with [redacted], she is such a great person, professional of what she does. Right after we’e got our paperworks done, [redacted] did an amazing, stunning photos
for [redacted]. We’ve been in so man of Go-sees based on portfolio photoes, and recently less than a 3 months ago we’ve got our first booking with Prestigious

We first didn't have a professional photos done or make composite cards because we weren't sure how we would do.

I am a mother of a 10 year old girl named [redacted]. We have been signed with Nina Lubarda Model Management since Dec 2013.

We were signed after sending in pictures of [redacted] and then meeting with Nina Lubarda Model Management soon after. I never once paid for portfolios or a online portfolio. We have booked many jobs which were booked directly from Nina Lubarda Model Managemennt agency. We were never asked to shoot professional images.

Nina Lubarda Model Management had helped my daughter became a very well known child model in a short time in NYC. She is constantly requested by all major brands and books almost all the campaigns she is sent to. She shot 4 campaigns with [redacted] and became one of their favorite models very quickly. [redacted]'s other campaigns include the prestigious brands such as [redacted], and others. She has also done a national commercial for [redacted]. Nina Lubarda Model Management has taken professional photos of [redacted] which we did not pay as [redacted] was selected as a professional photographer for [redacted] and selected [redacted] as the model for this brand. All these jobs and campaigns were booked solely by Nina Lubarda Model Management.

I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend Nina Lubarda Model Management!

Review: August **, 2012, I paid [redacted] a total of $730, $690 for a photo shoot and an additional $40 on the day of the shoot. (I was not told about the additional $40 in advance). The shoot took place at her apartment (she also does business there) in the small dining room, we then went upstairs to her apartment & her buildings roof to shoot. We were supposed to do a high end shoot. I was left with cheap clothes that she picked up from Strawberry's, [redacted], etc....No stylist, no hair person. Needless to say, I contact her in 2 weeks about the shoot, [redacted] tells me something about the lighting was not good, so the shoot has to be redone.

In October 2012, I asked to do a reshoot, she notified me the day before and I had a previous booking that day for a hair job. I was not available to do the reshoot. Conflict with my prep and schedule. I then continue following up sending her emails and text messages to work on a date.

In February, the shoot was rescheduled at the same place(at her apartment) and [redacted]. I waited in her lobby for over an hour and [redacted] was a no show, I called and texted her-no answer.I had the front desk call her apartment and spoke with her [redacted], [redacted] and he said she was not there and he would try to call her. He reached her and called me back, he said she forgot. I also texted and called [redacted], and she sent me a text that she forgot and thought it was the following day. Interestingly, she tried to say I came to the wrong building, which is a blatant lie because I have the text messages from her stating she forgot and why she was not there.

I follow up again trying to schedule this shoot over and over. No reshoot. I reach her over the summer and she tells me she is on HOLIDAY for the summer and won't be back until the end of August.

Finally, I reschedule the reshoot for Sunday, October **, 2013. I call, text and follow up with her several times during week. I finally reach her and she texts me back to confirm on Saturday at 11a. We were scheduled to shoot 1p.

Saturday evening after I prepped for Sundays shoot, and get ready for bed I check my email only to find out that she had send an email to me at 5:56p stating that if she did not hear from me by 8p to confirm the shoot would be cancelled because she would not pay for the studio unless I confirmed.

I immediately text, called and emailed her asking why did she cancel after we clearly confirmed this morning and I had confirmed several times during the week! She said what was so hard to reconfirm...???Needless to say the texts back and forth got very uncomfortable. I tried to call her, again she never picked up. I told her I was tired and frustrated of her ignoring me for months and not giving me what I paid for and that I just wanted my money back. She then said she has a 24 hour cancellation policy and that she paid for the studio time. Ironically, she broke her own 24 hour policy. Then offers to shoot. Then the she says, I purposely waited to confirm at 10p...which is ridiculous after eagerly contacting her over a year! And she knows this. Clearly her emails contradict what she says. I expressed that I did not like her unprofessional flakiness...I felt ripped off after I have tirelessly tried to get my photo shoot.

I have waited over 1 year and 6 weeks for pictures that I never seen or am even sure they came out at all. Bottom line is I just want my money back.

This unprofessional resulted in me filing charges with NY Court and I told her that I will not have anymore contact and this will have to be settled in court.

I had not idea she had several complaints filed with the Revdex.com year after year...or else I would never have worked with her at all.Desired Settlement: !00% of my money back...I filed with NYC Small Claims court and if I do not receive my entire refund before the trail date I will proceed with the trial.

We would like to inform you that information provided by [redacted] is incorrect and false.

The truth is that we provided complete Professional Photoshoot for [redacted]. Complete Professional styling with high fashionable 5 different looks was provided.

The shoot took about 3 hours with professional photo equipment and most prestigious professional beauty photography lights.

[redacted] came with hair extensions and decided to have the same hair style as when she came. Photoshoot included 5 completely different looks as agreed.

Unfortunately [redacted] soon after the complete professional photoshoot was done, decided that she want to have completely different hair style for her portfolio and she wanted to do completely new additional photo shoot done.

We even agreed to do completely new professional photoshoot for [redacted] with no additional costs. We have offered several different possible days to [redacted] to have additional photo shoot.

[redacted]'s response was that she is busy and she cannot come. We offed more possible days and even let her to decide for the date she will be able to come again.

She did not confirm the shoot on time and we sent several requests to her to please confirm the shoot.

We booked photo studio but did not hear from [redacted] by requested time.

She called very late at night and it was explained to her that she would have to confirm the shoot by the time requested.

Even then we still agreed to do the shoot the next day but she decided that she is no longer interested to come. She started to threaten with complain to Revdex.com if we will not return money even though we completed professional potoshoot even the first time she came.

We offered her this additional photo shoot just because she wanted to have a different hair style as our complimentary additional photoshoot.

No additional photoshoot was part of the payment.

We are still willing to the additional photoshoot for [redacted] but it is completely unfair to request money back for already completed photoshoot.

We would like you to contact [redacted] as she does not respond to any of our emails, call or text messages..

We are willing to accommodate her additional photoshoot on the date that she can come. We would like to solve this issue in a nice way without involving our attorney for damages that [redacted] caused to our company's reputation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Obviously this is another lie from [redacted] about the details. Oddly enough, it was to my advantage that I did bring extensions, because her stylist curled my hair and left. If I did not bring clip ins I would have had the same hair style for all the 5 looks. AND I called her all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday and sent texts and emails to confirm the shoot. AGAIN the shoot was scheduled to be at her apartment complex. She failed to mention that we shot in her living room and on the roof of her building. A REAL STUDIO. BUT, AGAIN I never seen the photos? I am sick and tired or her shenanigans. I have ALL correspondence (emails, text message and phone calls) from August 2012 until today. I will proceed with my lawsuit filed with the NY Courts scheduled on January ** 2014. I will also use this information from the Revdex.com at my court date to prove her inconsistent story and half truths. It is odd that the same day the Revdex.com send me her response, [redacted] sent me emails and texts messages asking if she can give me back the money or work something out. The bottom line is I have not received any photos, or was able to reshoot or my refund of the money I spent.

I would like to share my amazing experience with Nina Lubarda and Future Faces of NYC. I emailed pictures of my daughter to Future Faces website. I recieved and email back within 48 hours. They were very professional and eager to meet with [redacted] AT MY EARLIEST convience. My experience from the very beginning was very positive. The staff is very friendly! Nina explained everything step by step! Nina assisted me with all the paper work for her trust account and work permit. I found that to be very helpful. Nina also explained the industry to my daughter and me. I appreciated that Nina was focused on making my daughter feel comfortable. She went over how to present yourself on a casting call and what to expect ect. At one point they were roll playing!:) I knew from our first meeting that Future Faces Of NYC was the place for us. It was important for me that my daughter felt comfortable and was treated well. Nina did suggest we take professional pictures. She also stressed that it was not mandatory in order for them to sign her. The pictures I took were from my eye phone. I knew that at some point I was going to have to invest in a portfolio. I agreed to the photo shoot. In my opinion I felt it was very reasonably priced. I didn't have to do anything but show up. Nina Lubardad picked out her wardrobe. My daughter was ver happy because she loved all the cute styles!! I was very happy when I saw how Nina was with my daughter! He focus was on making [redacted] look and feel her best. Nina was fabulous with Elley!!! My shy beautiful daughter turned into a professional model right in front of my eyes. Nina has everything to do with that transformation. Nina coached her and gave her such valuable advice!!! My daughter left that photo shoot ready to take on the world. She was so confident and so excited to finally accomplish what she has always wanted to do!! When the pictures came back Nina was over joyed and very excited for [redacted] and I to see them. They turned out so beautiful. Nina captured the most amazing expressions from my daughter!! NINA LUBARDA IS A VERY TALENTED PHOTOGRAPHER!!! My daughters career took off right away. She was getting calls twice a week. It's been an amazing experience! Elleys been on several jobs! A few to list are Best Buy, craZart and Fashion weekend. The one thing that I love the most about Nina is she celebrated with you! I think she is as equally excited as my daughter when [redacted] gets jobs. They appear in ad campaigns for major clients and make a statement when they walk in the room.

On a personal level, [redacted] and her staff are all very warm and welcoming. Any time we need to go into the office to see them, they are thrilled to see us and immediately welcome both me and my daughter. Also, there is an effort made by the agency to foster a family feeling among the parents and children. My daughter and I have both made lifelong friends through these efforts.

[redacted] and her staff show concern and compassion by following up on our discussions, as well as providing opportunities tailored to each child. We are sent on castings that are very specific to our look, rather than only cattle call style castings. This shows that they place care and value on our time, instead of only sending us on campaigns that are not conducive to our style. In addition, they have arranged many wonderful direct bookings for my daughter, which really are so important to us. These bookings require a lot of effort by [redacted] and her staff to secure.

My daughter's portfolio (photographs taken by Nina Lubarda) is amazing and really portrays her look beautifully! [redacted] made my daughter feel very comfortable, special, and important during the portfolio shoot, and can't wait to shoot with her again! For example, I had given [redacted] my daughter’s sizing based on what I usually buy for her. She helped me to adjust the sizing so that all the provided clothes fit her perfectly and really showed her off. I realized that there is a difference between what we as parents buy so it lasts, and what a model sizing is.

[redacted] is incredibly selective, which is one of the things that makes her so successful. [redacted] and FFNYC are truly at the top of the industry!!!

[redacted] has represented our daughter for over a year. Although we do not live in-state, we really appreciate that she is dilligent about submitting our daughter for direct bookings. [redacted] has great contacts in the industry and many of the kids she represents are very busy. She works with top companies to get her kids the best campaigns.
