Review: I purchased a vehicle from nick Fargo auto on 10/11/2014. I downed $4000 cash. I don't know if I got qualified for the loan or not. A worker there name [redacted] suggest that I go add my name to his friends bank account who works with [redacted] so that way it'll prove my financial to qualifin ny. So he took me to do that. As I wait for everything to go thru I still dont know if I ever qualified. [redacted] also said he needed another $1000 which was due on 10/25/2014. I didnt have that yet so he came and repoed my vehicle. Now I feel cheated and lied and got ripped off $4000. I can't get my money back nor car. Please let me know what's going on. They will not talk w me on this matter. I want my money back. If I did not qualifyfor tthe loan I have every right to get my down money back.Desired Settlement: I want my down payment money back. Or car. They cheated me

Response:
I need a full vin# on the vehicle this customer purchased from us so I can locate their file thanks
Review: Nick Fargo Auto Plaza charged us a 3% fee for using credit when paying for the down payment. Charging a fee for using credit is against state law in California.Desired Settlement: I would like the contract for the loan to be canceled and them down payment along with the 3% fee refunded immediately. This transaction was illegal.

Response:
The problem has been resolved on behalf of both parties.

Response:
Company states: The company has bought back the loan from the bank and will not pursue the customer and will keep the down payment since the customer had defaulted on their payments and the car has been repocessed.

Response:
I am rejecting this response because: the business is still not addressing the issue. They also have not denied what they have done. They performed an illegal transaction by charging a fee for using credit. Cancelation of the sale is needed and a full refund of the down payment including the charge for using credit as a form of payment is the only resolution. The business has broken the law and they refuse to comply with California state law.
