Never ever buy any voucher from nCrowd or their other company, this is a garbage company, I bought a couple vouchers of a restaurant from nCrowd, when I used it I was told that because they didn't pay the restaurant so the restaurant won't accept nCrowd's vouchers but still accept other group buy companies. When I contact nCrowd for the refund or credit, they just told some [redacted] and then never answered.
I ordered a cardigan sweater from nCrowd, which took weeks to arrive from China, and it was a completely different sweater than pictured (NOT a cardigan)They told me to ship it with tracking to a Texas address to request a refundThe shipping cost from Canada will be almost as much as the cost of the item, and I shouldn't have to pay for shipping when it is a merchant errorThey are no longer responding to my emails

On two separate occasions we placed orders with this company based on emails they sent us Both of the items we received were substantially different from how the company represented them prior to the sale
This company fraudulantly advertises productwhen you get an extremely poor product that doesn't remotely match the photosyou're just out of luckThey lie and misrepresent what they are selling, and manage to get away with itwhen you contact them to let them know, they will issue you a store credit for even more of the useless junk they sellno refundsno guaranteesI promise, just skip them

I want to raise public awareness of the misleading offers being made by NCrowd - they will ABSOLUTELY NOT HONOUR any of the previous purchases that the public has made from TEAMBUY However, NCrowd is using the TeamBuy name by continuing to make the same offers previously made by Team Buy and many new offers - with the knowledge that the restaurants and other service providers will not honour these purchases I made a purchase for a restaurant deal supposedly offered by SUTRA ASIAN FUSION - the restaurant says Teambuy is not paying them for these certificates NCrowd is turning out to have very little credibility in that while they will not give refunds to any Teambuy purchases that are no longer valid, they are using the TeamBuy name and continuing to make the same offers such as the one for the SUTRA ASIAN FUSION which have no value I feel badly for anyone else who have been victimized by these scams and fraudulent activities
I would not recommend to use in canada as they are open on on the weekdays onlyI bought the window cleaning service and scheduled for today nobody showed up, cannot contact anyone.learned the lessons!

Once you have an issue, it will take weeks to try to get a resolution. It has been over four weeks since placing an order and trying to get a answer regarding a problem with my shipment. Have sent over a dozen emails and left messages with no resolution. Will NEVER order from this site again. Not worth the aggravation. What a waste of time.
I was a merchant with ncrowd via "halfoff.com" and my experience has been less that pleasant as they have withheld paying me after customers purchased their coupons. I don't suggest anyone use them, no only are they unscrupulous, their representatives are rude and disrespectful.
Beware that if you have an issue with your order there is absolutely no customer service to get a hold of. They give you a phone number which is an answering machine and you leave a message which no one calls you back. You can also email the company which you will go around and around with.
As a client (merchant) where Ncrowd is selling my services , I have had to quit accepting the vouchers for my classes sold on nCrowd because I have not been paid since January of 2015 and they continue selling my services but I don't get paid so I don't accept the voucher. Beware of doing business with them. If you buy their voucher for goods or services and as in my case the merchant is not getting paid, he may not accept the voucher.
I have tried to purchase many things online many times with 2 credit cards and it always says something is not correct...so I give up an will shop at another online shopping place to spend my money...unbelievable

I had $35 store credit and when they turned-over from Teambuy to Ncrowd, they just took my credit off. Really?
