that is totally not true the damage to my wheels is cosmetic and yes I can drive my car like that but I refuse to let this go as they know this was caused by their business and the employee by the name of [redacted] who's responding to this claim accepted that it was an accident... And yes I sure did they the employee to stop as my wheels were getting worst and I do have that recorder... I will never blame someone for something they did not do... I will take this further if needed but will not accept their response not until my wheels are fixed or replaced by my dealer... I have also contacted the Automotive Repair department and complain.. I have employees recorded stating that it did happen in their shop and that it was an accident, if this is not resolve I will also contact the media If necessary.

This is regarding complaint #[redacted].This customer came to purchase a tire and had his wheel off the car and brought it in a separate vehicle. When we were done with the work he left with the wheel and tire and left to put on his vehicle. He inspected his wheel before taking it with him and didn't...

mention anything about a damage on the wheel. He later came back after an hour or so and started claiming that we damaged his rim. He was speaking to my co-worker and I was called over  when he asked to speak to the manager. I was explaining to him there is no way we could have scratched the face of the rim, maybe the border of the outer lip yes but not the face. The machined doesn't even touch the face of the rim. On top of that I took photos of his other rims which were damaged even worse. So for him to accuse us of scratching his "new" rims is ridiculous. Aside from that we showed him our sign that says, "we are not responsible for damages done to mag or custom wheels when changing tires". And what I told him about "you people" is me referring to people like him who like to take advantage of our shop. It's not the first time we have had customers accuse us of scratching their rims when in fact their wheels have been damaged already and try to get away with getting something free from the business. If we ran a business where we scratch every rim we mount we would be out of business since our specialty is to mount custom and after market rims. We have trained workers who are paid to specifically paid to mount wheels. So I don't see how he has the audacity to ask us to pay for something we haven't done. I have the pictures of his other rims and the supposedly rim we damage. I also have the video of his purchase he made just in case he tries to be sneaky about the situation. Now a days you never know with people. Thank you for your time.

We are all humans and make mistakes, no one is perfect. So as I was explaining this to the customer she started recording me  and telling me that we are incompetent and that we are rude etc. So I was not going to deal with her attitude and just told her we have the sign for a reason and that she should understand that if we did “damaged” her wheel it was intentionally. After I called the cops and told me to ask her nicely to leave and if she didn’t, to record her and call again and they would escort her out of our shop. After that my co-worker asked if she wanted him to try and fix her rims. She agreed and never said to stop or that you are damaging the wheels more. I have that recorded on our cameras.She’s making it seem like if she cannot drive with her wheels she has on right now and how can we be sure her wheels weren’t scratched at all before. The BAR recommend me to take pictures of the wheels before we work on them because they are shady people always trying to take advantage of small businesses.I hope you understand. thank you for your time.

I went to Noah Tires for New rims and tires for my Jaguar. A guy came to help me showed me some rims and manger gave me a quote of 700 dollar that's w/o tax. I had to leave my car to get the rims I needed to fit my car. My son came for me and while I'm out I over viewed my receipt and I seen the word used but couldn't make out the other word so I went back. My car had 2 sets of different name used tires. They were balled in the front. When I mentioned to the manager bout the used tires he said I wrote it on your receipt I said that's not what I was told when I left here. We never discussed anything bout used tires, said pay me another 100 I'll put new tires on. Then he begin to say I'm crazy and drunk he can't do nothing. And walked off. Very rude poor customer service, no refund, no customer satisfaction and play you for your money.

I never said that I changed my calipers and yes please show the video in witch you will she him miss treating me if they where a good company like they said they should know what wheels go on a vehicle and what doesent but I do want you to show the video I have no reson to lie as far as you guys who have had more than me complaining you guys only have a 3 star rating for a reson, when I use to manage an automotive shop we were not allowed to sell something that did not fit , go to a dealership my brake calipers move freely when pads are new and the offset was wrong for my vehicle. Its on youre buisness you dont know what goes on a car you just sell

On the date of March 09, 2015 [redacted] came to purchase 4 used rims 22” and four new tires 225/30r22. sans-serif;">He came back on March 13, 2015 claiming that the wheel we sold him was cracked and that his stud as damaged.Now he is stating on here that his car was shaking dramatically when he left from our shop but never came back to notify us or call us immediately to let us know of the situation. If I were in that situation I would have immediately came back or if I was busy, at least call to notify the shop of what was going on.He is correct that his tires have warranty from the tire manufacturer but its only covers defect. His tire was not defected, he hit something on the “freeway” and cracked the rim which messed up his stud and the tire.When he returned to tell me about what had happened he blamed us about the crack…..Which doesn’t make sense. We don’t control the way he drives or the way the streets are messed up.As I was explaining to him the reasons for why a wheel can crack; can be a pot hole, something in the road, a curb, or anything beyond his control. He started getting aggressive and started making fun of my race and sexuality.I don’t see how that was irrelevant but I asked him to calm down or I would refuse to give him service. He thought I was joking and he kept harassing me, so I called the cops. When we were waiting for the cops to arrive he started threaten me and saying all kinds of nonsense.I didn’t want to make a scene at my job and just asked the officers to remove him from the premises.I have him on camera harassing me and also have pictures of the rim he damaged just in case he tries to be smart about the situation.I have provided a photo of his damaged wheel. And won’t hesitate to send you the video as well.Thank you.

EVERYTHING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SAYING IS TRUE EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE I DIDN'T TRY TO HELP HIM.
 
IT'S NOT MY FIRST TIME SELLING THE TIRES HE HAS PURCHASED, IF IT'S TRUE WHAT HE WAS TOLD AT GOODYEAR THEN ALL MY CUSTOMERS WHO BOUGHT THE SAME...

TIRES HE BOUGHT SHOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM HE'S HAVING. I HAVE HAD NO OTHER CUSTOMERS COME BACK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PULLING WHEN THEY BOUGHT THEIR TIRES.
 
CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME BACK WITH THE ISSUE OF THEIR CARS PULLING TO THE LEFT AND/OR TO THE RIGHT AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THEIR VEHICLES THAT NEED ALIGNMENT, STRUTS, CAMBERS, OR MANY THINGS THAT CAN BE WRONG WITH THE CAR. MANY PEOPLE JUST HAVE IT EASY TO BLAME THE EASIEST PERSON. 
 
I GAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS CUSTOMER AND HE REFUSED IT. I TOLD HIM THAT I CAN SWITCH OUT THE TIRES FOR FREE BUT HE WANTED A DIFFERENT BRAND, I TOLD HIM I CAN DO IT BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE TIRE BRAND AND HE STARTED GETTING RUDE AND SAYING THAT I WAS TRYING TO RIP HIM OFF ETC.
 
I TOLD HIM THE SAME THING IM TELLING YOU, THAT PROBABLY IT WAS HIS CAR OR THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE WRONG BECAUSE THE TIRES THAT HE BOUGHT I HAVE BEEN SELLING THEM FOR AWHILE NOW. There statements are very off from what they are replyin with all the argueing and threatening the supposed owner was the one to first threaten us by fighting in his first statement before we even started talking was your not getting your money back in a way a school bully takes someone lunch money we sat and talk about how I jus wanted my money back and that they had never placed my order when I called in. on the policy of the recipt it say 50% has to be a deposite on wheels that have to be a special order and if cancellation a 35% restocking fee will be charge they did not even give me that option therfore if a 50% charge is on special orders this may not even be a special order cuz they only took a  200$ deposite. They never stated anything about not getting the money back. I wonder if they have a recipt for there order of when it was placed or if they placed it at all if thats the case aswell and on what they seem to be claiming in there words are "you we do you think we work for free" they helped give me a spare but never was no money involved for that I offered to pay for that but they neglected it and keep saying your not getting your money back they have numerous reviews on yelp about negetive feed back and how they con people in to buying there products and it seems to be one of there tactics was used upon me. In closing I belive they are trying to make me out as the bad customer. I jus want my hard earned money back which I feel has been stolen by the way the went about it if you can contact me personally my number is [redacted] I have a couple questions regard this

This is the same complaint written to San Diego Superior Court Judge that the defendant , [redacted], owner of Noah's Tire Shop has lost the case, but still refuse to pay the plaintiffs the damage according to judgement from the court:
Serious scam and refuse to give receipt, plus no work order performed, harmful work performance, and denied warranty, tax evasive.
Explanation:
The owner and his workers of Noah's Tire Shop coordinated a very cold, cruel scam against us (plaintiff and his children) in the VW Vanagon, 10/10/13.
They very quick jacked up on our VW Vanagon and replaced 5 tires that both the manager(owner) and workers offered 65,000 miles warranty for all 5 tires and also said: "Don't worry about the tires made in China.", before they did the work.
After received $350 total for 5 tires, the manager (owner) who is the defendant in this case refused to write a receipt that state the warranty of 65,000 miles. He said "No one asked for receipt here. I don't write any warranty here." I asked for the warranty receipt again, and the defendant ( manager) got violent and shout at me and the children: "Get out of my shop, get out! Don't come here again." Other workers also came and intimidated us to get out by saying so.
The defendant has no record for warranty and tax purposes.n There was no WORK-ORDER that had done to prevent breach of contract!

We are a good company, but its people like you who are cheats and try to take advantage of small companies who work hard.We know what goes on what car and there is a thing called modification on a vehicle if you did not know. Yes we have people who complain that try to be smart about a small situation just like you. No offense intended.But we have been in the business for more than 15 years and have enough experience to know what we are doing. Answer this question though, if the wheels were not the right fitment for your car and you bought it more than a year ago, why did you wait so long to come back?? Its been more than a year that you have been with the merchandise, so theres something weird about that wouldn’t you say? So whats your game plan? To use the wheels for a year and then come up with the idea that “oh Im going to go back in a year and say they didn’t fit because I want a new set” Please be honest and don’t lie and of course I’m going to show the video. We have cameras for a reason, for customer who are dishonest and manipulating.

I'm [redacted], the manager of the tire shop, I spoke to this gentleman several times and we agreed that we would take care of his car, he would have to take it to American Tire And Brake to fix his studs. After agreeing to that he then tells me that he also wants them to switch out something...

else that has nothing to do with the studs.....So I declined and told him that he does not need to be smart about the situation. First off all he said he was there in front of his car when we were working on it so if they didn't torque or tighten the tires why didn't he mention something in the first place. Second of all when a tire is not properly installed or tighten, the tire comes off or gets loose instantly not one day later not two or three days later. I tell you by own experience, I had forgot to tighten down a tire for a customer myself back when I started in 2008 and the tire came out instantly not even a block away. Also his vehicle is not a "new" car, his car is older than 2005 so his car is bound to have a few problems, but thats just my opinion. So even though I know we didn't damage his studs I was willing to fix the problem but after seeing this gentleman trying to be smart I decided to decline and he can take other measures if he wants.

He was told that there needs to be a deposit to place the order. The wheel company doesn't open weekends, so we had to wait till Monday to place the order and [redacted] was told this but
I guess misunderstood was he was told. He called Monday morning asking about his wheels and he was told that the wheel manufacturer told us that the wheel was in back order. I told him
on the phone that he can come an choose a different wheel if he couldn't wait. His respond was yes, he said he would come down and check what else we had in inventory. So when he arrived
 with his brother, they quickly just came and started arguing that we lied to him about ordering the wheels and what not. I was trying to talk to him about the deal we made.
He told me that he didn't want the wheels no more. I explained that the order was placed and that he could nope be given a refund only store credit. His brother got really upset and wanted to fight

I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO MR. [redacted] BUT HE SEEMS NOT TO WANT A SOLUTION. 
I OFFERED HIM TO COME BACK TO THE SHOP AND DEAL WITH ME.([redacted])
I TOLD HIM I WOULD CHECK WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND HE REFUSED ANY OF MY SOLUTIONS. HE TOLD ME HE WANTS $800 BACK AND HE WANTS US TO INSTALL HIS WHEELS AND TIRES BACK ON HIS TRUCK. AND THEN HE THREATEN ME BY SAYING THAT IF I DIDNT DO WHAT HE SAID QUICKLY HE WOULD ASK FOR MORE MONEY AT COURT. 
I HAVE SAVED ALL THE TXT MESSAGES AS PROOF WHEN I GO TO COURT. IF HE WANTS HIS MONEY BACK THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE FOR THE WHEELS AND TIRES. I WONT CAHRGE HIM FOR THE LABOR IN PUTTING HIS OLD WHEELS BACK AND HIS TIRES. 
IM THINKING HES JUST USING THIS EXCUSE TO GET MONEY OUT OF IT. 
I JUST WANTED TO EXPLAIN TO MR. [redacted] THAT THERE COULD BE MANY REASONS WHY IT SHAKES. IT CAN BE THE TIRES ARE WASTING UNEVENLY BECAUSE ALIGNMENT HAS NOT BEEN DONE PROPERLY. JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES THE ALIGNMENT AFTER THE TIRES ARE BAD DOESNT MEAN THE ALIGNMENT IS GONNA FIX THE BAD TIRES. I HAVE SEEN THIS ALL TO MUCH IN THIS JOB AND MANY PEOPLE ALWAYS THINK ITS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT, WHEN IN FACT IS THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
THE SETTLEMENT THAT I OFFER IS FOR US TO SWITCH THE TIRES FOR 225/60R18 FALKEN AND HAVE HIM TO HIS ALIGNMENT AFTER WE INSTALL THE TIRES. THERE WON’T BE NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR US GIVING HIM THE FALKEN, ALL WE WOULD WANT IS FOR HIM TO DROP THE LAW SUIT.

Review: On March 9, 2015 I recently purchased 4 new tires that also came with 4 used rims. They explained to me that the tires do carry warranty on them. As I left the business, I noticed while getting on the freeway that my car would shake dramaticcally. 3 days later on the date of March 13, 2015 after driving on my way to work my tire blew out on the freeway. I was at the shell gas station on Miramar Rd and Kearny Villa. I immediatelly called the business to notify what just happened to my tire, and their response was to just bring in the tire and they would have a look at it. So as I was changing my tire and putting the spare tire on, I noticed that 1 out of 5 of the bolts that you screw on the tire would not twist and lock on all the way. as I looked inside I noticed that the bolt was stripped. At the time I didnt know just how serious that type of damage was. Later on that evening as I went to the business to notify them what happened to my tire I spoke with one of the managers that was present at the time, and he told me that I hit a pothole and was responsible for the action that took place. I went on to tell him that I was on the freeway when this happened, and he still denied my warranty to replace the tire.Desired Settlement: New tire and fixed rim

They charges me 600 for 4 tires and rims, they are supposed to be tire experts yet they put tires on my car that were too big. due to that every turn I made the tires scraped the panel on the front side of the car. I went back to go see what could be done. They charged me 200 and took back all four brand new tires. while I was asking the boss why was it so high he began screaming at me and telling me to pay and get out. he actually accused me to damaging my own tires that I paid for so I could get them changed for free. the owner was rude and not professional at all.

Review: I purchased some tires from this place because my front tires were going bald. They put on all new tires but back two weren't holding air so I said forget it on the back two because they wanted me to settle for different size tires in the back. They threw on the old rear tires that had good tread still but they don't hold air because they damaged the tires taking them on. I asked them to replace them but they refused. So they ended up putting my bald tires back on when they were the reason why I was getting tires in the first place. I get home and notice a huge gash around the outer lip of my rims. I returned the next day and they refused and denied the whole thing but you can obviously tell it's not curb rash. So the employee finally admitted it and offered me new tires for the damage and I accepted but now they don't have my tire size. I've been back plenty of times and no tires, so today I call before showing and they say they have the size I need. So I go in and the assistant manager, who's been giving me attitude since I returned with the damaged rims, tells me that he can't give me the tires cause the worker that's responsible for the damage was off that day. I needed the tires cause it's been raining and my rear tires are bald. I explained that to him and he was still persistent. The employee had already given me a tire on one of my prior visits because they sell fast. So I told the manager that I was going to take a tire to ensure I have one and I can get them mounted else where. The guy then grabbed the tires and threw them towards the back of the shop and said that he'll make sure I don't receive any tires from there.

I've tried to contact a higher authority but get no where. Even a manager said that they were not liable for any damage. I call bull! Need help and I don't know what to do at this point.Desired Settlement: I really wanted the rim replaced but was settling for free tires but they couldnt do that either. The tires are used anyways so to them, it shouldn't have as much value as a new one. But if I can choose id say a brand new set of tires would be sufficient.

[redacted] did come to our shop and got two used tires, in the process his wheel got scratched. But we have a a sign that specifically states that we r not responsible for any damage. But either way we told him that we would give him two used tires for free. He talk to one of the workers who told me he was being rude and trying to be smart about the situation. As you can tell now he wants four news tires to replace the ones he has. My offer is still on the table but he just doesn't like the tires we have. He came twice but he doesn't say that he didn't want the tires we were offering. At the moment I don't have that size so he can wait n he will be given both tires and he will have to get the installed somewhere else.

Well first off they dont have a sign that says that they arent responslable for damage. It says for theft. And I never refused any offers. Every time I stopped by they said they never had my size and the guy told me to stop by everyday to check. One day I called to check if they had tires my size, disguising My self as another customer. They said they had my sizes so I went by and the manager on site refused to give them to me. First off. I went there to get my front tires replaced Cause they were bald And decided to do all 4 tires. They said they had all 4 and let me remind you my rear tires were fine. I was just changing tire sizes. Then they say they only had 3. So I said I would just change the front since they were bad. They put the rear tires back on the rims but they were damaged from unistalling and were unable to hold pressure. So instead of replacing for free they put my bald tires back on and the new tires were in front. Now ive been going back and have been getting the run around. But when I disguise myself they had my tire size all of a sudden. The manager said I would be able to get tire and even take them else where to get mounted if I wanted to. So that day they refused to give me tires I was forced to drive in the rain with bald tires. I was forced to buy new tires at another shop because the manager had stated and I quote " I will make sure you dont get any tires!" I began to be rude and told him that I would take legal action and that guy would lose his job after im done reporting them!

First of all Mr. [redacted] is not going to tell me what I have or don't have at the shop. There is a sign that specifically states and I quote " We are not responsible for damage to mag or custom wheels when changing tires" it's been there since we opened. Second of all the guy we was dealing with him told him that he shouldn't b calling everyday to ask, he was told that he can call every three or four days. We don't get use tires out of the blue. The customer was also told that he could have gotten new tires with us and would have been discounted the $60 he spent on the two used tires and he would b given a discount for us scratching his wheels. But he refuse and accepted the proposal of the used ones. But he couldn't be patient so that's not our fault. I talked to my worker that was helping him and my worker stated that Mr. [redacted] was the one being rude and refuse to give him service. I'm not taking any side because I wasn't there when they has the disagreement but we have given this customer options and he's making it seem like we are the bad guys. As a matter of fact my worker was that nice to not tell him that we are not held responsible for the damage and on top of that he gave him a good solution.

Review: On 10/26/2015 I noticed I was loosing air pressure from my left rear tire took my car directly to AFW to see if they could repair my problem. They were closed when I arrived. I waited till 0800 to see if my tire could be replaced or repaired. AFW then iinformed me that they could not repair the tire. I then proceeded to Noah's tire. After AF W told me they could not do the repair work I requested they suggested purchasing a tire from no was tire I then proceeded to know what's tire To locate the tire need it for my repair after repair work was completed I left [redacted] tire in the return to AF W were My car was located i've been noticed when I retrieve the tire and wheel I noticed several scratches on the surface. After noticing the damage I am mediately took the wheel back to Noel's tire and explain to him the damages I found. After speaking after speaking with an associate it was clear he did not speak English at that moment I requested to talk to the manager. After speaking with the manager I am formed him of all damages on that particular wheel he then said their policy does not pay for damage wills done but their machine that may have been fine if the damage was barely visible but the damage was severe and we could not come to some meeting ground, so I'm filing this complaint. This took place in the morning of October 27, 2015 well speaking with the manager of the facility he use the term I always have problems with "you people"Desired Settlement: Remove policies about damage when employees cause damage to consumers products.

Review: I needed to get Allignment done for my car so when I when to FTS Auto repair I was told that my tires were pretty woren out and I need at least some decent used tires for them to do the allignment.

So on 3/11/14, I when to [redacted] Tire shop and told them that I need some decent tires; so they gave me 4 bad tires for $100 dollar and I when to FTS Auto repair to do my Allignment, after the allignment was complete I took my car and I notice it was pulling to the right, so I when back to fts auto shop and they told me that my tires are in bad shape and If I wanted to see improvement I would at least need to get 2 new front tires, within the same day I when back to [redacted] tire shop and told them about the situation and I asked the manager [redacted], and I asked him I would pay the difference for 2 new tires, he agree, they took the 2 used tires which I had pay them for $50 just a day before and told me to pay a difference of $160 in addition; which I did not realizing that I was getting ripped off. After the 2 new tires were Installed I when back to the shop and they did a second allignment and showed me the computer that the allignment is in perfect and If I have any more problem is not allignment.

I was still having problem with the car pulling to the side, so I when to Good year tires and told them about my situation and they told me that it's a common problem and is within the tire, they told me it's called Radial Pull, which means that front tire has resistence and I should take it back to where I bought the tire from and they should replace it; so I when back to [redacted] tire shop and told them about the Issue and the manager [redacted] told me there is nothing wrong with the tire and If I want replace it I would have to pay another $100 dollar or so. This has been a real inconvenience for me that I have to go back and forth with this people who do not want to solve the problem, all they want to do is to take money and in return to provide a bad service.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the bad tire and give me a good one. I will also warn others about theere bad service.

EVERYTHING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SAYING IS TRUE EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE I DIDN'T TRY TO HELP HIM.

IT'S NOT MY FIRST TIME SELLING THE TIRES HE HAS PURCHASED, IF IT'S TRUE WHAT HE WAS TOLD AT GOODYEAR THEN ALL MY CUSTOMERS WHO BOUGHT THE SAME TIRES HE BOUGHT SHOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM HE'S HAVING. I HAVE HAD NO OTHER CUSTOMERS COME BACK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PULLING WHEN THEY BOUGHT THEIR TIRES.

CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME BACK WITH THE ISSUE OF THEIR CARS PULLING TO THE LEFT AND/OR TO THE RIGHT AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THEIR VEHICLES THAT NEED ALIGNMENT, STRUTS, CAMBERS, OR MANY THINGS THAT CAN BE WRONG WITH THE CAR. MANY PEOPLE JUST HAVE IT EASY TO BLAME THE EASIEST PERSON.

I GAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS CUSTOMER AND HE REFUSED IT. I TOLD HIM THAT I CAN SWITCH OUT THE TIRES FOR FREE BUT HE WANTED A DIFFERENT BRAND, I TOLD HIM I CAN DO IT BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE TIRE BRAND AND HE STARTED GETTING RUDE AND SAYING THAT I WAS TRYING TO RIP HIM OFF ETC.

I TOLD HIM THE SAME THING IM TELLING YOU, THAT PROBABLY IT WAS HIS CAR OR THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE WRONG BECAUSE THE TIRES THAT HE BOUGHT I HAVE BEEN SELLING THEM FOR AWHILE NOW. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT MAYBE THE TIRES CAME OUT DEFECTED AND OFFERED HIM TO SWAP THEM OUT FOR THE SAME TIRES AND NEW, THE CUSTOMER REFUSED AND SAID HE WANTED A DIFFERENT BRAND I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO JUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE TIRE BRAND.

Review: I came into Noah's tire shop on Sunday January 3rd 2016 to buy a tire they sold me a use tire however the tire was bald when I notice I went right back and let to let them know about the tire, he told me to come back in three days and he would exchange it and they did but they lost my hubcap when I ask them about my hubcap they said that they didn't know what happen to on top all they refused to give a receipt.Desired Settlement: all I want is for them to replace my hubcap.

Tis is regarding complaint #[redacted]. This customer came to purchase a used tire and we didn't have the correct size. We told her before we put the tire on that we would lend her the tire is she were to purchase it and we would switch it out for the correct size in three days. She came three days later but we still didn't have the tire, so she left again and came back two days later. That day we had her tire and swapped it out for the correct size and thats when she mentioned her cap missing. One of the workers who put the tire on told her that he did put it back on,keep in mind we have surveillance cameras for the same reason. Many customers think they have all caps and don't even notice when they are missing some. So I step out and ask what the problem is and she started cussing and swearing to all of us calling us immigrants. I didn't get upset because of that I got upset and told her to leave because my worker told her that he would find her a cap and save it for her, but yet she was still complaining and being a racist. After that I did get upset and asked to leave, not only did we give her the tire for cheap for $25(regular price is $35), not only did we tell her we would replace her cap even though we didn't misplace it, I also checked the cameras myself to see if any of the workers had misplaced her cap. But no she started saying that she would sue us for her cap and that all "Mexicans" are the same when most of the workers are Peruvian. I was going to find her a cap but after what she said I don't want her stepping another foot in the business. And she can go ahead and sue me for a cap we didn't lose and If you need the video for proof I can submit it as well. Also if we didn't give her a receipt was because she didn't want one, its not her first time buying used tires from us and she never wants one, so I don't know wha the receipt is relevant with the situation going on. Eve without the receipt we still respected the agreement of switching out her tire which she clearly admits. Thank you for your time.
