In June of 2014 my family and I traveled to NYC to meet with [redacted]. As we entered her agency, right away we felt at home. The atmosphere was very welcoming! [redacted] spent time sharing information about her agency, making sure we understood everything and she answered any questions we had. At this meeting [redacted] offered to represent [redacted], all she needed were clear snapshots. My husband and I decided that we really wanted professional pictures taken of [redacted].
