I am rejecting this response because: Although we finally got the Application for Title, the title clerk, I assume, signed my and my daughters name on the back and then scratched my name out which voided the title The lady from the courthouse that is trying to help us get the tag sent the title clerk at Nissan an Affidavit to correct the title over a week ago and she still hasn't signed it and sent it back to the courthouse clerk

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I did receive my down payment but the dealership committed fraudI am trying to persuade legal action due to the information on the contractOn the contract I signed the mileage read 142,but when I left that mileage was changed on the contract to 168,which I didn’t signed the one that was changedI have documents of both contracts as well as text messages showing the New Account Number and me even asking why is it different

The customer was told she could take the vehicle home to let her husband see itUnfortunately, she said she could not buy the vehicle unless he approvedWe had a customer come in the store and agreed to buy the vehicle at the same timeThe customer came into the store the previous dayThe
customer that is complaining was percent completely aware of the situationI personally told her that she could do the paperwork and buy it nowThe salesman said she could not buy the vehicle without her husband making the final decision We then sold the vehicle to the other personA dealer always takes a sure deal! We are very sorry the customer could not make a purchasing decision without her husbandI offered to purchase another usexcar for her at the auction She was very angry and trashing us on social mediaThank you for hearing both sides to this story Management

The delay in finalizing the financeing for Mrs***'s vehicle has been resolvedUnfortunately we were waiting on the title on her trade in (Ford Mustang) which was being held by *** *** in MississippiWe could not finalize the new car deal until the issues with the trade were
resolved

This issue has already been resolvedOn Thursday, October 19, 2017, Nissan of Picayune rescinded the sale, and returned the down payment to Mr***Until that time, both of his issues(turn signal & headlight) were repaired & paid for by the dealershipThe reason Mr*** owed $10,
is because the lender charged a very large bank feeAs for the $18,he would have paid for the vehicle, that included nearly $8,in interest charges.Mr*** no longer owns this vehicle, or has any obligations for the loan

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. However, I do not expect anything from this business.
For Information Purposes only:
With regard to the businesses response:
1. I was never told that there was someone physically at the dealership who was there to buy the car until she had already begun the deal and I was told if her deal fell through I could get the car.  I was left sitting in the salesman's office until I began asking where he was.  The last communication from him was that he was taking the car to be detailed so that I could take it home.
2. I did complete the paperwork to take the automobile home to show my husband.  I did not require his approval or signature to purchase the vehicle.  As a married couple, I felt it was the proper thing to do rather than just arriving home with a new vehicle.  That would have been disrespectful to our marriage.  The sales manager did ask me if I wanted to buy the car right then but did not indicate that if I did not, I would lose the car.  He only indicated that someone was coming in the morning to see the car.
3. With regard to me "trashing" them on social media, I wrote a truthful account of what transpired at the dealership and made the comments public on Facebook.  There is not one untruthful statement in my post and only one opinion regarding the character of the dealership at the end of the statement.
Kindest regards,

A mistake was made in entering the mileage, which was in our computer system. There was no attempt to commit fraud. The dealership took the Nissan Sentra back(first deal), when Mr. [redacted] had a mechanical issue. The second vehicle had 2 minor issues, that were fixed at the dealerships expense. When Mr. [redacted] tried to trade the vehicle, the mileage error was discovered. We met, agreed to flat cancel the contract, returned Mr. [redacted] $1,500 down payment, and have rescinded the title work with the State of Louisiana(pending). In return, Mr. [redacted] has executed a "Full and Final Settlement" document(attached), and the check has cleared our bank. Mr. [redacted] has been made whole and has no obligations related to the 2011 Nissan Rogue. In fact, a copy of the cancelled check is attached, and is evidence that it was used at Toyota of New Orleans, presumably to purchase another vehicle. This matter has been addresses, to Mr. [redacted] satisfaction, as evidenced by the attachments. Mr. [redacted] has not been damaged, and the solution he was seeking, buying another vehicle, at another dealership, appears to be accomplished. This matter should be considered resolved.

The Alabama DMV would not accecpt our statement of error. They faxed their version to us and we completed it and overnighted it back to the Alabama DMV on 7/12/16 so Alabama should have everything they need at this point to complete the registration.
