In July or Aug. of 2019, I ordered a nextkam 4-Pack of security cameras. I have never received them.
In July or Aug. of 2019, I ordered a nextkam 4-Pack of security cameras. When I still had not received this product by Oct. 2019, I e-mailed them, which is the way they said to contact them. Their e-mail address is ***. I received an answer to that e-mail on 10/11/2019 from *** She apologized for the delays. "Due to unexpected issues at the warehouse. We are doing our very best to ship out all our products to our valuable customers. Your package should be on its way between 20-30 business days." Today is Fri., March 2020. I still have not received the product so that is why I am filing a complaint. I definitely want my money reimbursed.

Desired Outcome

I was charged a total of $254.54. The life time warranty was $37.90. The 4-pack of cameras was $191.58. The sales tax was $16.06.

This is a scam! They took my $ and never sent me anything. I have several emails from them telling me they will refund my $$, but they never did and now they ignore me!!! I gave them $180 and got NOTHING!!

I made an order in June, 2019. It is now Jan. 17, 2020 and have yet received my order.

On 6/25/2019 , order a 4 NextKam Cameras. Receipt #***. On 7/31/2019, sent email indicating I had not received merchandise and if not shipped within 2 weeks to cancel order and refund me. Sent another email indicating the same thing on 8/3/2019. I finally received email on 8/5/2019 indicating due to volume of emails, they would get back to me as soon as possible. Sent another email on 8/22/2019 As I had not heard from them, and got the same email indicating due to volume of emails, they would get back to me and it may take up to 2 business days. I finally tried calling on 918/2019 and I did reach a ***. She apologize for the delay, but they were backlogged. I immediately asked her to cancel my order and refund the total amount of $249.22 to my credit card ending in ***. She indicate she would. I asked her to send a email confirming that, which she did and it indicated I should see the credit by 10/18. I DID NOT! So I sent an email with the email they sent me confirming the refund by 10/18. Received an email back saying due to volume of emails, we will get back to you within 2 business days. They never did. So I tried calling 10/29 and did get a rep by the name of ***. He indicated they were backlogged in issuing refunds but would put in a urgent request for me and I should receive no later than 11/30. I was frustrated and told *** I felt the only reason I have not gotten my refu d is because the company did not have the money to refund me, which is fraudulent. I ask to speak to a Manager, but of course, they were busy. So I ask *** to send my request directly to the Manager to expedite my refund as this has been gojjng on since the order was made 6/25/2019. I also asked for a email confirmation that I would get refund NO LATER THAN 11/30/2019. He did, but I still have not receive my refund. So I tried calling NextKam again on 12/9/2019 and 12/11/2019. Both times received a voice massage saying all reps were busy, to send email to ***. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!! It's been almost 6 months and no PRODUCT or refund. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP!

I want my money refunded to me to the account it was charged to ending in *** or sent to me via cashier check. The amount is $249.22 and I would like it within 10 days.

If I could make it a "no star" I would! This company is a scam!!! I tried to be understanding thinking maybe the cameras were back-ordered. I ordered in July 2019. It is now December and no camera. They also got my money and refuse to refund my money. I cancelled my order in September. Each month they give me another 30 day time frame to send me a refund. Communication with this fake company is extremely frustrating. If you dial, over and over again you eventually will get someone to answer, but then they give you the run around and act pitiful. This is a complete scam. They need to be made to refund everyone's money and be shut down.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this company. We bought 10 cameras they sent us one (about 3-4 months after ordering) and every time we've emailed they send one back saying they are to busy to answer us. Also they won't answer their phone. When they finally did respond they said they will send the other nine. Well weeks went past and we have been emailing them constantly they finally sent us another one saying they didn't owe us 9 more. We are very *** and even forward the email saying they were gonna send the others. Now we are waiting to see what happens again. So again DO NOT buy from this company they are scammers !!!!

I ordered their product in July of 2018 have not received anything but they have taken my money I called the company numerous times and still nothing
I ordered this product from nextcam June of 2019 the date put the 20th to be exact I have called the company and talk to someone name*** she let me know that my product should be there within 30 days this was two months prior to me ordering it before my initial call I still haven't received anything patiently waited just to find out about four months later I still didn't receive anything so I called again at this time no one will answer the phone nor will they answer my emails 2 months has passed and it decided to call again none at this time we are in the end of September so I just asked for my money back being that it seemed like a not receive my product I was told that I will have my money back within my account and 30 to 40 days well that time has passed I'm becoming a little frustrated because my money is not easy to come by I work very hard for it and I want other people to understand that it's looking at this product please do not do so because it seems to be a scam I will appreciate it if the Revdex.com can look into this matter so no one else can be slated away from their money thank you and I greatly appreciate it

3 camers ordered and paid. No delivery. No contact.
Same as many others. I ordered 3 cameras months ago. Paid over $150. No delivery. Emails replied promising contact within 2 days. No contact. Phones not answered. After several more emails with same canned reply, they wrote back citing manufacturing issues. I asked for a refund twice. No refund, no product. I already sent them my order number and a copy of my receipt.

The item ordered was supposed to be $19.99, buy 1, get 6 free. They billed me over $170. I got nothing until after I called the bank, then got 1 item.
I don't remember the exact date I ordered the item. It was a "Washer Fairy" that eliminated the need for detergent. The ad said buy 1 for $19.99, get 6 free. I got an acknowledgement of my order where they charged me over $170 on my debit card. I emailed them to cancel my order & refund my money. When in a couple of days I got no refund I emailed them again and reiterated my demand. No response. I reported the matter to my bank, Wells Fargo. They refunded my money so I thought the matter was over. Then I got a letter from the bank saying they are charging me over $150 because I supposedly gave Nextkam permission to charge my debit card in that amount. I called them & they said Nextkam said they had delivered the merchandise, which they had not. I had not received a single thing from them except the email telling me what they had charged me. However, after calling the bank, a few days later I received an item in the mail that I assume to be a Washer Fairy. There was no paperwork with it. It was only 1 item. The USPS tracking # is ***. I was not given a tracking # for the supposed delivery that the bank said had been made earlier. My debit card is Visa *** exp. date 12/19. Unfortunately, I deleted some of the emails after the bank refunded my money not knowing they would reverse the decision. I have looked up this company & seen many complaints by people who were scammed & robbed, so it seems they should be able to be put out of business and forced to return some of our money.

I want my money back except for the $19.99 I am willing to pay for the one item they delivered. I don't know how to contact them. I was under the impression from the email they sent me that they were All American Gadgets, and didn't know anything about Nextkam until they sent the 1 item.

I sent another email with my order number and date of purchase asking when it would be shipped on Thu, Jun 13, 8:51 AM. On Sun, Jun 30, 11:05 AM the answered and promised to ship and would give me a $99 accessory free for the delay. On Tue, Jul 2, 10:50 PM I had a shipment preparation email. Ordered product 06/03/19 and as of 08/28/19 they have not shipped product. Multiple attempts to contact them to get status have failed. SCAM??
I ordered 3 wireless cameras on 06/03/19 via my phone and paid $193.21 by credit card. They sent e-mail receipt *** same day. On 07/07/19 I sent an e-mail requesting status and received automated e-mail stating to respond within 2 business days. No update came; no product delivered. On 07/17/19 I again texted for an update and stated I would give them until 17/19/19 to respond. They sent automated e-mail response worded the same as before stating they would respond within 2 business days. No contact or response came. On 07/19/19 I contacted credit card company to dispute the charges to my card due to non-delivery of merchandise. On 08/27/19 I received word from my credit card company that NextKam had provided them with a USPS tracking shipping label dated August 9,2019 and that NextKam told them the cameras had shipped. Checking the USPS tracking number disclosed that the merchandise had not been given to USPS on 08/09/19. As of 08/27/19 (18 days later) NextKam still has not delivered the merchandise to USPS for shipping. On 08/27/19 I e-mailed NextKam to cancel my order and that I would not accept any future delivery from them. All this info and supporting documents have been sent to my credit card company so that I may get my money back. This company appears to be a scam and the public needs to be made aware of their tactics.

Ordered cameras online and have not received items. No response from company.
Ordered cameras on 7/2/2019 and was charged $39.91 and $241.65 on my Visa card on 7/3. It is now 8/27/2019 and items have not been received. I have left several messages and have not been able to communicate with anyone in the company about my order.

I finally reached the company and they have since fixed the problem. Thank you for your help. The company named still should be addressed about doing bad business.

I paid $154 for two cameras and a one-year warranty I did not want the warranty but it was charged anyway the cameras have never arrived
I can receive no customer satisfaction whatsoever from next cam.com though I have tried to call over 50 times and I have emailed them at least 25 times and all you get is recorded messages stating they will be back in touch with you and they do not ever get back in touch with you

These people are scammers. DO NO ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THEM

Ordered their product 2 1/2 months ago they charged my credit card 259.00 dollars. I have not recieved cameras.
