which no one answers. this watch was suppose to be a gift. Not hearing from them makes me wonder more about this company. proceed with caution check out everyone on google including [redacted] which also have very bad ratings. I will pass this along to everyone on every website until they make good on there dishonest way of doing business.

Review: I ordered a watch from this company back on February 13, 2014 and requested that the order be cancelled. The cancellation was acknowledge and I was told that being that the item was already shipped they would have to do a delivery interception on the item and a refund/credit back to my account would post within 5-7 business days. I have yet to have my account credit the amount of the product. I have called and emailed them several times within their business hours and has yet til this day heard from anyone. This is really poor customer service from this company.

Review: I have purchased watch from next day watches from web site. Merchandise arrived as they promised.I ordered ladies they send me very heavy and big men watch. When I wanted to return it. there website said I have to wait six days to receive my RMA. It never came that's when I became suspicious.I called my credit card they called the company they couldn't get hold of them. I took the No from them and tried calling them they are always closed.This is another bad sign. I returned the merchandise with [redacted] paid $18.31. I have the record of they receiving the item. Again I haven't heard from them. No credit has been given on my account.It's not small amount beside I'ts bad business practice. Review: I ordered 2 watches from their website with a week in between them. The orders were placed may 7th and May 13th and the day I got the watches I realized I didn't like them so I applied for an RMA number so I can return them. The website said it would take 5 to 7 business days for a return number and it's now may 31st and I have not received contact from the business. I've called dozens of times and sent 2 emails but their phones are disconnected and I get no response from the emails. I never wore the watches and on the website it says they have hassle free returns for up to 1 year if the object is in the original condition which it is. I still have all the original packaging and just would like a refundDesired Settlement: I need an RMA number and a shipping label as promised by next day watches if you don't like the product.

I purchased a watch on Sept 5 (order #[redacted]) and a week later decided to return. I followed the process of requesting an RMA and waited the 5-7 business days for my RMA. I never received any response. I have followed up with 2 emails and 3 phone calls all that we sent to voice-mail and still have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the RMA so that I may ship the watch back and have my credit card refunded for the entire purchase.
