Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Well this will take some time as I am awaiting information from DMV as to what officially they need rather relying on the officers commentsIf I don't hear from them by the end of the day I will be swinging by the office tomorrowAs for the insurance card, please send me an email address that I can send a fresh copy to youAttached is the insurance card requestedIf you release me from Auto pay, move the payment and accept one payment Friday we can move forward with thisWith the email address we can take communication to that venue rather than here if that's ok with you? Please let me know ASAP if that is acceptableBelow is the info that I received from Utah DMV:?If you have a Utah address, or are working here, and the vehicle will be here or more days, the vehicle needs to be registered here You will need to bring in the current registration, proof of insurance, valid driver's license, Power of Attorney from the leasing company; and you will need to pay sales tax on the balance of the lease amount owing (since the leasing company is not licensed here.) There will also be registration and plate fees. If? the leasing company wants a Utah title, we would also need you to bring in the current title There may be inspections needed for the vehicle, depending on the year of it, and the county you will be living in If no safety or emissions inspections are due, the vehicle will need a VIN inspection. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance from any of our phone representatives Monday - Friday from a.m- p.mat [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Unfortunately, the credit reporting agencies have their own policies When a subscription is cancelled by a reporting vendor ALL prior records for that vendor are deleted because future information will not be collected Credit reporting agencies are a business; they do not collect and report credit histories unless they are paid to do so The benefit our customers DID receive is their pay history reported to Trans Union credit reporting agency until we cancelled our subscription, then Trans Union deleted those customer records Nice Cars is not contractually obligated to report to credit reporting agencies However, we will provide our customers written acknowledgement of their pay history to other lenders/creditors upon request[redacted] ' demand to declare his account paid because Nice Cars no longer reports to a credit reporting agency is simply unreasonable Thank you [redacted] ***

I spoke to Mr [redacted] following receipt of this consumer concern Mr [redacted] 's primary concern was that he felt our service department personnel were not fully inspecting tires on vehicles I assured Mr [redacted] I would address his concerns with our service personnel to increase inspection of vehicles, and tires in particular I told Mr [redacted] that as a repeat customer his remarks are very much appreciated, as his business at Nice Cars. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questionsKaren W***

Mr [redacted] leased the Mazda from Nice Cars LLC on or about March 29, with 122,miles; days and 3,miles later he returned to Nice Cars for service Mr [redacted] stated the vehicle was sometimes hard to start, the right rear window was not operating properly, occasional belt noise and excessive gas consumption Nice Cars replaced the right rear window regulator, spark plugs and lubricated the belts all at no charge to Mr*** The next time Mr [redacted] brought the vehicle to Nice Cars for service was on May 31, 2017, the vehicle having 154,miles (31,miles in just over one year, very high mileage over the period of time) Mr [redacted] complained of excessive gas consumption, check engine light, lack of power, clutch noise, intermediate airbag light Nice Cars diagnosed the following: Evaporative purge solenoid is not closing entirely, causing lean condition; the clutch requires replacement - it is causing excessive gas consumption due to over-rev of engine (literally sucking gas) to drive the vehicle down the road; the left axle is leaking, the valve cover gaskets are leaking oil into the spark plug wells, and we recommend the upper radiator hose/thermostat housing be replaced Mr [redacted] declined our recommendations and left with the vehicle Mr [redacted] told us he believes his motor is bad and that is the reason oil is sitting in the spark plug wells Nice Cars will perform the repairs with no charge for labor (Mr [redacted] pays for parts only), however, Mr [redacted] is free to take his vehicle to any qualified mechanic for repairs at his expense should he desire, however, Nice Cars will not perform repairs we don't believe to be accurate We strongly suggest Mr [redacted] perform these repairs as quickly as possible to avoid an unfortunate circumstance.Thank youKaren W***, Owner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Due to Nice Cars LLC failure to report any payment history from May through the present time has made extremely hard to recieve home approvals, credit card approvals or loan approvalsA letter stating my payments on time is not going to impact my score for financial institutions to make a better judgement lets be realNice Cars LLC ( ***) refusing to provide a solution for their failure, is unacceptable! I feel the suggested solution is mediocre, but if they do not wish to do so then I ask they take the vehicle back and remove any balance owed and due, AS well refund all monies paid towards the Vehicle starting in May as well as any repairsi have attached a agreement signed with Nice Cars LLC explaining what they would do with my personal information as they have failed to do sobottom line I need them to stand up and do the right thing as they have failed to do something that was agreed upon Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: [redacted] and [redacted] leased a Chrysler PT Cruiser on August 6, 2014, while residing in Albuquerque, NM Subsequent thereto Mr [redacted] accepted employment in Utah, and in early March Ms [redacted] came to Nice Cars to announce she was moving to Utah as well I mentioned to Ms [redacted] at that time that Nice Cars was not licensed as a business outside of New Mexico so we would need to know how they planned to keep the vehicle registered until the lease expires in February, (if paid as agreed), as the current registration would expire in August As recently as last week I spoke with Ms [redacted] and asked her to send me Utah registration documents; she said she would They have not yet arrived It appears the [redacted] s are attempting to use this issue as a reason to terminate their lease early The provisions for early termination are set forth in the contract Nice Cars expects the [redacted] s to fulfill their obligations under the lease, however, the account is past due and if it remains so the vehicle will be repossessed and the sale proceeds applied toward their account If a deficiency results, Nice Cars will utilize all remedies available at law to collect the same, plus costs and expenses It is advised the [redacted] s maintain their account and send us the information from Utah to see what is needed to register the vehicle there [redacted] ***

Dear Mr [redacted] : Thank you for your prompt response Inasmuch as we do not have Utah's requirements for registration of a leased vehicle, I am not able to make a commitment Please provide the information required so we may resolve this issue I would suspect we would at least need a copy of both your and Ms [redacted] 's Utah driver's licenses and proof of insurance (that we have on file has now expired)Thank you [redacted] ***

Dear *** and ***: Thank you for your response, however, it would not have been possible for Chris or anyone else at Nice Cars to have presented and close the paperwork without uttering the word"lease" a dozen or more times. Nearly every document says "lease", and each document is explained so you are aware of what you are signing. Several of the documents recite yourunderstanding that you are entering into a lease transaction, each of which includes your initial or signature. Signatures on numerous documents say "Lessee" in at least one place below your signatures. Therefore, it just not possible that you did not realize this was a lease transaction. You are both responsible for the obligations under the lease agreement. An assignment or transfer is not possible without the written consent of Nice Cars. If this is your true objective, please so state that we can explore this avenue. Thanks. Karen W***

Dear Mr***: Thank you for your letter. I am so sorry ..... I had given instructions to the appropriate persons to have the same model radio installed in your vehicle. I had no idea that did not happen until I received the Revdex.com complaint.
I could have corrected the issue if you had so informed me when you took delivery, however, I have credited your account $as you have suggested to resolve the issue. I will mail the receipt to your address. Thank you. Karen W***

Nice Cars did report customer credit history through Trans Union credit reporting services until January 1, 2015, as a benefit to our customers. However, the cost of reporting our accounts, both current and paid off, became cost prohibitive. Unfortunately there is
no separation of accounts, paid off vscurrent, when reporting each month, therefore the volume continues to grow with new customers. We were faced with raising our prices or discontinuing our subscription to Trans Union; we chose the latter. It should be noted that mortgage lenders will accept a letter from creditors experiencing a satisfactory pay history for purposes of securing home mortgages and other loans. Nice Cars will maintain the pay history of its customers, electronically, and will be happy to write a letter on behalf of its customer(s).Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Please feel free to call me if you wish to discuss the matter further Thank you. *** ***, Owner

I have missed a call from nice cars Karen I have called her three times and is off today losing to the bure

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have no payment record as of May You stated you stopped reporting on January Where is the months that were not reported? You state you cancelled the subscription because of increase in customer base but you also increased the price in your signature and premium vehicles, that should easily compensate for the increaseYou lure Customers with your promises only to rip them off in the end once the vehicle is completely paid offMy request is simple report what is needed to the credit bureus, or credit my remaining balance so it shows paid in full to assist my credit score where your lack of reporting left offMy next step is the new mexico attorney generals office, and small claims court!

Dear *** and ***: On May 8, you entered into a Closed End Motor Vehicle Lease, which is noted at the top of your Lease Agreement in bold lettering. Nice Cars does not sell vehicles to the public, we lease only. This program was explained
in detail to you both prior to entering into any transaction, including your original lease transaction. All leases require a "residual" or "lease end value" which is stated in the Lease Agreement on the first page, lower right corner, named "Residual Value." There are numerous other documents which you initialed or signed acknowledging your understandingthat you were leasing the vehicle. However, you have the option to purchase it at the end of the lease term, for the Residual Value. There are no restrictions by the Consumer Leasing Act for the age of the vehicle. There was no misleading information provided to you at any time. If you would like to set up a time that we could sit down and go over your lease documents, I will be happy to do so. Thank you.Karen W***

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't I don't know why she told you this I spoke with her long enough on the phone we have discussed when we are going to meet I had to remind her the reason of her calling in the first place n focus to the incident and not based on my account which :all I wanted to do was pay off my car and know the balance of the remaining loan for my car

I am rejecting this response because:We are not using this to get out of the lease, just do not want to lose the car to impound or be charged with a felony for fraudWe will continue the lease agreement if Nice Cars puts the past due payment on the back end of the loan, accepts one payment this Friday and release me from auto payWe will pay it by phone as we always did before we movedWe do not approve the use of auto pay anymoreWe also will continue the lease if the restriction of a NM registration is lifted and we can register the vehicle in UtahIf those are met we will continue our leaseDoes Nice Cars agree with this?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: my concern is not the documents or the paperwork but the way it was positionedThe word lease was never spoken of by Chris and even though your documents state "lease" that was never referred to at signingI would have never agreed to lease a year old vehicle at the price of a recent model price and that you are over charging is in violation of the consumer leasing actI ask that you take the vehicle back and terminate any lease or balance owed as we both know your going to turn around and lease it to someone else once againOr allow me to transfer the lease om what is left to someone else's name without any fee or penalty or having to charge the next person a fee to put it in their name.
