this company is a complete scam. I ordered an pair of pants on their website 2 months ago & when I complained they had not arrived. they told me to contact my credit card company & they wouldn't do anything about it. they offered me 20% off my next purchase. what a joke!! as if I would ever trust them again. I'll be using groupon only from now on.
I contacted nCrowd because the vendor never received the funds for the voucher I had purchased. I was offered nCrowd credit but insisted that I wanted cash back instead. I was very surprised when I got the cash back because I expected to never see the money again. I was pleased with the prompt customer service in this situation.
I ordered a cardigan sweater from nCrowd, which took 5 weeks to arrive from China, and it was a completely different sweater than pictured (NOT a cardigan). They told me to ship it with tracking to a Texas address to request a refund. The shipping cost from Canada will be almost as much as the cost of the item, and I shouldn't have to pay for shipping when it is a merchant error. They are no longer responding to my emails.
My first time buying from this company is the worst. I brought a item from them the begin a Oct. The item is for my daughter for Halloween it take 2 to 4 weeks fro delivery. I order on )ct 3, 2014 I did not receive a tracking number until Oct 19,2014 and the item is still in the same place. So now my daughter that love the movie Frozen won't have a costume for Halloween. :-(
I had many unused vouchers through halfoffdepot, whom I never had a problem with. Their customer service team was always pleasant and did everything they could to help. Then one day when I went to sign into halfoffdepot, I was redirected to Ncrowd.com. I signed in with the intention to print an expired, unused voucher for a local winery that I was finally going to go to and all of my vouchers aside from the three I have purchased in the last year were gone.
I contacted customer service and they gave me the run around saying there was not anything they could do. When I asked to speak with someone higher that the person I was speaking with, my request was disregarded as if I had not inquired and the response I received was "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do".
I bought the deals I bought with the confidence and assurance that the amount I paid for the voucher was redeemable indefinitely, even if expired and now I do not have access to any of them. I had hundred of dollars in vouchers (face value not deal value) that I no longer have access to.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I'm in talks with a lawyer now to see if I can get back what is rightfully mine and was promised to me.
I ordered frozen Elsa dress for Christmas back in Novmber, never to receive the doll nor to receive the money back. I had to buy another gift since Christmas has come and passed! All I want now is a refund for my money which they never got back to me. This is a complete scam of a company.

After mutiple emails and correspondence ncrowd apologized and said the ietm was returned and would I like a resend. I said yes. I was given a store credit and then a resend .I still have not received the led projector and ncrowd says it was delivered 11Jan 2015. Stay away from giving this company your money. It has been two months since I ordered a xmas gift and have not received. Super poor service ,slow customer help. Response time 7 to 14 days.
The jacket was so badly made, the bottle came off when I just wear it the first time, and it said,Material: knitted cotton/nylon, there nothing near cotton, and isn't nylon too, god know what is it, and on jacket there no saying too, so I don't know what it was, it just doesn't feel good, and it took 5 weeks for the shipping....
I recently moved to a different province in Canada. I seen nCrowd and thought "free shipping" OK I'll try it. Well I spent $300 on 10 Secret Santa Gifts which they claimed were , on average worth $100 each. A whole list of quit nice, a list of different gifts. So I took a chance. I ordered these particular items over a month before Christmas. To date I received four secret Santa gift packages. None have made it to people I sent them too, like my parents, my brother, and my children. The four gifts that I did recieve were for my girlfriend and her two adult daughters and adult son. Also came after Christmas. I wasn't expecting to much, just trying to have a little fun at Christmas. The four packages I did receive were all the same, a child's video. Nothing more than junk, worth less then $5 each and that's being generous. I don't like people that live to take advance of other people. But at Christmas time....It's shameful and there's no excuse. I have to thank nCrowd I guess. First , for completely spoiling Christmas for me this year. Second, for teaching me a lesson about on line shopping. I will never shop on line again. Thanks nCrowd
