This company is horrendous, is a fraud and should not be a business. A laptop was purchased at Walmart, and completely stopped working after 10 months. Since there is a year warranty on the product, we contacted the company (through much effort via email) all of the necessary information needed to replace the unit. The company never once signed an email with a name, nor did they EVER pick up the phone over the course of two weeks of trying to rectify the situation. I was on hold one day for four hours, and then disconnected. I would not even give it one star.

I purchased a Nextbook tablet on 072917 at my local Walmart for 179.00. It did have a warranty.
It was for my wife. She seldomed used it and when she did it would get hot and not stay running or boot off. She finally stopped using it. After we moved in November and began unpacking I found the purchase receipt from Walmart and contacted this Company in June 2018 by using their website for Support. A ticket was issued and I was asked to return the tablet at my expense which I did. On June 15 2018 I received an email indicating a replacement was shipped. Since that time my wife has used it maybe 3 times and it does not work properly. It is getting hot on one corner and the whole screen starts spinning around and will not stop forcing her to reboot/restart.

I contacted them again on July 23, 2018 by the previous email and now I am being told to return it again at my expense. I spent 17.05 on postage on June 6, 2018. I do not believe sending it back at my cost is fair at this point. I am disabled and have limited income. I do not know if the replacement was refurbished or indeed a new machine.

Refund I am asking for them to refund my purchase cost of 179.00 immediately and if they want the tablet they can send me a postage paid sticker so I can mail it to them.

tablet battery not holding charge. it got sent back with cracked screen. CS said to call carrier, warranty void with crack. fingerprints on screen.
tablet wouldn't hold charge after 5 months on a a 8 month old tablet. sent it under warranty. it came back with a cracked screen and fingerprints on bottom on screen. CS and manager both said call carrier. it came cracked. we called and left you a message and emailed. (i got neither.) the warranty is void beacuse of the crack. neither the tablet nor the box has any proof of damage happening in transit. manager constantly told me to calm down and when I was and asked for her supervisor I got same response as above.

none due to fact i know nothing will be done. they wont accept responsibility for what their employees do.

Tablets sent to me to replace broken ones are already broken.
In the final days of December 2018 I bought a Nextbook Flexx 11a Tablet PC. Turned out to have issues so I sent it back and was sent a "new" replacement. However that "new" replacement was broken too. So I sent that back and got another "new" one. That one was also broken. So fast forward some time. Here I am in May 21, 2018. They still won't just give me a refund. 6 months! 6 months and I don't have a working tablet. If all they are going to do is send me broken tablets then I just want my money back.

I just want a refund. If nothing else at least the cost of the tablet in store credit.

Poor technical support can not get a hold of a person on phone. Bought next book 8 had 17 days not charging can not get a hold of a human being on the phone shame on this company

This was a Christmas gift from my husband to help bring me out of my office and into the family while going to college online and it has been one problem after another with this tablet. Finally got ahold of someone today 1/7/15 to find out how to access my college website was told to completely uninstall every program including the ones needed to run the tablet, which was not recommended by the service agent on the phone, so I bought a useless $100 tablet that I am hoping to return for something else in its price range. Thanks for nothing NextbookUSA for producing crap devices!

when my tablet stopped working on me after only having it for just a couple of months, with very little use, I called next book and they offered to send me a new one as long as I sent my used one to them with the receipt. After a month of getting the run around on where my tablet is and being promised that my tablet will be on my door stop at the end of the week (9/9/16) and being told today (9/9/2016) that they have just received my tablet on (9/8/2016) even though I have proof they had received it 8/15/2016 something is not right here and I am honestly upset that I was originally told the whole process will only take 2-3 weeks and were going on over a month.

I got a Nextbook as a gift November 23, 2016. It has already froze up and won't come back on. I wish my daughter would have read the reviews on this terrible tablet it would have saved her money. Thanks for nothing...

I bought my son a Nextbook tablet for Christmas. About a week after I bought it, it froze up and wouldn't come back on. I spoke with a representative who made me pay for the shipping and we spoke about damages. The tablet had no damages. I went to fed ex and shipped the tablet wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap on top of the package envelope with bubble wrap inside. I contacted Nextbook and wanted to know where my replacement was since it had been 2 weeks and I tracked it and it was received 2 weeks prior to my email. He told me there was no record of it being received. I sent him tracking number with FedEx info. He then wrote back that he got in touch with the department and it was received damaged!?! And that they would not be replacing my unit. They are liars. I will never buy a product from them or recommend to anyone. Truly awful company.

Horrible customer service! Received a tablet as a gift. The charging port's internal connection to the mother board failed. It was still under manufacture warrantee so I contacted their customer service. Rep was condescending, rude and told me they do not repair or replace damaged equipment. All I did was plug the charging cord into the port. Do not buy their products!

Please send me someone name,phone number or email that can make management decisions. This is the 3rd Nextbook I have received from you. I just pulled it out of the box and had and error message. I called the tech support number and Tina *** tech answer and walk me thru the reboot process again. I have spend half the money to resend this back then what it cost. I purchased this as a Father's day gift to my father who is 77 years old and having a lot health problems including lung cancer. My father only wanted a tablet to play games to pass the time. I am ashamed I have purchased this item only to let him down every time he sees the box come back thru the mail and your product doesn't work. If any way to refund my money would be greatly appreciated so I can go by him a tablet that will work every time he wants to use it. I will send this tablet back again if you send my information to me again.
