Nice Cars, LLC Reviews (29)

Unfortunately, the credit reporting agencies have their own policies.   When a subscription is cancelled by a reporting vendor ALL prior records for that vendor are deleted because future information will not be collected.   Credit reporting agencies are a business; they do not collect and report credit histories unless they are paid to do so.   The benefit our customers DID receive is their pay history reported to Trans Union credit reporting agency until we cancelled our subscription, then Trans Union deleted those customer records.       Nice Cars is not contractually obligated to report to credit reporting agencies.  However,  we will provide our customers written acknowledgement of their pay history to other lenders/creditors upon request.[redacted]' demand to declare his account paid because  Nice Cars no longer reports to a credit reporting agency is simply unreasonable.  Thank you. [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] leased the 2005 Mazda 3 from Nice Cars LLC on or about March 29, 2017 with 122,957 miles; 33 days and 3,048 miles later he returned to Nice Cars for service.   Mr. [redacted] stated the vehicle was sometimes hard to start, the right rear window was not operating properly,...

occasional belt noise and excessive gas consumption.   Nice Cars replaced the right rear window regulator, spark plugs and lubricated the belts all at no charge to Mr. [redacted].    The next time Mr. [redacted] brought the vehicle to Nice Cars for service was on May 31, 2017, the vehicle having 154,604 miles (31,647 miles in just over one year, very high mileage over the period of time).    Mr. [redacted] complained of excessive gas consumption, check engine light, lack of power, clutch noise, intermediate airbag light.    Nice Cars diagnosed the following:   Evaporative purge solenoid is not closing entirely, causing lean condition; the clutch requires replacement - it is causing excessive gas consumption due to over-rev of engine (literally sucking gas) to drive the vehicle down the road; the left axle is leaking, the valve cover gaskets are leaking oil into the spark plug wells, and we recommend the upper radiator hose/thermostat housing be replaced.    Mr. [redacted] declined our recommendations and left with the vehicle.    Mr. [redacted] told us he believes his motor is bad and that is the reason oil is sitting in the spark plug wells.  Nice Cars will perform the repairs with no charge for labor (Mr. [redacted] pays for parts only), however, Mr. [redacted] is free to take his vehicle to any qualified mechanic for repairs at his expense should he desire, however, Nice Cars will not perform repairs we don't believe to be accurate.     We strongly suggest Mr. [redacted] perform these repairs as quickly as possible to avoid an unfortunate circumstance.Thank you. Karen W[redacted], Owner

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] following receipt of this consumer concern.   Mr. [redacted]'s primary concern was that  he felt our service department personnel were not fully inspecting tires on vehicles.    I assured Mr. [redacted] I would address his concerns with our...

service personnel to increase inspection of vehicles, and tires in particular.   I told Mr. [redacted] that as a repeat customer his remarks are very much appreciated, as his business at Nice Cars. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Karen W[redacted]

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:   [redacted] and [redacted] leased a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser on August 6, 2014, while residing in Albuquerque, NM.      Subsequent thereto Mr. [redacted] accepted employment in Utah, and in early March Ms. [redacted] came to Nice Cars...

to announce she was moving to Utah as well.    I mentioned to Ms. [redacted] at that time that Nice Cars was not licensed as a business outside of New Mexico so we would need to know how they planned to keep the vehicle registered until the lease expires in February, 2017 (if paid as agreed), as the current registration would expire in August 2015.      As recently as last week I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and asked her to send me Utah registration documents; she said she would.    They have not yet arrived.    It appears the [redacted]s are attempting to use this issue as a reason to terminate their lease early.    The provisions for early termination are set forth in the contract.  Nice Cars expects the [redacted]s to fulfill their obligations under the lease, however,  the account is past due and if it remains so the vehicle will be repossessed and the sale proceeds applied toward their account.   If a deficiency results, Nice Cars will utilize all remedies available at law to collect the same, plus costs and expenses.  It is advised the [redacted]s maintain their account and send us the information from Utah to see what is needed to register the vehicle there. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Due to Nice Cars LLC failure to report any payment history from May 2014 through the present time has made extremely hard to recieve home approvals, credit card approvals or loan approvals. A letter stating my payments on time is not going to impact my score for financial institutions to make a better judgement lets be real. Nice Cars LLC ( [redacted]) refusing to provide a solution for their failure, is unacceptable! I feel the suggested solution is mediocre, but if they do not wish to do so then I ask they take the vehicle back and remove any balance owed and due, AS well refund all monies paid towards the Vehicle starting in May 2014 as well as any repairs. I have attached a agreement signed with Nice Cars LLC explaining what they would do with my personal information as they have failed to do so. bottom line I need them to stand up and do the right thing as they have failed to do something that was agreed upon.

I am rejecting this response because:Well this will take some time as I am awaiting information from DMV as to what officially they need rather relying on the officers comments. If I don't hear from them by the end of the day I will be swinging by the office tomorrow. As for the insurance card, please send me an email address that I can send a fresh copy to you. Attached is the insurance card requested. If you release me from Auto pay, move the payment and accept one payment Friday we can move forward with this. With the email address we can take communication to that venue rather than here if that's ok with you?  Please let me know ASAP if that is acceptable. Below is the info that I received from Utah DMV:?If you have a Utah address, or are working here, and the vehicle will be here 60 or more days, the vehicle needs to be registered here.  You will need to bring in the current registration, proof of insurance, valid driver's license, Power of Attorney from the leasing company; and you will need to pay sales tax on the balance of the lease amount owing (since the leasing company is not licensed here.)  There will also be registration and plate fees. If? the leasing company wants a Utah title, we would also need you to bring in the current title.  There may be inspections needed for the vehicle, depending on the year of it, and the county you will be living in.  If no safety or emissions inspections are due, the vehicle will need a VIN inspection. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance from any of our phone representatives Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at [redacted] or [redacted]Thank you,[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted]:   Thank you for your prompt response.    Inasmuch as we do not have Utah's requirements for registration of a leased vehicle, I am not able to make a commitment.    Please provide the information required so we may resolve this issue.    I would suspect we would at least need a copy of both your and Ms. [redacted]'s Utah driver's licenses and proof of insurance (that we have on file has now expired). Thank you. [redacted]
