of cistomer srvice but this is as false as the product. I a now feeling an irritant
in my eyes and am wondering what exactly does his product contain? Companies like this are preditores and should be dealt with accordingly.

I ordered a NourishMax Vitamin C + B + E & Ferulic Serum (order number-***) on 02 Dec 2019 and haven't received it yet. There is no contact number on the website to follow up. There is a chat service on the website but all you get is a message that someone will be in contact through e-mail but I haven't received any communication from people at NourishMax.

I ordered Nourishmax eye cream diamond extract, ORDER NM7355, on 11/16/19. I paid $69 through PayPal. The money was taken out of my checking account. I tried the cream and it burned my skin. I continued to use it, thinking maybe I just need to get used to it, but it just got worse. There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this farce of a company, so I had to click the "chat with us" button. I started trying to contact them last week, (week of 11/25/19); and have tried to chat with them SIX TIMES. Each time, I got their auto response, saying someone would contact me within 1 day. I never hear back from anyone. I need to return this product, as my "30 day trial" is just about to expire. The last time I tried to contact them was yesterday, 12/9/19.

I tried sending a email to the only address I could find on Nov. 12 but only received an auto reply with the following ? I purchased an eyelash serum from Nourishlash in Sept 2019. I received the product close to 3 weeks after purchasing and I wish to return it because I'm getting a reaction to the ingredients (site claims it is vegan, gluten, and paraben free.)
The website claims to offer a "60-day full money back guarantee", "100% satisfaction guarantee", "24/7 Customer Support", "hassle free returns", and "secured check out".

THIS IS 100% FALSE.

The company does not have a phone number to contact, they utilize only a chatbot on their website. After you submit an inquiry message into the chatbot, there's a message stating you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. I have contacted the chatbot on FIVE separate occasions regarding a return/refund this the past month. I then contacted the company on Instagram, in which the media team tried helping me out. They asked for my email address in which they would relay it to the customer service department to get a hold of me. That was six days ago and there has not been a response since. I followed up with the media team and no response.

This company seems very fraudulent to me for several reasons, one being the non-existent customer service. Second, I hopped on their social media accounts and there are other folks who are leaving comments on their social media accounts regarding refunds and communications. I dug in a bit more and searched for the company online using the address listed on Nourishlash website:***

Lo and behold! There are four other companies utilizing the same address, selling similar products, using the exact same customer online interface, same branding, but under different names. These are the other company names: NourishVita, NourishMax, NourishLash, StretcHeal, and Cureganics.

I searched Nourishlash through the Revdex.com site and Nourishmax came up. Recently, there have been several people making similar complaints against Nourishmax regarding non-responsive messages, refunds, returns, and products burning their skin! This company MUST be investigated!!

Several weeks ago I purchased NourishLash lash growth serum. The product did not work for me. I have contacted the company through their website 3 times requesting a refund. There is no phone number available. Each time when I selected to "chat", I was prompted to send an email and they guaranteed a response within a few days. I have never received any response.

Please assist in obtaining a refund.

I purchased the Nourishbrow products on 9/9/19 my bank account was charged $119.00. After receiving the product I realized that I purchased Nourishbrow instead of Nourishlash. I went to the company website for a phone number or an email address. The only way of contact is CHAT which states they will get back to you within 48 hrs. The website also states 60 day Money back guarantee "No questions asked" I contacted them via chat explained that I ordered the wrong product and wanted to return/exchange the brow product for the lash product. After 6 days and no response I sent them another message via chat. Again, No response. Two days later I sent another chat and still NO response.

I placed an order for Vitamin C + B + E & Ferulic Serum on August 31st to my address in Canada. My *** The last update I can see was on September 7th saying "It's on its way". It is October 11th and I still have not received it. I have ordered items from the United States many times and I know it does not take this long. I have contacted NourishMax three times through the chat box on their website regarding this issue but they have never responded, only a bot responds saying "The team typically responds in a day". I can not find their phone number anywhere!

I attempted to contact the company to ask for a refund - they do not list their phone number on the site - only a 'live chat? function to which I never got a live person. I left a message on the chat with my email. The auto response indicated I would receive an email back 'typically within one day', stated the auto response. I have tried 3 times.

In the end of July I purchased an eyelash serum with a 60 day guarantee. Full refund if it does not work. I emailed the company to see if they would respond. I Al's o asked how long the serum lasts and about the guarantee. They answered in one day. Assured me there was a 60 day guarantee. I've been using as instructed with no results. I've been emailing them for the last 2 weeks to see how to return it and they wont answer me. I've even emailed the person who responded to my 1st message and she will not respond.
