Mr [redacted] - After your initial repair on 6/28/at the [redacted] Dealership in [redacted] ? you said the transfer case in the transmission was fixed by them (under the manufacturer's warranty)And then a few more repairs later at the [redacted] Dealership over the next couple of months seemed to have repaired the issueAnd, now you said additional issues with the repair have surfacedSince we have not worked on this car and that all the transmission repairs were done at the [redacted] Dealership - and since you are still covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty, we would suggest trying another [redacted] Dealer because you are covered for their work and they will abide by the [redacted] Warranty since [redacted] has repaired the car for you.?

[redacted] was given the choice to bring the car back to return it a week after she took the car om 08/14/ [redacted] called the bank on 08/17/to complain about the interest rate and overall cost of the carSo at that point we offered [redacted] the option to return the car and get a refund of her deposit She declined this option and went on to verify additional information needed by the bank She wanted to continue with the loan and certified this with a conference call with someone at the bank We are no longer in a position to offer this option since we have titled and registered the vehicle

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is the same answer regarding poor customer service and selling a lousy productI had no choice but to resolve the issue myself out of my own pocketMy experience with this business was both terrible and expensiveLike I mentioned before, if you're going to spend any decent amount of money go to a certified dealer who can back up the product they sellI told them about the issue and they told me it's nothingMy engine blows right after and I'm told it happens, if I wrote a check and it bounced then said it happens, I'd be in courtCrooks should go to jail and the way they practice business they should be too Regards, [redacted] ***

We take customer satisfaction and comments seriouslyRegarding Mr***' complaints, at the time he bought the vehicle in for service, diagnostic work was completedMr [redacted] owned a [redacted] productHis personal mechanic could have conveniently provided the engine repair service he recommended to Mr [redacted] under warranty

Mr [redacted] purchased his car from us with a three month 5,mile warranty which could have been used at any ASE certified mechanic shop We inspected his car and found no issues with the engineIf there was a need for a new engine on Mr***'s car, [redacted] would have approved any work to be done It seems Mr [redacted] had a mechanic already and he could have used the warranty for repairs with his shop

Customer came to our facility - a car was chosen - a deposit was left on a vehicle on 01/20/- customer was approved - customer changed their mind to a different car - then we held the car an additional days until 3/3/- then customer changed their mind againYes, we will bend over
(backwards) and refund the depositA check will be mailed asap

I am rejecting this response because my issue is not being resolved*** stated the problem needs to be fixed by selleri am being throw back an fourth*** your service manger said it was for my car to shift like thatHe is a owner of one as well words straight from his mouthHe did not have a techniation aviivable march 3rd when I brought car inIt is such a inconvenience to have to drive an hour away to not have anything doneHis suggestion to take it to *** is not workingI need a car that works if it wasent for the warranty The car has been worked on for a days out of the months I've owned the car.

Hello - *** *** *Yes you purchased a car from us on 4/16/2018. And, also purchased an extended warranty which was signed in several places on multiple contracts, agreeing to purchase A short time after the purchase, *** *** did request to cancel this warranty, which on

Customer clearly states that the vehicle was always repaired at the manufacturers dealer and under factory warrantyWe never did any repairs to the car nor would being the car is under factory warranty.We are not responsible to issue any kind of refund of purchase.This vehicle is under factory
warranty, any and all repairs should be done and covered by the manufacturer

I notified them of this within weeks of the purchaseCar was not inspected on this complaint by dealer but more so of a quick glance and listen type of inspectionI took the car to the dealership and couldn't past inspection, I had to pay for service on that to past inspectionI just came out my pocket for $dollars because they failed to give me accurate information on this vehicleIt's just bad business on there part and my mistake for listening to con artists.

I am rejecting this response because:
I notified them of this within 5 weeks of the purchase. Car was not inspected on this complaint by dealer but more so of a quick glance and listen type of inspection. I took the car to the dealership and couldn't past inspection, I had to pay for service on that to past inspection. I just came out my pocket for $3100 dollars because they failed to give me accurate information on this vehicle. It's just bad business on there part and my mistake for listening to con artists.
