Very enjoyable and clean tasting electronic cigarette that is worth the priceVery satisfied

What happened?! It’s like there is 1/4 of juice in dailies as there was two weeks ago! I feel like I’m being robbed!

Not sure what's going onI've been more than satisfied with this company for over a year and now the phone number doesn't workI paid money to ship in recycled product where they were supposed to reimburse me with replacement productNow I'm out $and nothing ever came plus there is no way to contact themI've emailed times and have received no reply over the course of two monthsI've been using this product happily for almost a year every dayI hate to leave a NEGATIVE response but I'm out money and they are not giving any options to make this rightThey still seem to be in business, as their website is up but I'm totally scared to try to buy anything from them nowThis company makes the best daily alternative to smoking, I wish they would fix this issue

The company offers bogus promos onlineThe customer service number is always a busy signalThey charge your pay method immediately, but are slow to respond to ordering issuesFraudulent activity

I bought a "two for one" starter pack from NJOY and neither of the ecigs workedNothingI lodged a complaint with their website and the complaint was immediately removedI paid for a product that advertised that it worked, and I paid the cashNothing worked, and neither the store NOR the company acknowledged the loss of my money and there was no attempt at outreach, reimbursement, or acknowledgementI shudder to think that I can buy something from a company that claims that its product works, and you buy it, and it doesn'tGuess what? They'll IGNORE you and you won't have any say in itIt is hands-down a crooked, money-magnet company and they don't care who you are or what you order, if your product is defective, then SUCKS TO BE YOU I have never seen this type of horrible service in my life, and if you value honest business then STAY CLEAR from this companyI just spent money on NOTHING with no acknowledgement , offer of reimbursement, or retributionTHey just want me to go awayHORRIBLE

I Purchased tanks and e liquid for my vape pen from njoy.com worth 50$ and tanks out of don't work While testing these tanks I wasted my e- liquid I have escalated the issue to corporate but still waiting to hear back from them
Customer service tells me to pay package & shipping to return these tanks to the warehouse and after that they will decide whether a replacement will be given
Why should I pay for shipping you back those tanks That's your responsibility as a courtesy to your customer to provide shipping back to warehouse for free
Secondly I don't believe these products are tested before being sold
This is not the first time it happened Its time to look around for alternatives
I am really disappointed with the customer service received from njoy

I had a very unusual issue with ordering from this companyWhen I politely asked to speak to a supervisor at the customer service center during a follcall so that I might provide additional information that had come to my attention, my request was refusedThat is, the supervisor would NOT speak to me"It's been sent to corporate" was the message relayed to meOf course I have still not heard from the either

I was going to allow corporate to respond to this review before I submitted it but you can not reach a live person there unless you have a name for the directory (just like you can not reach a supervisor at customer service if you are one of those annoying customer people that call sometimes)

Not sure what's going on. I've been more than satisfied with this company for over a year and now the phone number doesn't work. I paid money to ship in recycled product where they were supposed to reimburse me with replacement product. Now I'm out $15 and nothing ever came plus there is no way to contact them. I place an order through Njoy for $30 and was charged at the time of rder placement. It has since been nearly 3 weeks and I have not received my order nor been contacted with an explanation. When I complain, I receive identical form letter responses claiming they are planning to ship on Friday (the friday keeps being edited by one week).

This company is being completely neglectful of its customers and should not have charged me for a product it clearly is unable to provide.

I have requested resolution through the company including a refund request, but I have simply received the aforementioned form response.

This is the second tape that I bought from this company, as it turns out I no longer need it and want to return it. The company REFUSES to email/provide a return shipping label ( and I would happily pay the return tariff) and further more when I call the corp. headquarters when I press the # for cust. serv. I am disconnected. What a swell company to NOT do business with.....ever again.

I have never seen this type of horrible service in my life, and if you value honest business then STAY CLEAR from this company. Review: On 11/14 of this year, I ordered a "Vanilla Bean 5 Pack" under a special offer that included a "recharge starter kit" for free for a total of $13.99 (order number [redacted]). I was charged for the product but around three weeks later, the product not only has not arrived but the tracking numbers provided by NJoy lead to "not found" on both [redacted] and USPS websites (according to NJoy, [redacted] ships to my local PO which completes the delivery). I've exchanged emails with NJoy and called at least once and while they have been polite and friendly, no one seems able nor willing to actually do something about the missing product. And while we're not talking a great deal of money here, NJoy has my money, I have no product. Only emails with "thank you for your patience". Which patience, I'm afraid, just ran out.Desired Settlement: Either NJoy needs to immediately ship the product and provide a tracking number attached to an actual shipment OR refund the money.
