For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
(The company would not allow the complaint to be handled through the Revdex.com.
The response I received by postal mail was very similar, if not identical to the responses posted in
response to other alleged Spam complaints on the Revdex.com San Diego web site.
Therefore, my opinion would be that this method of none response through the Revdex.com might
be to prevent the Revdex.com from lowering the business' Revdex.com ratings,
which it appears has not taken into consideration the numerous other independent and separate complaints of this type to SD Revdex.com.
I am willing to forward my email example to the Revdex.com, complete with header and link information,
for further investigation and resolution by the SD Revdex.com and the business respondent.
The SD Revdex.com may forward the example to the business.)

A properly detailed response to the consumer's concern wouldinclude specific policy related data and personally identifiableinformation. Can't speak to their services after purchase, but that's because I don't tend to give my business to people that can't even respect a simple request.
I gave them information for a quote and received a phone call and email from them. I replied to the email ([email protected]) stating that, because I was unable to access my cell phone during business hours, I would rather discuss everything via email. Since then (yesterday), I have received 0 emails and no less than 7 phone calls. I will not be doing business with this company.

I wanted to get more accidental death insurance for me and my daughter as beneficiary. I tried mutual of Omaha and they would never take the money near the 1st of every month. I had heard that aig was a reputable company and wanted the 250,000 and depending on what transportation would go up to a million dollars. Same as Mutual of O. So on 12am, I sat at my lap top and sent my app and put my master card down. The site gave me a # to my policy and a receipt for the 86.63 that I had spent. I am doing more traveling this year. So I was happy that I now had this.
Next thing I know after the Oct 3 transaction, my bank notified me by email that your Company had made an attemped transaction to take out another 86.63 on my account on October 5th 20114. That's not even the next month yet. I was astounded about this. I am 69 and my only income is Social Security and I live on no other income. I waited until October 6th and CANCELED THE INSURANCE AN EMAIL (3) PRECISLY THAT I HAVE RECEIVED. THE FIRST ACKNOWLEDGING THAT OF A RECEIPT OF MY MONEYS. THE 2ND ABOUT THE SET UP OF THE ACCOUNT AND THE ON GOING TAKEING OUT OF THESE FUNDS MONTHLY UNTIL CANCELLED. THE 3RD SHOWED YOU COMPANY'S ATTEMP TO EXTRACT ANOTHER 86.63 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON OCT 5TH.
I HAVE EVIDENCE TO THIS AFFECT AND ALREADY CANCELLED ON THE 6TH. MAYBE THE DENIAL LETTER IS ALL YOU GO ON BUT YOU HAVE FRAUDANTLY TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT RETURNED IT BACK ONTO MY MASTERCARD.
PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY. IVE GIVEN YOU MORE THAN 6 DAYS TO RETURN MY MONEY AND AM MAD THAT YOUR INCOMPATANT COMPANY WOULD DO THIS. I HAVE 17 GRANDCHILDREN AND THEY WON'T BE USING YOUR COMPANY AFTER THIS IS OVER.
DO I HAVE TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE THATS ALMOST $100 OUT OF MY MONEY THAT I NEED NOW. I CAN'T BELIEVE ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WILL DO THIS. IF I HAVE TO GO TO COURT, THEN IT WILL BE FOR ALOT MORE. TWO YEARS AGO AN IT STOLE MY CAR AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD TO BUY ANOTHER. I WILL APPRECIATE A NEW CAR OVER THIS IDIOCY THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE JUDGES IN TEXAS ARE QUITE FARE TO WAR VETERANS AND WIDOWS WHICH I AM BOTH. ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE A "PURPLE HEART".
RETURN MY MONEY OR THE NEWSPAPERS ARE GOING TO HAVE A FIELD-DAY WITH THIS SITUATION. STEALING FROM SENIOR CITIZENS OR FRAUD IS A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
