As of last week they were able to have me link a card to
their website so that they could issue a $credit. That was my request for resolution, so I am now satisfied

I was contacted by an individual from the company who explained the misunderstanding to me along with the reasoning behind the mistake on their databaseThey were very fair and accommodating in correcting the mistake and honoring the advertised price

Hello,
We received this customer's complaint regarding missing points from a purchase made through an offer on our site.  This can occur if a customer's order has not been reported to us yet by the merchant.  After reviewing the customer's request and order information, we have credited the points for this purchase into the customer's account.  We believe that this was the desired resolution expressed by the customer as well.

 The order was never completed but they processed my credit card then took over 8 days to process a refund.  They quickly removed points yet lagged for many days to process a credit.  Their premise to change an authorized hold on credit card to what constitutes a free use of money for over a week was not answered.  Want to understand what their authority was to charge my card, use the float and diminish my credit availability.

Review: Next Jump provides a website for employees of [redacted] to purchase various items and earn points. I am trying to purchase tickets, but I keep getting an error message saying: "[redacted]" I have tried a dozen times on 2 different computers with 2 different browsers and 3 different credit cards. I submitted an online request for help and got messages back that did not make any sense. I called the company's main number and left a message. Nobody is helping me.Desired Settlement: I want them to phone me and make my purchase request go through today.

Review: Back in Novemeber, I purchased a laptop via the Corporate Perks website from Lenovo. Without tax, the laptop came to $769. Next Jump offers a program to double the points received from the purchase, which is this case would be 1538 points. I was approved to receive these points on 1/[redacted]/14 via ticket #[redacted]after providing receipts and was informed I would receive these points within three days, if not sooner. Since then, I have filed multiple tickets ([redacted], **) which were ignored and then closed, and then the most recent ticket of [redacted]I was told on Monday that a supervisor would get in touch with me shortly regarding my missing points. These points have an approximate cash value of $15. It is five days later and I have not heard from this supervisor.Desired Settlement: Immediately resolve what was approved nearly a month ago and provide my account with the 1538 WOW points I am entitled to.

Review: This product is offered through my place of employment as a corporate perk. I chose a restaurant certificate that said $75.00 for $12.00. I thought this is great for a seafood buffet at Horseshoe Casino in Tunica MS. When I clicked on the $75.00 certificate I chose 1 ( one) certificate; when it was in placed in my cart it was changed to 2 (two) certificates. the price was changed to $24.00 for $150.00. When I saw that there were restrictions I clicked on the restriction link and it said $150.00 minimum purchase. At this time I thought I had to buy 2 certificates because that would have been $150 since my cart was changed when I click on the certificate.. After I purchased the certificates and printed them off I noticed that I could only use it at one setting at one table and one certificate per month. that's when I noticed that I had to spend $150 to use one $75.00 certificate. I decided to cancel the certificate wanting a refund of my “CASH” . At this time it showed that it was cancelled but my cash was awarded back as WOW points. I tried to stop payment through my bank and was told it is too late since it was charged. I don’t want any part of Corporate Perks, no WOW points I want my money refunded. This is all a big rip off. Review: Next Jump has been awful in my experience with them. There service are offered through my company as a "Company Perk" and I have tried to use it multiple times when booking travel. Once you select your city and dates Next Jump brings up their "best offers" that meet your criteria. The offers they display are great. The problem is NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS LEGITIMATE. Once you click through the offer to book a hotel every single offer is non existent and the real price is 2-3 times the advertised price. Very frustrating.

For instance I found a hotel which we have stayed at in the past in NYC listed as starting at $110 per night for the dates that I specified. Once you click on it to try to reserve the room however it comes up as over $300 per night. I thought that this may have just been that I took too long to click the link and the deal was gone. Yet when I did the search again the deal still showed that they had rooms starting at $110 a night for those dates. So I contacted Next Jump, which was a difficult ordeal in itself because there is no way to get a person on the phone and the only way I spoke with anyone was via email. They took days to reply to my emails, and I had to send several before getting a response. When they did respond it was with a quick one line email stating "we are not able to keep prices after the inventory at that price has diminished. You can book your hotel using the link below to be taken directly to the [redacted] website for the most up to date pricing information".

While I had been waiting for them to respond I began looking for a different hotel because I wasn't going to pay over $300 a night to stay there when Next Jump had other hotels in the area on my dates advertised for less than half. I quickly realized that all of these prices were falsely advertised as well! Not one single deal that I clicked to book was even close to the price they advertised on the previous page.Desired Settlement: I am very frustrated and would like them to honor the prices that they have advertised for the 5 rooms that I would like to in NY on September [redacted] at the Hilton Garden Hotel on West [redacted]. I have screen shots showing the advertised price and dates which I had looked for.
