Never Received WHat I ordered
I ordered ten next kams for $442.92 on June 15th 2019. I contacted support through email because their website doesn't work and no one ever answers the phone. I contacted them stating that I hadn't receive my next kams and I had been a month up until that point. THis was July 9th when I sent this email. I immediately receive an automated message stating that I would receive a response from support soon which I never did receive. Here it is two months since ive ordered and just yesterday I received a package from next kam containing only 1 camera.

Preferably i would like the other 9 cameras i ordered. however, since this seems highly unlikely seeing as how its been so long now, i would just like my money back

I placed an order with Nextkam on line . $191.85 was taken from my bank account on 6/17/2019. I have not received the merchandise.

I ordered a product from a company called Nextkam online on 6/17/2019. My order was to have expedited sipping from Los Angeles to Valley Spring, CA The company took $191.85 from my debit card. I have not received my order. I have called their number during all times of the day only to reach a recorded message stating they cannot take my call st this time. On June 10 2019, I ordered and paid for a security camera from NextKam. *** for $107.74, paid in full with Visa. NextKam advertising: Pioneering the next revolution in cutting-edge cameras, we design and engineer the highest quality camera technology so you can always have the next best in innovative camera technology. Groundbreaking 4K High-Definition Surveillance Technology This was supposed to be a gift for my husband. On July 2, I sent an email asking about eta delivery. Received a auto reply : We've received your email, and a member of our nextkamTM will be in touch with you. Due to the volume of the emails we receive, we will be as responsive as possible but might take up to two business days to assist you. Best regards,

Then on July 20th, I had not heard anything so I sent another email requesting a refund. Again with the auto reply that said the same as above.
August 7, I received an email : Dear Customer
We are sorry but your order has been delayed because your shipping information is incorrect!
This is regarding your purchase from NextKam - ***
The address was correct, is correct. I work at our local hospital in the Purchasing and Receiving department. That is the address used for this purchase. I did reply and told them that the address was correct, we ship out and receive many packages daily from that address.
I don't complain and would be satisfied with what I had paid for. Just feel they have taken advantage of me.

I'd be happy with full refund. I'm afraid camera would not work if I was to receive it.

I placed and order for the security camera, the money was taken out of my account, and it never arrived. I contacted them through email on three accessions and did not get a reply. I have tried to call and did not get anyone to answer the first few times, and now the number is disconnected.

I ordered their product and like I have found out now like many others I was scammed. They took my money and never delivered product.
Ordered 2 NextKams on line for around $110 on or around June 27 2019. I paid by debit card. After about 3 weeks I began reaching out on their customer support site and I have had no response other than due to our high volume it may take up to 2 or 3 business days to respond which they never do. When you call their phone number it says can not take calls at this time.

I ordered the product June 12 it will be August 1sr tomorrow no product and no response from the company I believe I got scammed!

I ordered some cameras on 6-6. Waited 3 weeks and wrote them. 4 emails later, they still have my money $149.80 and I have nothing and no responses.
Order place on 6-6 to NextKam. Bought 4 cameras for $149.80. receipt *** (that was the reciept number on the initial e-mail) Charged to my *** last four digits-***. Looked up their "website" and it appears that this may likely be a scam. Tried the phone number on the site and it is constantly busy.

NextKam ordered June7 2019. Paid for with credit card. Have never received product or been able to contact them.
Orderd the NextKam security camera on June 7, 2019 and was charged on my VISA credit card for the amount of $108.24. Have never redeived the prodcut. Have sent them 3 emails and have tried to call them at the number listd, ***, to no avail. I believe I have been scammed.

I would give no stars but that is not an option. It should be illegal to do what they are doing. Took money and no camera and no way to contact them.

I placed an order on 6/24/19, was charged right away and have heard NOTHING. Phone number does not work, and you get a generic email back. Do not order this!

I ordered a NextKam on June 22nd and of course the payment was processed but now can't get cust svc to return email and they don't answer phone.
I ordered from nextkam on June 22nd and of course the payment was processed and I got an email stating that on 6/22. I have tried to email them and all I get is an automated response that someone will get back to me within 2 days at the latest. I haven't gotten any type of response from an individual.

I also have tried their 877 number and it rings one time and says "we unfortunately can't attend to your call at the moment. Pls call back later" I bet I have called this number 20 different times of the day.

I purchased the Nextkam and I can't find a model number etc. I used my Visa cc and will be calling them to cancel this charge b/c it is a fraud.

Placed order on June 4th now on July 10th still haven't received my order.
On June 4th placed order(***-***)as to date have not received. Tried to contact by email the response was they would respond in 2 business days but no response. Tried phoning but just get a voice recording. The order amount was $140 dollars on my MasterCard.

I ordered minicam for security purposes one camera 39.00 approx. and I was billed 414.20 I used the number they had no one was available, I emailed received a response that someone would get back to me they have not to date. I have also put in a dispute with my bank for this amount, and now I am reporting them to Revdex.com because they have facebook page and there are numerous of complaints how people paid and never even received their merchandise let alone my complaint of being overcharged, while I was trying to order there continued to be pop ups from reviews of people who had ordered and were so satisfied I should have stopped then because I had to keep correcting what I had clicked on. So I am reaching out so no one else has this problem and also to get mine rectified. Thank you very much.
