I was called today 2/19 at 4.53pm by [redacted] and was told that it was a 50/50 issue on the damage to my car and that they would have their body shop  fix it . When I called him back I told him it was not a 50/50 issue and he explained with the weather that it may had not been seen due to the salt on the car that it might not have been noticed  .Also  there is no way  you cannot see this damage and there was no damage when I brought the car in for a FREE Oil change and on leaving there it is costing me 550.00 in repairs . I also told him that I do not want my car fixed in their shop as I do not trust them after what happen and he told me that they can only fix it there and will not pay for it to go any where else .what happen to customer satisfaction??. he told me he sat down with the Director , I told him I want the Director and also Owner to call me as I have filed a damage report with my insurance company . Also still no phone call regarding the 2,000 rebate that was not on the P&S and was also  not included in the price when I sat down that night December 11th to sign the paper work the agreed upon price was 26888.00 which was the price I was going to pay at another dealership for a SL model . I then talked them down to 26100 that night which somehow became 26170 there at no time was any difference agree on for the 2,000 rebate for having Toyota cars  and also the Gift Card but they did get to me fast enough about the damage to my car . since February 7th  no response .

On 4/28, [redacted], General Sales Manager, indicated to Ms. [redacted] that he has to schedule an appointment for the tint to be removed correctly. He will contact the appropriate resource today to set up an appointment and advise the customer when it is confirmed.

They called yesterday and left no sort of response to what they will do to rectify the situation. I don't want to hear more excuses from anyone.

At 11:00 AM today, I met with General Manager [redacted] who indicated that he reached out to the customer and had not received a reply. Salesperson [redacted] called the customer and left a message.

Ms. [redacted] is scheduled to bring her vehicle in for the auto body repairs on Monday, 2/26. We will provide a rental vehicle for her use. Service Director [redacted] and General Manager [redacted] discussed the rebate in question with Ms. [redacted]. Nissan 24 will provide a $2,000 service credit for Ms. [redacted]'s use.

acknowledged that the tint was supposed to be removed per [redacted] state law prior to the sale of the car not to advise at time after registration and during sticker that by the way the tint is illegal. I purchased the car with tint and by removing the tint makes it legal after the fact. He is still not correcting the issue and having the car re-tinted to legal state specifications. Per our call on 4/28 I was advised by Mr. [redacted] " you got you're sticker right, what's the issue? Sounds like you just want us to pay for tint" I'm highly upset that I drove the car for days not knowing it was illegal, thankfully I didn't get stopped and fined. The car was purchased with the tint already in tact and not knowing that is was illegal and have to be removed I would now have to incur an additional $250-300 to tint or $375 to remove tint and leftover glue that they left on the windows and re-tint. I also stated to him that I was going to file complaints and trying to avoid it and was advised if you file we won't do anything for you. I shouldn't have never been put in this situation at all. The car should've been legal at time of purchase with no additional costs for adding a feature that was sold on the car.  The salesman [redacted] emailed me today from my original email on 4/27 stating to bring the car in tonight 4/29 to be worked on tomorrow 4/30 to remove tint only. I can't take time off from work and advised him that I am dealing with the Revdex.com & Attorney General's office at this time and won't be dropping my car off at this time.

Good day. As per my phone call with the Revdex.com professional this afternoon, [redacted], General Sales Manager will contact Ms. [redacted] via email/telephone today. Direct conversation with Ms. [redacted] is highly recommended in this situation and is respectfully requested.

At this time the only acceptable resolution will be to restore the car to the condition that I purchased it in by removing the glue, balance of illegal tint and tinting the car to the legal limit in [redacted]. I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office 4/28 online. I have also contacted my families Attorney [redacted] from the law offices of [redacted] and will move forward accordingly as I should not have to come out of pocket and correct an issue that was an error on Nissan 24's end.  Your company should make good on a purchase due to the error caused by Nissan 24. If I have to go this route I will seek reimbursement for all fees to fix vehicle, lawyer's fee, filing costs and wages for time taken off from work. .

We addressed this immediately and secured an appointment (tomorrow 4/30) for Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle to have the tint and any glue removed from the windows. We will be unable to perform this service if Ms. [redacted] is unwilling to provide us access to her vehicle.

General Sales Manager [redacted] met with Mr. [redacted] on Friday, January 15th. Mr. [redacted]'s concerns were resolved by refunding his money for all items in question.
