Review: I recently bought a used car from this dealership. On May [redacted] 2015.

We agreed on the listed price of 89995, which was over kbb value already. And they wouldn't bring the price down at all, which is understandable considering it's an exotic car. Waited 8 hours for the loan approvals to go through.

First I was spoken into getting he extended warranty, by then saying 'this and that isn't covered' until I found out by nissan corporate that everything is covered for 3 years originally. So I wasted 9000 dollars on a unnecessary warranty.

The car had swirl marks and chips over the front, which I was told "it's being sold as is, we can't do anything about that". All it needed was a quick polish.

The main reason for this complain is they charged me an extra 2300 on my contract for the "vehicle price"

$92257, instead of 89995. Without notifying me of what these charges are for.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation, over the phone. And my money back that was over charged.

Review: May **, 2015 went to purchase 2013 Nissan Rogue. Price of car is $14,995. Salesperson stuck form in front of me with $16185. Said it included dealer prep and delivery charges. A charge of $349 was on this form for Nissan total protection. Salesperson never explained this to me. Went to sign papers. Waited over an hour. Finance person rude, and for some reason they burned another inquiry on my credit for Nissan finance instead of the financing I already had approved. Told finance guy I wanted my own financing because to finance through Nissan, you have to have a certified warranty for an additional $3300 over life of loan. When he redid the finance form ( another hour wait) it came back not $16185 but $16534. Said it was fees but would not identify them. When I asked why all these fees were not named on form, he pretty much ignored my question even as I asked it twice. He was rude to me and my adult daughter when questioned as if I did not have the right to question him. I was with 3 children also and just wanted to get out of there. The dealership plays loud obnoxious music and has many sketchy people hanging outside their showroom. After going over figures again, they charged me twice for the same fees. Then my loan was for 60 months at 5.12% but they put on the finance form 72 months at 6 percentDesired Settlement: I want an itemized listing of the fees and an accounting of the entire financial document in detail. I believe I was charged twice for the same fees. The form should read as follows: $14,995 plus delivery and prep to come out to $16185. Then I want tax, title and tags next plus motor vehicle fee. I do not want the $349 Nissan loss protection nonsense that was never explained to me by salesperson until too late. I want a full accounting of all fees in detail.

I apologize for the delayed response to this complaint.I thought some time in between phone calls,voice mails, and requests to the customer would help in getting a response.Unfortunately we have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with this customer to understand this complaint.Once we get in touch with this customer we can discuss the complaint to better understand exactly what the complaint is, and to try and come up with a amicable solution.Please assist us in getting the customer to call Nissan Of Garden City @ ###-###-#### and ask to speak with the General Manager or the Customer Relations Manager.Once in contact with either of these Managers a resolution can be sought. Either of these Managers have the authority to agree to an amicable solution.

Review: IN NOVEMBER 2012, I WENT BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A SECOND TIME, RETURNING A 2009 NISSAN ALTIMA FOR A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO REALIZE THAT I ACTUALLY MADE A BAD DEAL, AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, THAT ACTUALLY BECAME HARDER AND HARDER TO LEAVE WITH. A 39 MONTH LEASE OF $446.76 A MONTH FOR A NISSAN ROGUE; NOT A LEXUS, MERCEDES, NOT EVEN A NISSAN MURANO, IS OUTRAGEOUS. TO DO THIS TO A RETURNING CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING AND GOOD CREDIT IS A REAL SHAME. I FIND IT UNBEARABLE TO LIVE IN THIS SITUATION, AS I SEE WHAT IS BEING OFFERED OUT THERE FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY.Desired Settlement: AT THIS POINT, I WANT NISSAN OF GARDEN CITY TO KNOW THAT I AM DISAPPOINTED. Review: There's been nothing but ongoing issues regarding my 2013 Nissan sentra which is notated in the system with Nissan I been having an electrical issue which is preventing me from using the charging port in my vehicle this has been changed two times and the last time it was repaired it worked for one day than turned burned out. I called [redacted] he's one of the advisors that has been helping me from the start with booking the repairs. When speaking to him he told me that nothing was covered under warrantee anymore because of such high mileage I told him if this was repaired properly it would of never went this far now which this repair is now not covered . Also one of my hubcaps is cracked and damaged by in climate weather and I contacted parts and the representative said that was covered by warrantee so also brought that up [redacted]'s attention and he said it was normal wear and Tare he really wasn't trying to hear it he blew me off the phone and told me to call him back he was to busy to talk further. There was an issue during repair some car parts had to be ordered they were the wrong parts and my car was left there for 1 month because they ordered the wrong door panel and my back window was damaged during repair so they had to order a new Window for the back left side this was a brand new car with so many issues due to unprofessional employees and service. Everytime you bring something up as an issue no one wanted to take responsibility for any kind of problem. When I purchased my car in March 2013 the sales department had rap music blasting and I waited there all day from 12 noon to 5 [redacted] sold me my car and told me he needed to take a small deposit and I said ok please only take 100 he rudely took it upon his self to charge my bank card 180 dollars and said he was sorry he pushed the wrong button this has been a hot mess since day one and. I'm fed up with the run arounds the car needs repair it's not my responsibility I would like resolution thank youDesired Settlement: I would like my car repaired and my hubcaps ordered with no charge to me due to the way I been treated from day one

Review: I purchased a new 2013 Nissan sentra march [redacted] 2013 After I signed I went outside to see my vehicle I noticed scratches on the silver door handle and chipped paint on the passenger side door which was repaired. When I received my vehicle back there was goudges on the driver side door and the vinal material was ripped that goes around the inner door handle . So I called to let [redacted] know the problem he said anything else I see to let him know also was scratches on the window lining that was also repaired.[redacted] went ahead and let service know to order the door panel which I waited for since may. Cause it was on back order I also was on my way to garden city a week before the [redacted] of June to get the door pannel repaired and [redacted] stated we could not come down due to an overload of customers . So we asked if we can be reimbursed for the gas and he said sure.on or about June [redacted] the door pannel was repaired when I looked at the door panel it wasn't the right material service ordered the wrong one I've waiting for since may I couldn't believe such unprofessionalism I than told [redacted] he couldn't even believe it I than came back on mon June [redacted] to pick up a rental an Altma that now is the [redacted] of July and I'm still gassing up this big car which I can't financially afford due to this ongoing problem of repairs . Also sales keeps calling my mother since She's on the car loan with me asking how things are going with the car and as soon as she tried telling them about what happened they hang up on her and say bye bye how unprofessional this dealership is no one wants to hear you out including [redacted] the service manager I spoke to him prior on delivery of my parts and just when l was trying to explain the issue on how long I been waiting for the door panel he said who's handling the service I said [redacted] he said ok let me connect you.ok really this is how you treat customers I spent 11hrs march ** in the sales dept with my little 3yr old also spent 24,000 dollars on a car with damage this is highly unexceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated on all the trips back and fourth to the dealership and for putting gas in the Altma which I relieved it on e gas on mon June [redacted] also to fix my car properly without ungoing damages
