This is the same complaint written to San Diego Superior Court Judge that the defendant , [redacted] , owner of Noah's Tire Shop has lost the case, but still refuse to pay the plaintiffs the damage according to judgement from the court: Serious scam and refuse to give receipt, plus no work order performed, harmful work performance, and denied warranty, tax evasive Explanation: The owner and his workers of Noah's Tire Shop coordinated a very cold, cruel scam against us (plaintiff and his children) in the VW Vanagon, 10/10/ They very quick jacked up on our VW Vanagon and replaced tires that both the manager(owner) and workers offered 65,miles warranty for all tires and also said: "Don't worry about the tires made in China.", before they did the work After received $total for tires, the manager (owner) who is the defendant in this case refused to write a receipt that state the warranty of 65,milesHe said "No one asked for receipt hereI don't write any warranty here." I asked for the warranty receipt again, and the defendant ( manager) got violent and shout at me and the children: "Get out of my shop, get out! Don't come here again." Other workers also came and intimidated us to get out by saying so The defendant has no record for warranty and tax purposes.n There was no WORK-ORDER that had done to prevent breach of contract! THIS IS CONCERNING COMPLAINT # [redacted] EVERYTHING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SAYING IS TRUE EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE I DIDN'T TRY TO HELP HIM IT'S NOT MY FIRST TIME SELLING THE TIRES HE HAS PURCHASED, IF IT'S TRUE WHAT HE WAS TOLD AT GOODYEAR THEN ALL MY CUSTOMERS WHO BOUGHT THE SAME TIRES HE BOUGHT SHOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM HE'S HAVINGI HAVE HAD NO OTHER CUSTOMERS COME BACK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PULLING WHEN THEY BOUGHT THEIR TIRES CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME BACK WITH THE ISSUE OF THEIR CARS PULLING TO THE LEFT AND/OR TO THE RIGHT AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THEIR VEHICLES THAT NEED ALIGNMENT, STRUTS, CAMBERS, OR MANY THINGS THAT CAN BE WRONG WITH THE CARMANY PEOPLE JUST HAVE IT EASY TO BLAME THE EASIEST PERSON I GAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS CUSTOMER AND HE REFUSED ITI TOLD HIM THAT I CAN SWITCH OUT THE TIRES FOR FREE BUT HE WANTED A DIFFERENT BRAND, I TOLD HIM I CAN DO IT BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE TIRE BRAND AND HE STARTED GETTING RUDE AND SAYING THAT I WAS TRYING TO RIP HIM OFF ETC I TOLD HIM THE SAME THING IM TELLING YOU, THAT PROBABLY IT WAS HIS CAR OR THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE WRONG BECAUSE THE TIRES THAT HE BOUGHT I HAVE BEEN SELLING THEM FOR AWHILE NOWI DO UNDERSTAND THAT MAYBE THE TIRES CAME OUT DEFECTED AND OFFERED HIM TO SWAP THEM OUT FOR THE SAME TIRES AND NEW, THE CUSTOMER REFUSED AND SAID HE WANTED A DIFFERENT BRAND I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO JUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE TIRE BRAND

I'm [redacted] , the manager of the tire shop, I spoke to this gentleman several times and we agreed that we would take care of his car, he would have to take it to American Tire And Brake to fix his studsAfter agreeing to that he then tells me that he also wants them to switch out something else that has nothing to do with the studs.....So I declined and told him that he does not need to be smart about the situationFirst off all he said he was there in front of his car when we were working on it so if they didn't torque or tighten the tires why didn't he mention something in the first placeSecond of all when a tire is not properly installed or tighten, the tire comes off or gets loose instantly not one day later not two or three days laterI tell you by own experience, I had forgot to tighten down a tire for a customer myself back when I started in and the tire came out instantly not even a block awayAlso his vehicle is not a "new" car, his car is older than so his car is bound to have a few problems, but thats just my opinionSo even though I know we didn't damage his studs I was willing to fix the problem but after seeing this gentleman trying to be smart I decided to decline and he can take other measures if he wants

This is regarding complaint #***This customer came to purchase a tire and had his wheel off the car and brought it in a separate vehicleWhen we were done with the work he left
with the wheel and tire and left to put on his vehicleHe inspected his wheel before taking it with him and didn't mention anything about a damage on the wheelHe later came back after an hour or so and started claiming that we damaged his rimHe was speaking to my co-worker and I was called over when he asked to speak to the managerI was explaining to him there is no way we could have scratched the face of the rim, maybe the border of the outer lip yes but not the faceThe machined doesn't even touch the face of the rimOn top of that I took photos of his other rims which were damaged even worseSo for him to accuse us of scratching his "new" rims is ridiculousAside from that we showed him our sign that says, "we are not responsible for damages done to mag or custom wheels when changing tires"And what I told him about "you people" is me referring to people like him who like to take advantage of our shopIt's not the first time we have had customers accuse us of scratching their rims when in fact their wheels have been damaged already and try to get away with getting something free from the businessIf we ran a business where we scratch every rim we mount we would be out of business since our specialty is to mount custom and after market rimsWe have trained workers who are paid to specifically paid to mount wheelsSo I don't see how he has the audacity to ask us to pay for something we haven't doneI have the pictures of his other rims and the supposedly rim we damageI also have the video of his purchase he made just in case he tries to be sneaky about the situationNow a days you never know with peopleThank you for your time

THIS CUSTOMER CAME TO OUR SHOP AND WAS TOLD A QUOTE OF $EACH TIRE WITH MOUNTING, BALANCE AND INSTALLATION, ALL WE CHARGE EXTRA IS RECYCLE FEE FOR THE TIRES WHICH IS $FOR ALL FOUR AND TAXESTHE TOTAL CAME OUT TO $IF SHE PAID CARD THERES A $
FEEPROBABLY THE CASHIER DIDN'T EXPLAIN THAT TO HER
WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE WANTED TO CHANGE THE TIRES, WE OFFERED HER A DIFFERENT BRAND WHICH WAS A PRICE DIFFERENCE OF $WHICH HAS BETTER QUALITY AND MILEAGEIDK WHY THE CASHIER REFUSED THATS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WRONG AND I DO APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF THE TIRE SHOP.
THE TOTAL THAT SHE WAS CHARGED WAS $AND THE TOTAL WAS $PLUS THE RECYCLE FEE $7, PLUS TAX, AND THE $FOR THE TIRE DIFFERENCETHE TOTAL COMES OUT TO 240+7+TAX=268.PLUS THE $IS

On the date of March 09, *** came to purchase used rims 22” and four new tires 225/30rsans-serif;">He came back on March 13, claiming that the wheel we sold him was cracked and that his stud as damaged.Now he is stating on here that his car was shaking dramatically when he left from our shop but never came back to notify us or call us immediately to let us know of the situationIf I were in that situation I would have immediately came back or if I was busy, at least call to notify the shop of what was going on.He is correct that his tires have warranty from the tire manufacturer but its only covers defectHis tire was not defected, he hit something on the “freeway” and cracked the rim which messed up his stud and the tire.When he returned to tell me about what had happened he blamed us about the crack…..Which doesn’t make senseWe don’t control the way he drives or the way the streets are messed up.As I was explaining to him the reasons for why a wheel can crack; can be a pot hole, something in the road, a curb, or anything beyond his controlHe started getting aggressive and started making fun of my race and sexuality.I don’t see how that was irrelevant but I asked him to calm down or I would refuse to give him serviceHe thought I was joking and he kept harassing me, so I called the copsWhen we were waiting for the cops to arrive he started threaten me and saying all kinds of nonsense.I didn’t want to make a scene at my job and just asked the officers to remove him from the premises.I have him on camera harassing me and also have pictures of the rim he damaged just in case he tries to be smart about the situation.I have provided a photo of his damaged wheelAnd won’t hesitate to send you the video as well.Thank you

This business should have an F rating
They sell you merchandise that is unsafe and should NOT be sold or even given away90% of the used tires should be trashed, not put in carsThey tell you prices, then ring you up all sorts of extra feesTotal bait and switch shopThe guys will argue and curse you out if you call them to discuss your issues concerning their defective used merchandise.They sell cracked & welded used rimsIf they switch your item to " make good" they'll charge you a ridiculous amount, which makes no senseJust make it right, why charge decent people for your mistakes
Noahs tires employees are often *** on *** while working or *** or on *** ***
They are scammers, and if you write a review on yelp, google+ or facebook, they will argue with you online and act very unprofessional

They are unsafe, untrained, unprofessional and a headache

I went to Noah Tires for New rims and tires for my Jaguar A guy came to help me showed me some rims and manger gave me a quote of dollar that's w/o taxI had to leave my car to get the rims I needed to fit my car My son came for me and while I'm out I over viewed my receipt and I seen the word used but couldn't make out the other word so I went backMy car had sets of different name used tiresThey were balled in the frontWhen I mentioned to the manager bout the used tires he said I wrote it on your receipt I said that's not what I was told when I left hereWe never discussed anything bout used tires, said pay me another I'll put new tires onThen he begin to say I'm crazy and drunk he can't do nothing And walked offVery rude poor customer service, no refund, no customer satisfaction and play you for your money

I have proof of what I'm statingI started talking to *** and was explaining to him what his options wereAfter that my co workers saw that his brother was getting angry and
aggressive they tried to explain to him what was going on, but he just get getting aggressiveThe deposit for *** wheels was placed on mondayI already explained that they
have his wheels in back order put the order was placed or else its first come first serve
I reserved his wheels with the deposit he left usBut I told him that if he wanted he could change his mind about getting different ones and he would still have the $deducted from
whatever wheel we wantedeven though I reserved the other wheelsLike I said before he has $store credit with usHis wheels will be arriving on Thursdayor he can still change
his mind for any other wheelWe have good and bad reviews so it just depends on the customers experience

that is totally not true the damage to my wheels is cosmetic and yes I can drive my car like that but I refuse to let this go as they know this was caused by their business and the employee by the name of *** who's responding to this claim accepted that it was an accidentAnd yes I sure did they the employee to stop as my wheels were getting worst and I do have that recorderI will never blame someone for something they did not doI will take this further if needed but will not accept their response not until my wheels are fixed or replaced by my dealerI have also contacted the Automotive Repair department and complainI have employees recorded stating that it did happen in their shop and that it was an accident, if this is not resolve I will also contact the media If necessary

They charges me for tires and rims, they are supposed to be tire experts yet they put tires on my car that were too bigdue to that every turn I made the tires scraped the panel on the front side of the carI went back to go see what could be doneThey charged me and took back all four brand new tireswhile I was asking the boss why was it so high he began screaming at me and telling me to pay and get outhe actually accused me to damaging my own tires that I paid for so I could get them changed for freethe owner was rude and not professional at all
