Avoid this company, still waiting on my item I ordered on 8/2, received email on 8/8 with tracking #. When I checked the # it indicated pre-shipment, awaitung USPS and no other activity since then. I've emailed them twice and no response. I read another review after this happened where a customer had the same issue. I will reach out to PP to dispute this transaction. This is what happens when you try to support your own kind.

Item discription pleated dress (white/rainbow). They withdrew the 168.00 off of Visa card on 7/28/19. I've sent several emails in regards to my order and NO ONE! Has responded. At this point, what I wanted the dress for will have passed by the time the dress arrives. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!! This company is so unprofessional I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.
I WANT MY $BACK OR THE DRESS DELIVERED TO MY DOOR BY FRIDAY 8/9/19. IF THIS CANNOT BE DONE THEN I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I placed an order for a product, and provided them with the CORRECT address, they shipped the product to the wrong address and will not resend.
I placed an order on 7/9/19 ( #***) and provided the correct billing and shipping address. My package was marked as delivered by USPS. But, the address label on the product was incorrect. Nichole Lynel company refuses to own up to the fact that they put the wrong address on the label causing my package to be delivered to the WRONG address.
The total cost of my order was $43.50 which also includes shipping.
I would like either store credit, or the same item shipped to the correct address.
If you want to get your items in a reasonable amount of time, DO NOT place an order from this company. Especially pre-orders! They tell you to email any questions and concerns. But they ignore all those emails. The communication is non-existent. I don't think I've ever received service this terrible ever. And the return policy is a joke. Save your money and time! I wish I would have paid through PayPal so I could dispute the transaction. She is always raving about her team, but someone is clearly dropping the ball.
I have been loving Nichole Lynel designs since she has started her business. She always has amazing selections with great quality and knockout prices. Whenever I order from her everything has a special touch from how it is packaged and branded. Whenever I order I always receive my packages on time if not days before. I have never had an issue with the style not looking or fitting like pictured. And I'm always beyond happy with my purchase.
Love Nichole Lynel's brand of clothing. I'm ecstatic with the quality of purchase and it arrived two days before expected. I recommend buying your show stopping, head turning fashion from Nichole.
Purchased multiple items on June 5th, 2019. Sent multiple emails to get info on the items never got a reply. Had to open a case with paypal just to get my money back. Avoid this company!
Purchased a pre order idea in good faith and never received the merchandise pre order paid on 4/25 today is 6/12 still no merchandise sent several emails to no avail
Was charged for an order that I never received.
I placed a order for clothing with Nichole Lynel website on 5/1/19 and my CC was charged $115.00 on 5/2/19. It was a pre-order that was due to be shipped on 5/20/19. On 5/21/19 I received a text stating that my order from Nichole Lynel has been shipped. USPS tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. When I go to USPS to check the status it only shows that a label was created and that it is awaiting for the item to arrive. I have emailed their customer service 2 time with no response.
I either want the items that I order delivered immediately or my money credited back to my CC
I made a purshase with this company on 5/8/2019. Item was delivered 5/13/2019 and I wasn't satisfied with product clothing fell apart so I emailed buisness to get address to return item on 5/14/2019. Item was packaged and returned by United State Postal Service on 5/16/2019 express mail. It is now 5/24/2019 and I haven't recieved my store credit nor was money return to my account. I emailed company several of times and no one has contact me back to resolve this matter. Company states that you have seven buisness days to return item which I did and have documentation. I just want my 158.00 back or my store credit to get an item that can be worn not falling apart from this place.
Refund Refund my money of 158.00 or give me an item that can be worn not falling apart with equal value.
