At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nice Electronics regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was told they do not have the camera in stock and can not ship it. I pointed out that their website advertises the camera as being in...

stock. I was told they are in the process of changing the website. They offered to sell me a more expensive camera and when I refused they encouraged me to cancel the order and look elsewhere. I told them I would wait to see if more cameras come in. I have not heard from them since.

Review: Nice Electronics used bait and switch tactics and false reviews to achieve sales. They advertise electronics at cheaper prices than every other electronic company online, after you purchase the product someone calls and tells you that you purchased a foreign version of the product and that the American version is a much higher price. After reading real reviews online about the company, I realized that this company has been involved in this type business for quite some time. I instructed the employee [redacted] and [redacted], assuming this is their real names, to cancel my order and to refund my money. It has now been several days and the company continues to tell me that they have refunded my account, however the money has yet to be refunded to my account. My bank continues to check my account and they are saying that there are no pending refunds from this company. At this point I am left to assume that this company is attempting to blatantly steal my money, 1250$.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded for the full amount of 1250$

Review: I purchased a flat screen TV from this company on 6/**/2015. After having the TV in use for one week it began showing a blue line on the right side of the screen from the bottom to 3/4 of the way up. I called Nice and spoke with Alfred Greene and he said I would have to call the manufacturer (Samsung). After a week or two of setting up warranty work with Samsung they realized I had bought the TV from an "unauthorized" seller and would not be able to cover it under warranty. After exchanging emails with Alfred and getting the run around for a few weeks I was able to speak with him on the phone and he said he would "make" an invoice that Samsung would accept. When I received the invoice it did not have the proper total paid the correct date or even the name of the company I bought it from. The new invoice had a company named Buy Dig which is an authorized Samsung dealer but not the company I bought my TV from. I spoke with Buy Dig and they did not even have that invoice # on file. Samsung also said that it would be fraud if I sent them the invoice considering it was fake. At this point Alfred pushed me off on the extended warranty company Mack that I had purchased an extended warranty with them through Nice. I have now been dealing with the extended warranty company for five months and all they are offering at this point is to pay a prorated amount of what I paid for the warranty itself. Which will be a separate complaint against that company.Desired Settlement: Beyond giving me a refund and paying to have this defective product returned to them this company needs to be investigated for producing fraudulent invoices.

I hope this review finds you before you buy ANYTHING from this company Nice Electronics. I just bought a Samsung UHD 4K Television from this company. I bought it for what I thought was a smoking deal. They were clearly $450 cheaper than anyone else on the web. I ordered it online. About 4 days had gone by and I had not heard that my TV had shipped. My credit card also had not been charged. So I called Nice Electronics. They guy that answered said he would look my order up. He came back saying "didn't anyone call you to tell you about the TV you bought?". I said no. He said that the TV I purchased was the "Asian model" and that it was made with parts that were not Samsung parts. He said Samsung made two versions of this TV of the same part number and that I really wanted to stay away from the Asian one and get the U.S.model. I said OK how much is the US model? He said it was $1597 but he could get me the TV for $100 off. Which is the price of the TV from ANYONE online. I was angry but anxious to get my new TV so I did carry through with the extra charge to get the "BETTER TV". I did eventually get the TV 1.5 weeks later (mind you I worried for 1.5 weeks I would even see the TV). When I did get the TV guess what???? It came from buydig.com. These clowns do not even have the product that they sell!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Do yourself a favor and check reviews of the vendor before you buy. Learn from my mistake.

If I save anyone out there from this horrible experience than it was worth it. People need to avoid this company so they can shrivel up and die!

Can you say Bait and Switch?

This company advertised a new LG 60LB7100 for almost $1000, Cyber Monday. I ordered it, status of "processing" unchanged as of Friday. Called them, they wanted to talk about it before shipping. It's not an LG its an AU with different pixels specs, warrantee, and panel for Canada. However they could still offer the black Friday price (which was higher than [redacted] normal price let alone their cyber Monday price). They kept offering better deals on the real LG while I kept saying just cancel. Finally they agreed to cancel; hopefully it is.

Considering [redacted] gave them 5 stars, this was disappointing. Interesting that Revdex.com says they are out of business.

Review: I ordered a Samsung TV from Nice Electronics in August 2014 that was supposed to ship in 3 days and now they say they don't have it and won't for perhaps 4 weeks yet they still advertise it for sale with promise to ship in 3 days! This is a TV that was discounted dramatically because it is a 2013 model but still 'new from the factory' so how are they going to get more? They say the TV is 'drop shipped' and they never had any to sell and are hoping their 'source' can get some more because they are selling a lot of them. How does that sound! This is just the latest strange story I have from them. The day after I ordered the TV I received a call from Nice telling me they sold me an inferior product. That the panel I ordered was not made by Samsung but was outsourced and has an AU code on it. It does not say that anywhere on their website, I said and the rep said he was just calling me to let me know to see if I still wanted it? He said the AU panels are more prone to breaking and poor picture quality and sent me a few links to some articles from 2007. When I called back and said I was fine with the AU panel he didn't really say anything - I expected it was a ploy to try and sell an extended warranty or something. I guess it was a ploy just to try and talk me out of it because they didn't have it. I really never expect to get it at this point. Don't sell something you can't get or don't have Nice Electronics!Desired Settlement: To alter consumers of fraud and misrepresentation

Review: I ordered a samsung UN65UHD8550 television from Nice electronics web site for approximately $1500 dollars. Later that day a sales person called me and told me that the TV I ordered was not actually a "USA" TV and that he could sell me the USA version for approx $2200.Desired Settlement: I would like them to sell me the "USA" version television at the advertised price. or for them to be unable to advertise the television in that manner.

Review: I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SAMSUNG 65" CURVED TELEVISION ONLINE ON NOVEMBER [redacted], 2014. THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE WAS 1696.53. A DAY OR SO AFTER, I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A GENTLEMAN CONFIRMING THAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED THE TELEVISION, DESPITE ME PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL; ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I ORDERED AN (AU) MODEL IN WHICH IS SAID TO BE THE SAME TELEVISION BUT PARTS ARE OUTSOURCED IN WHICH RESULTS IN LOWER QUALITY. NOTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS ITEM STATES THAT. WHEN I WENT ON [redacted], I TYPED IN THE MODEL# FOR THE TELEVSION AND THIS WAS THE LOWEST PRICED ONE SO I WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE, HE SAID THAT I COULD GET THE ACTUAL MODEL MADE DIRECTLY BY SAMSUNG BUT I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 749.47. I WANTED TO CANCEL AT THIS POINT BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS SOLD ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED FROM THE INITIAL LISTING OF THE ITEM ON THE WEBSITE. I WAS OFFERED "WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING" IN WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS (For online purchases our standard shipping is curbside. For an additional fee, you can purchase white glove delivery, which includes delivery into your home, un-packaging and plugging into an electrical outlet. Please note: White Glove delivery does NOT include assembly, placing on stand, mounting, or any other form of installation. White Glove delivery allows you to inspect the TV for damage and defects, and allows you to ensure that your TV has arrived in good working condition.) I WAITED UNTIL NOVEMBER [redacted], 2014 TO RECEIVE THIS ITEM IN WHICH WHEN I DID GET IT, DELIVERY GUYS HAD AN INITIAL PROBLEM WITH THE TELEVSION BEING PLACED UPSTAIRS. I EMAILED THE SELLER IN WHICH I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION FOR THIS ISSUE AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE. I WAS GOING TO REFUSE THE ITEM FROM THE DELIVERY BUT WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE SHIPPING/ RESTOCK FEES ASSOCIATED. HOWEVER, THEY BREACHED CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY MISLED A CONSUMER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT RESOLVE ISSUES WELL .Desired Settlement: THERE NEEDS TO BE AN OFFER OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS PURCHASE. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM ALL ASPECTS INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SELL SOMEONE SOMETHING AND THEN GIVE THEM THE RUNAROUND AND MARKET ITEMS IN WHICH YOU WANT TO MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY ON. I EMAILED NICK WHO WAS IN CONTACT WITH JAMIE AND EVEN ASKED FOR A FOLLOWUP BUT DID NOT GET A RESPONSE.

Avoid Nice Electronics LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They play shell games with prices, and attempts to call directly to determine an order status were in my case met 3 times with "Nice Electronics -- we'll be right back!" only to never return to the line. I've heard rumors the so called positive reviews they get are internally/employee based to skew what would otherwise be a very poor service rating.

You can also find more info directly at this cnet web site that discusses this company's bait 'n switch tactics in detail:

If you choose not to click the link, the same page also states:

"In the bait-and-switch routine employed by these merchants, the bait is prices that are significantly lower than those of other merchants. The switch occurs after the customer places the order, according to the AG's news release:

Once an order was placed, the companies would call consumers and try to sell them additional or "upgraded" merchandise at inflated prices. If the consumer refused to purchase the additional merchandise, the companies would cancel the sale or claim the item was backordered for months. If the consumer did agree to purchase the additional merchandise, the companies would send them lower-quality merchandise than what was promised, or merchandise that the consumer never ordered in the first place. When customers tried to return the items, they would either be denied or be slammed with undisclosed fees. All of the companies further limited customers' ability to return merchandise by requiring them to speak to a live customer representative during limited business hours, and then refusing to answer those telephone calls."

Review: "Bought a brand new Sony VPLHW55ES from Nice Electronics on 4/**/2015. 1st they said I ordered a South America model, and US model cost about $600 more. I went ahead and bought it anyway. they said it's brand new shipped direct from their Sony sales rep and same warranty as I bought from any Sony dealer.

When I received it I found the box was opened and re-sealed. Not brand new box as they mentioned, and spare lamp(or coupon) was missing. when I first contacted them, They said that spare lamp offer expired last year, which is a lie because I called Sony and verified that unit should comes with a spare lamp after I talked to them. Then they fused my request of either sending me a spare lamp or giving me credit back. I gave up and am disputing the cost of spare lamp with my credit card company.

I would never buy from them again, and I am just hoping what I got is a brand new unit, not refurbished. "Desired Settlement: either mail me a spared lamp that were included with the product purchased. or credit back the cost of purchasing a lamp for the projector.

Review: I ordered a Canon 5D Mark 3 from Nice Electronics on 2/*/2015. After they shipped the item, I called Nice Electronics to cancel the order due to a new camera model being released on the same day as the day I ordered the Canon 5D. They said that was fine and that I should refuse the [redacted] shipment. They said they would apply the $2499 price of the camera to the new Canon 5Ds model when they have it in stock. [redacted] then loses the camera when returning it to Nice Electronics. Nice Electronics filed a claim with [redacted] and were able to recoup $1300, which is the amount they declared as the value of the camera when they shipped it. They offered to reimburse me $1100 (no idea why they wouldn't at least reimburse me the $1300 that [redacted] reimbursed them on 8/**/2015). When I called Nice Electronics, they said that [redacted] wouldn't reimburse them the full $2499 because [redacted] wanted to try to find the camera first. When I called [redacted], they said the claim paperwork says $1300 on it since that's all Nice Electronics declared as the value of the camera.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed the $2499 I paid Nice Electronics on 2/*/2015 for a camera I never received.
