We did cancel the deal on the Sentra from July and a few months later was able to get the customer into an Altima lease

A sales manager will be calling to speak to the customer and rectify the situation

The consumer's issue is with Nissan Corporate and the fact that they will not buy his vehicle backOnce Nissan Corporate makes that decision there is nothing that we can doIf the customer wants we can try and trade him out of the vehicle early

[redacted] was the advisor on this and spoke with the customer on Friday when she pointed out the damage to her rear bumper/quarterHe took pictures and assured her we would resolve this for herHe also informed her he would review this with his Service Manager, [redacted] , on Monday, todayThis will be handled today, per Service & Parts Director [redacted]

We refunded the money back onto the card provided to us by [redacted] and the money has been taken out of our accountThe issue is now with [redacted] and when they will credit the money back into his accountWe have followed through on our end and documentation can be provided upon requestThank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I was called today 2/at 4.53pm by [redacted] and was told that it was a 50/issue on the damage to my car and that they would have their body shop fix it When I called him back I told him it was not a 50/issue and he explained with the weather that it may had not been seen due to the salt on the car that it might not have been noticed .Also there is no way you cannot see this damage and there was no damage when I brought the car in for a FREE Oil change and on leaving there it is costing me in repairs I also told him that I do not want my car fixed in their shop as I do not trust them after what happen and he told me that they can only fix it there and will not pay for it to go any where else .what happen to customer satisfaction??he told me he sat down with the Director , I told him I want the Director and also Owner to call me as I have filed a damage report with my insurance company Also still no phone call regarding the 2,rebate that was not on the P&S and was also not included in the price when I sat down that night December 11th to sign the paper work the agreed upon price was which was the price I was going to pay at another dealership for a SL model I then talked them down to that night which somehow became there at no time was any difference agree on for the 2,rebate for having Toyota cars and also the Gift Card but they did get to me fast enough about the damage to my car since February 7th no response Regards, [redacted]

We will be cancelling the Gap contract that refund goes to the balance of your loanWe will also be sending a refund to the customer for the window etching and the destination chargeWe apologize for any inconvenience that may have been causedThe refund will take a few weeks to be processed

Mr [redacted] hasn't acknowledged that the tint was supposed to be removed per [redacted] state law prior to the sale of the car not to advise at time after registration and during sticker that by the way the tint is illegalI purchased the car with tint and by removing the tint makes it legal after the factHe is still not correcting the issue and having the car re-tinted to legal state specificationsPer our call on 4/I was advised by Mr [redacted] " you got you're sticker right, what's the issue? Sounds like you just want us to pay for tint" I'm highly upset that I drove the car for days not knowing it was illegal, thankfully I didn't get stopped and finedThe car was purchased with the tint already in tact and not knowing that is was illegal and have to be removed I would now have to incur an additional $250-to tint or $to remove tint and leftover glue that they left on the windows and re-tintI also stated to him that I was going to file complaints and trying to avoid it and was advised if you file we won't do anything for youI shouldn't have never been put in this situation at allThe car should've been legal at time of purchase with no additional costs for adding a feature that was sold on the car The salesman [redacted] emailed me today from my original email on 4/stating to bring the car in tonight 4/to be worked on tomorrow 4/to remove tint onlyI can't take time off from work and advised him that I am dealing with the Revdex.com & Attorney General's office at this time and won't be dropping my car off at this time

[redacted] , service manager, spoke with Mr [redacted] on Wednesday, May 20th at 8:amCustomer was trying to combine both a coupon and points at the same timeOnly one offer can apply at the same timeOffered him complimentary service for his next return for the miscommunication All noted down on his file and he will be returning to service his vehicleHave spoken with the Team on how to avoid this situation in the future

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called corporate today and they say they cant do anything since the dealer is a franchise and privately owned and run...of course they have a clean car fax they fixed it in house trust me how can a car with a miles need a wheel alignment and tires balanced then to come back three days later same issue and they change rim and tires from a demo which there service advisor aaron r [redacted] and the head shop guy remember since im a big guy and its hard not to remember me but that's not in there system like the door hinge was token from the service managers vehicle I just realized the damage in the door after three different time the dealers tried to fix it but still had issue when I looked in that's when I noticed this vehicle was sold to me with the accident SHOULD IJ UST GET A LEMON LAW ATTORNEY I HAVE SPOKEN TO ONE IM JUST WAITING ON A RESPONSE HE TOLD ME DEALERS ARE NOTORIOS FOR THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A THRESHOLD THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO REPORT BUT MY DAMAGE IS WAY OVER THE PERCENT HE SAID BUT HE ALSO SAID THERS A TRANSPORT PAPER THAT WOULD SAY IF DAMAGED AND HE CAN REQUEST IT BUT STILL WHATSFISHY IS THAT I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH CAR WITHIN THE FIRST DAYS AND I HAVE PROOF THAT THE DEALER KNOWS HOW TO CONCEAL INFORMATION WHEN IT BENIFITS THEM PLEASE CALL ME [redacted] Regards [redacted]

The service manager reached out to this customer and tried to explain that it is the warranty company who has denied the warranty claim not the dealershipThe complaint should be brought up to the warranty companyA diagnostic fee is a standard charge that we charge anyone who wishes to have their vehicle diagnosed by a techIf the customer were to have fixed the vehicle with us that $would have been credited to their billThe customer should bring up their concern with the company who is denying their claimWe are only the middle man and do not decide whether or not to accept or deny a claim, we can only go by what the warranty company tells us
