No prorations of rent.Non refundable pet fee of $200 is retained by the owner in exchange for the right of the tenant to keep the dog, see attached pet agreement.Property did not comply with Condition of Property at Surrender (CPS) guidelines. All the pictures of deficiencies have been shared to the tenant directly, ANY questions can be sent as a reply to those pictures. Hiring of maid is inconsequential as the goal is to ensure compliance to the standards of CPS, not the maid service. Mandatory professional carpet cleaning/pest control, no receipts at the time of move out inspection. Electricity turned on to complete the repairs, tenant charge.

I am rejecting this response because:The images provided did not show any "debris" that need removal in the bathrooms. There were claims that the house was not cleaned to standard, but the professional cleaning service conducted prior to move out was the highest rated in the area. Other than normal wear and tear and a window outside that had some debris, the house was impeccable. We provided a receipt outlining professional cleaning services, and in the past, Tropicana has issued refunds to tenants who provided receipts after the fact (as show in a prior Revdex.com complaint). They did not keep us in the loop and were extremely vague about timelines for closing the house and the issue with charging us for energy usage for such a long period of time.

At the time of submitting the vacate notice unable to provide military orders, for which we accepted Memorandum from the Commander. The deposit was disbursed within 30...

days of vacating the premises and an amount of $190.16 was sent to address in **. After getting the deposit Tenant questioned certain charges and upon reviewing the pictures an agreement was made to refund an additional amount of $100 for repair that Tenant was not responsible for. That concluded the case from our behalf. More than 80% of our business comes from service members and we take that responsibility very seriously. Again, thanks for the opportunity to respond.
