The delay in finalizing the financeing for Mrs. [redacted]'s vehicle has been resolved. Unfortunately we were waiting on the title on her trade in (Ford Mustang) which was being held by [redacted] in Mississippi. We could not finalize the new car deal until the issues with the trade were resolved.

I did receive my tag's for the car.  Dealer lied about everything, I checked and the tag was issued on the same day payment was received.  Why did it take two months to get the tags?  I called the dealer ten time's trying to get my tag's, no one ever returned my calls.  I was ready to file legal complaint.  Never do business there.

We had this customer's vehicle towed to our dealership at the request of the Nissan North America's Consumer Affairs Department. Her vehicle is a 2013 Sentra with 67610  miles and her powertrain warranty had expired at 60000 miles. At the request of Nissan we dissassembled the vehicle to the...

point of failure. Nissan sent their District Field Technician to inspect the vehicle and he determined that the timing chain had failed and bent the valves in the engine. Nissan denied any type of goodwill repair of the vehicle since it was out of the warranty period. We had performed engine and transmission repairs while the vehicle was under the powertrain warranty period but these repairs were 26462 miles prior and the filed engineer felt that the current failure was not related to these earlier repairs. The customer did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership but on the Gulf Coast where she lives presently. As a franchise of Nissan we were only doing what Nissan requested and honoring the terms and conditions of her warranty and any determination of goodwill was solely at the discretion of Nissan North America. I have attached copies of a document from Nissan showing her applicable warranties on the vehicle and a copy of the repair order describing the engine failure and Nissans determination regarding this failure.

I am rejecting this response because:That is Fraud! The mileage that was on the contract was changed in the computer after I signed my signature which is Fraud. Who knows how many people this has happened to already. Nissan is a top of the line car dealership where people spend their hard earned money. If I don’t do something about it this may keep happening. Nissan sell too many vehicles a year for anything like this to happen. All paperwork should be completed correctly and to make matters worse this deal was done because the first car I purchased had a similar scenario. Not only was my hard earned money that I gave Nissan for my first car spent but the car had mechanical issues. The car was fixed and the engine light came on again! The salesperson that spent my money was fired and then rehired! All this was after the GM told me and my fiancé that he actually did the same thing once before to a old lady! I was lied on by GM saying I picked out the Nissan Rogue which I have the Text messages proving I did not . After all of the stuff I went through with the first car the dealership turn around and does me this! If I would’ve brought a check with a fake signature I would be in jail!. If the car was properly appraised the correct mileage would’ve been on the contract I signed. I work six days a week and have four kids that’s in school. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I am very surprised that Nissan would conduct business like this. I would expect something like this for a  Used Dealerships but not Nissan . I will present my case to a lawyer along with the text messages, Both contracts from the Nissan Rogue and the first Contract from the Nissan Sentra. If I don’t do something about it this May happen to another hardworking citizen

The tag work has been sent to the state for proper registration. Unfortunately, the state takes a little longer to process the application. We will call the proper official at the state and confirm the application has been processed.  Please have the customer contact me at 601-[redacted]....
