Our records indicate a return confirmation email was sent, by *** ** *** to *** on 12/23/This email contained instructions and an authorization number to mail back the watch As soon as the watch arrives back to the Nixon facility a refund will be issued to *** *** as an accommodation for a possibly defective item.

[redacted] was supposed to get back to me with the return details by day's end last Friday. I was never contacted.  I called him on Monday and only got his voicemail so I left a message.  I called again yesterday and spoke to [redacted] and he blamed the holidays work load as the reason he forgot to contact me.  As of yesterday he still says they authorized a return but I still do not have any particulars of how and where to send my watch.   PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE.  Nixon is the reason there has been no resolution.   Thank you for your help.  Best. Hi [redacted]. This is [redacted] I just spoke to you in regards to my complaint against Nixon watch. After being assured by Nixon watches customer service supervisor [redacted] that my watch upon being returned to them they would send me a full refund and that has never been fulfilled by Nixon and after me now once again calling and leaving voicemails on [redacted] extension no return calls have been made to me.  [redacted] was to have furnished me with an address to mail the watch back but has never given me that address. Thank you for your help.

 Hi.  The above case number is my case against Nixon watch. I received an email from Revdex.com the other day telling that me the case was going to be closed. At that time I responded back that myself andNixon had reached a satisfactory resolution but it had not been implemented.  I emailed you yesterday telling you that I was satisfied with the resolution from Nixon in which I was promised a full refund and that I was very satisfied with Nixon and especially was thankful for the understanding and help that their customer service supervisor [redacted] had shown towards me. 
Today I receive an email from Revdex.com telling me that in there belief I was dissatisfied and Revdex.com was going to post it.  This is contradictory to what is the truth, and I would like the Revdex.com posting to list this case as customer is satisfied with refund and thanks [redacted] and Nixon watch for their understanding and help.   Best.
