Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The note from the dealership is not an accurate presentation of what happened which again fit into the pattern of their business practiceOne Dave from their Service department called me that they have a key for me and that I should come to their dealership to have it programedI explain to him that I live in [redacted] which is almost hours awayI then suggested to him if it is possible to mail the key to me and I can 'on my own cost' have a Nissan dealership here in Rochester program the key for me because that would be cheaper than my driving to New JerseyHe responded that it is not up to him to make that decision and that I should call the Sales departmentI called the Sales department and was told the person that will make the decision will call me back - they never did call me back and that is almost two weeks nowTo say that they are working with me and that I simply refused to come to NJ is not accurate.Again, I will be glad to have the key program here in [redacted] at my own cost if they can mail the key to memy address again is [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This was not explained to me and I did pay the as part of the down paymentDealer said after they took down payment I paid everything on 7/28/ Eddie C [redacted] the Sales Manager and Lou P [redacted] the Finance Manager said we owe you for my trade in after my downNobody told me I owed another and this is a double chargeWhen I picked up the check I was told I paid everything and the minus was an errorMy deal was a month, months, down from my trade in & they owed me No other cash was dueThey owe me another I was told 8/12/by Eddie C [redacted] Sales Manager n o money should have been subtracted from the because all money was paid 7/28/when I left with the vehicle If I owed a fee they wouldnt have let me leave with the vehicle on 7/28/ My paperwork for my lease doesnt say I owed anything because I didntMy deal was put down & pay a month and they owe me another This dealer has done this to many other and [redacted] ** [redacted] did Shame On You on themHawthorne Police .Department has reports from other customers being double billed Regards, [redacted]

Payoff had been sent to Toyota and I provided a copy of the check that Toyota cashed with the customers account # written on the check Toyota applied the check to the wrong account which we contacted them and corrected once the customer called us about it The account is closed and we have not been notified of any other issues

We have sent out the motor vehicle refund, and I told the customer thatAs for the missing plate, we needed a signature from the customer which I contacted her and she came in and provided alreadyThe plate is produced in Trenton, so we are at the mercy of NJ DMV as to when it will be receivedIt has been filed for at our expenseShe is demanding a remote start that was not part of the dealI asked her to provide me any documentation that it is owed, and she just wants to yell and say that we should just install itWithout a we owe or some document from the dealership we will not be installing a remote start

Customer came in 12/to pick up his vehicle and was very happyThe wait was due to the customer waiting for his down payment which cleared on the 13th and he brought it in on the 14thHe was under pressure to pick up his new car before the premier of Star Wars

As an update to ID [redacted] , we have offered a second key to [redacted] , however, in order for us to cut a second key our service department must have the vehicle present to mold and cut the exact key. [redacted] refused at one point to drive back to our dealership, however, we are continuing to... work with him.

Customers payments had been made to NILTWe emailed the customer a copy of the check along with the tracking number

*** leased a new vehicle for us and we set up $2,for remaining payments of her Kia leaseWe gave her the $2,as agreedShe came back to the store a few months later with a bill from Kia for an additional amount of moneyWhen we looked at the bill together we noticed that Kia is now
billing the customer for a loss at the sale of her lease returnWe explained that this has nothing to do with Nissan of HawthorneWe discussed with *** that she should call Kia as she paid the remaining payments and they should not be billing her for the loss they incurred selling her lease returnNissan of hawthorne fulfilled our end with the customer and leased her a new vehicle, cut her a check for the remaining payments and returned her Kia to a Kia dealershipWe can not be held responsible for Kia financial billing the customer for their loss on the lease return

I am responding because I spoke with a higher person at Nissan and they were able to resolve the issue Thank you for your help

*** leased a sentra and her deal and contract call for $due at signing in cash from the customerShe did not pay the $cash due at delivery therefore we took the $owed from the check back to the customerThe customer was confused because the description on the check stated "minus $
for delivery fee", but in fact it was the cash due at delivery nothing to do with a delivery feeWe explained this to the customer

[redacted] had a tax balance for his ** taxes. He finally came in to the showroom after several attempts to contact him. We took care of the issues and he has is license plates

I am rejecting this response because:  This was not explained to me and I did pay the 600 as part of the 3600 down payment. Dealer said after they took down payment I paid everything on 7/28/17.  Eddie C[redacted] the Sales Manager and Lou P[redacted] the Finance Manager said we owe you 5200 for my trade in after my 3600 down. Nobody told me I owed another 600 and this is a double charge. When I picked up the check I was told I paid everything and the minus 600 was an error. My deal was 145 a month,  24 months,  3600 down from my trade in & they owed me 5200. No other cash was due. They owe me another 600. I was told 8/12/17 by Eddie C[redacted] Sales Manager n o  money should have been subtracted from the 5200 because all money was paid 7/28/17 when I left with the vehicle.  If I owed a fee they wouldnt have let me leave with the vehicle on 7/28/17.  My paperwork for my lease doesnt say I owed anything because I didnt. My deal was put 3600 down & pay 145 a month and they owe me another 5200. This dealer has done this to many other and [redacted] did Shame On You on them. [redacted] received the mailed check as we told her she would. I spoke with her after she received it to confirm. Just to clarify, the customer came in once and we saw the discrepancy and told her then we would cut the check back to her. She was supposed to pick up the check on...

a friday but did not show up. Our office then put it in the mail. She came in on Saturday and we told her that the office mailed it and provided her with a copy of it to show that the check had been cut and was mailed. The customer received the check as we promised.
